Situated in North Padre Island, this charming house for $360 per night is a great option for your next trip. Village by the Beach I910K Come enjoy watching your kids splash around in the sparkling pool from your own private patio. This property offers guests the enjoyment of being poolside but also the privacy of being an end unit. Another benefit of being in the end unit is you have got the shortest walk to your two reserved parking spots. Inside you will found the well-equipped kitchen opens to the breakfast bar, dining and living areas which is great for entertaining larger parties. Moving past the kitchen you will find the laundry room, guest bathroom and then the guest bedroom. The guest bedroom comes with a mounted flat screen TV, queen size bed and twin bunks. Next is the master bedroom with a flat screen TV, king size bed and its own private bathroom. 2 additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa as well. CONDO INTERIOR FEATURES -First floor location -Open kitchen, dining, and living area -Flat-screen TV with cable -Private WIFI Network -Washer and dryer KITCHEN & DINING -Fully-equipped kitchen -Dining table with seating for six -Breakfast bar with seating for three -Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 8) -Master bedroom: King size bed -Second bedroom: Queen size bed and twin bunk beds -Living area: Queen size sleeper sofa -Two full bathrooms: Walk in shower and tub/shower combo EXTERIOR -Private patio with table chairs (pool view) -Reserved parking for 2 vehicles -Additional guest parking available in unmarked spots VILLAGE BY THE BEACH COMPLEX FEATURES -Two heated swimming pools -Poolside loungers, tables and chairs area -Charcoal grills in pool area & one gas grill -Playground area CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 35LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days. Love this unit. It's our second time staying there. Plenty of space, plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen is well equipped. We did have some sugar ants join us at one point but we made sure to place anything that would attract them in the fridge. Love being near the pool and the beach.

I absolutely love Village by the Beach condos. The locations and proximity to the beach and the clean and spacious pool, just perfect!
We did have one small issue this time, where the security guard came around 9:30 pm to the pool area when several other families and we were enjoying the opportunity to enjoy the pool without all the heat. He told everyone they had to be put by 10pm. Having had to resign my agreement:contract, I had read over all the rules, etc. The one in question here was that the pool was supposed to be open 10-10 Monday - Friday but Saturday & Sunday until 11. I spoke to the security guard and explained and he was very dismissive and said "I have to go by the sign". So, it was a bit disappointing and a bit bothersome that we are signing an agreement and although guests must adhere to the agreement, the condo/rental agency does not.
Hopefully that will be resolved and sign updated, to avoid others being inconvenienced. Overall, this is still our condo of choice when visiting Corpus Christi.

We stayed in i910k which was super close to the large pool. I loved that we did not have to climb stairs to get to the bedroom and keep small children safe. Only problem we had was not able to get the TV to work in the living room. Condo was very clean, cool, and the bed was very comfy. Music on Friday nite from the pool was too loud and they didn’t honor the 10 pm quiet time so anyone with elderly or small children may have hard time sleeping till the music stopped. Overall we love village by the beach.

Beautiful property and well kept. The couches and stools for dining were ok in appearance but not comfortable. Nice washer/dryer, appliances and porch furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was the worst we have ever slept on and you could hear it cracking and breaking, etc.when my husband got up, turned over. You could hear it throughout the condo. The pool area is wonderful, parking is close to beaches and golf cart rentals are in abundance. Loved it in spite of the furnishings.

We came down for an end of summer weekend with two parents and 5 teenage girls. The condo had plenty of space, was clean and modern. The pool sat in the middle of all of the units and was spacious as well. Short, walkable distance to the beach via two different ways. Would highly recommend!

This property is well maintained. This was our third stay at Village by the Beach. Every time the unit is spotless. 910 has great beds and bedding. The location is wonderful and close to beach. The pools are wonderful for all ages from littles to grandparents. This unit's kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We love the gated patio for keeping babies contained while having a place to play outside. We will be back!

This was our first time in this unit and found everything exactly as shown online. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a great stay. The pool was great and we were close to the beach. The space was well appointed with everything we needed. One thing to note is that while the space looks clean, under furniture is definitely neglected. This is not something I would normally notice, but my kid’s pacifier fell under the couch. It looked like cleaning has not happened under the couch in a very long time.

Had a great Stay-cation. I'm from Corpus Christi and didn't have to travel far to vacation. This place is a hidden gem. Property was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay again. only 1 little problem when plumbing broke in shower and had to wait for maintenance to come in the middle of the night. so we had to go without water for about 10 hours. other than that was a great time.
