Four bedroom 1950sqft single family home situated on an over-sized South-West facing corner lot with mountain views in a beautiful quiet neighborhood of La Quinta. Available for rent fully furnished by the night, week or month. WHERE ? Situated in a quiet upmarket residential neighborhood of North La Quinta, approximately 25 minutes from Palm Springs and Palm Springs Airport and within 10-15 minutes of Palm Desert’s El Paseo Drive shopping, The River in Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells tennis gardens, hiking and numerous golf clubs. WHEN ? The home is available year-round. ACCOMMODATION: LIVING ROOM: Has a 55” LED 3D Smart TV with Roku and a number of apps incl HBOMax, Paramount+, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix. DINING ROOM: Dining table & eight chairs. FAMILY ROOM: 3-seat sofa, two arm chairs. Gas fireplace makes for a cozy environment on cool winter evenings. Views of the rear garden and pool and mountain views beyond. KITCHEN: Granite counters, brand new stainless steel appliances incl gas range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. All the utensils, pots pans etc you would need during your stay. NOOK: Eating nook off Kitchen with circular table seating 4, overlooking garden and pool and mountain views beyond. MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed, nightstands. Ensuite bathroom with granite counters and twin vanities. Walk-in closet with drawers and hanging space. Sliding doors to patio and pool with mountain views beyond. 55" TV with Roku and streaming apps. GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed, views over the grassy side garden. GUEST BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, views over the grassy side garden. GUEST BEDROOM 3: Two twin size beds. TV with Roku and streaming apps. BATHROOM: With tub and shower over. Granite counters. LAUNDRY: With front-load washer & dryer and detergent. OUTSIDE: Beautiful gardens surround the East, South and West sides of the home. A large grassy garden with orange trees and gravel patio on the East side is perfect for your morning coffee. The South West facing rear yard offers a large newly renovated salt-water pool with spa, with natural rock surround, lots of deck space, table & chairs, loungers and lovely mountain views. There is also a three car garage. The pool and spa can be heated, please ask for a quote which will vary depending on the time of year. PETS: Your four-legged friend is very welcome and we do not charge extra for their stay. However, we insist that you do not let your pets on the furniture or in the pool and that you must pick up after them in the garden. Any additional charges we incur from the cleaners as a result of your pet will be deducted from the security deposit. Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door which is connected to the Alexa Show in the dining room so if somebody presses the doorbell you'll be able to see who is there before answering the door. There is also a Ring security camera and light on the side gate facing at the gate and road - this is for added security and does not face into the side yard of the house. Everything about this home was first class the quality inside the heated saltwater pool and then the attention the landlord gave us. We needed some extra help and it was just amazing! Highly recommended this Home.

The house has a great layout and the pool area is wonderful. Highly recommend paying extra for heat to pool and hot tub. The fee is very reasonable. Adrian was very accessible when we had any questions and graciously let us check in earlier than 4 as our flight had been moved up and the house cleaners were finished. House was very clean, no issues at all. We has a great time there.

House, Pool, and yard were great. Lots of room. Kitchen was big and convenient. Dining room table large enough for entire group, and also enjoyed the smaller kitchen table.
Everything was clean and in working condition - instruction book clear and helpful. The only thing that would have been better would have been another bathroom.

The property was well maintained and beautiful. Pool man came to clean the pool and yard man kept the grounds looking like a postcard. Overall could not find anything wrong with the stay. Would give it a 5 out of 5 . Really enjoyed our stay.

The house is very clean, comfortable and was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. The bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. The pool was amazing ... we couldn't get the kids to come out. There were plenty of pool toys in the garage as well which was wonderful. The outdoor space if very spacious and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, and the mountain views were fantastic.
Adrian was very quick to respond and the information booklet in the home is extremely helpful and comprehensive.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again soon.

This home was gorgeous, very clean, and fit our family's needs perfectly. The pool and yard are beautiful. The location is excellent - easy to get to all of the area attractions. Great amenities, wonderful location! We had two questions when we arrived and the host was immediately available and quick to respond. We'll definitely return here each time we are in La Quinta or the surrounding area. Thank you for such a warm and welcoming stay!

The home was overall gorgeous. The property had a modern, yet completely comfortable feel. It feels easy with hints of moderns and spacious ,while remaining cozy, dedicated for comfort and for family activities. The yard is to die for! Gorgeous flowers, Palms, Orange tress and many,many kinds and colors of natural flowers. The patio was perfect. large, yet cozy, offering multiple levels of meticulously planted beauty. The landscape is in an ideal area for night star spotting and photography is perfectly doable. So peaceful and easy on the eyes. This house and property lacked for nothing!

The home was exactly as described. Very spacious, great for large families. Only my bf, our dog and I stayed at the home. The master bedroom was perfect! Can’t speak on the other three as we did not use them. The kitchen was awesome. Lots of dishes and the left over spices came in handy. Pool was not deep but the temperature was perfect during our stay. It poured the entire last day we were there. The couches in the living room were very comfortable and the access to streaming made that last day very relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet, not even sure anyone was staying around us. Lots of businesses within a short driving distance. We tried a local sushi restaurant (Sushi ON) it was great! Small cons I had about the home; it heats up and becomes very hot during the day. Lots of windows with no blinds/curtains in the kitchen. The living room and master bedroom have very high windows that the Sun directly hits making the rooms very hot. Fan in the master bedroom was low, no light on it (at least I couldn’t find a way to turn it on); And the bedside lamps were very dim. These were small inconveniences (for me) that could easily be fixed. I definitely recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again!!

Very welcoming but warm!
PROS: Super easy check-in, house was set up with lots of sitting areas and nicely decorated. Kitchen was great, had everything you needed to cook. owners allowed everyone's "left overs or forgottens" to stay in the cupboards.
THE CONS: The last room on the left (game/kids room) was extremely warm the whole weekend and the twin beds are horrible, very hard. The thermostat for the house was set at 78/79 degrees the entire time. The kitchen has no blinds or curtains for shade and in the living room the sun comes blazing through as your on the couch ( no curtains/or blinds) luckily, each room has a ceiling fan however, this still keeps the house on the warmer side. Lets talk about the POOL. The weekend we were there it was 104-107 degrees, the pool is barely over 5 1/2 ft in the deep end. When it is that hot outside, this pool is NOT refreshing at all!!!! With 8 people in the pool it was like Bath water. This is such a great house and pool for cooler weather. Asking how deep the pool is will be a question I put on my list for next year, I only ask the dimensions.

This property lives up to its description. The house is lovely but to be honest, the pool is EVERYTHING! We spent every hour we could in the pool, enjoying the heat and the views. Fell in love with Old Town La Quinta as well. Can't wait to visit again!

Hard to stay out of the pool!
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It is comfortable and clean. The garden is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are fantastic. We will definitely go back!

Adrian was a responsive and helpful host. The pool and spa are amazing; pool floats were available and the kids had a blast. It was also great to be able to bring the dogs. There is a fabulous view of the hills from the yard. Great stay!

Great family getaway
Our family enjoyed our small vacation in La Quinta. What made it so nice was our experience with Adrian and his home. He is very helpful and communicative. The house is well kept and the kids loved the pool. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the house sits on the corner lot. We will definitely come again and visit.

Awesome yard!
The house in general was lovely but it’s really about the pool and yard. It was lovely in and out of the pool. And it was nice we could bring our pet and had plenty of play room for him. It was easily accessible and I had no issues. There were clear colored signs with pictures and a check in book.

Perfect Desert House and Location
Just ended our second stay. We love this house! It is a spacious, clean, stocked, quiet, and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Adrian responds quickly to any/all questions and needs (which we didn’t need anything at all during our stay). We cooked all our meals here, the kitchen is equipped for cooking and food storage if needed. The neighborhood is lovely, restaurants and markets 5 minutes away. We love the pool, grass area for our dog, option to heat hot tub, and comfortable patio furniture. We are already planning our next stay!

Perfect for our 3 day COVID getaway
The property had everything we needed for our family of four. We had a question during our stay and I texted Adrian and he responded immediately and helped resolve the issue we were having. We would definitely stay again.

Loved this house!!!
Stayed here on our cross country trip. The house was incredible as was the pool. I wish we had stayed longer. I would recommend this home to anyone and Adrian was great to work with.

Great home in La Quinta!
This is our second time staying at this wonderful La Quinta home. Originally we had to cancel our trip due to the Covid-19 restrictions, but as soon as the city opened up Adrian contacted us and we were able to schedule our vacation. This house has everything you need. We arrived and unpacked and enjoyed the backyard pool the entire trip. The view of the mountains from the pool are spectacular. Very quiet neighborhood. Any questions we had Adrian responded quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely be coming back again!
