About this house rental
Nestled in Lake Ouachita, this attractive house for $466 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to Misty Waters! -Our House- Downstairs sports an open concept living room & kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a Smart TV with a surround sound system, DirecTV, Disney+, and Peacock and plenty of space to sit and relax. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, from to dishes to a crockpot, and even a Keurig. Enjoy complimentary Kcups, coffee filters, syrup, and more! Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom that has everything you need to relax, including a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a bathroom across the hall that has a walk in shower. Upstairs you will find 1 queen sized sofa bed and 1 bunk bed (bottom is full size, top is twin size) and extra large windows so you have beautiful view of the lake. There is a TV with a DVD player and several movies so you can have the perfect movie night. There is also a closet that has several board games, card games, and books to keep the party going. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo & linens/pillows for the pull out couch. General info: Free WIFI. All bathrooms come with towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a washer/dryer and iron/board along with extra paper towels. No Pets. No Smoking Allowed indoors. Surrounding areas- You will have direct access to the lake on site. Feel free to use the 4 kayaks we have on premises as well as the fishing poles. There is a boat ramp within five minutes of the house and you can dock the boat at our private boat dock. Attractions- Hot Springs is home to many fun activities for everyone. Mid-America Science Museum (4.6 miles), Funtrackers Family Park (5.2 miles), Magic Springs Water and Theme Park (13 miles), and Pirates Cove Mini Golf (14 miles) are sure to keep you having a great time. Other places to visit include Bathhouse Row, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Oaklawn Casino, the Mountain Tower, and national & state parks hosting several trails showing off beautiful Hot Springs, AR! This is where you come to when you want to get away from it all. Parking is limited, 4 cars max. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Doug Woodall Built This House in 2017.

All 5's from me! My wife and I spent 3 days at this beautiful house. Exactly as advertised and even better. Clean, modern with all the amenities required for a stay at a lake house. Would definitely go back here again and i can't think of one thing to recommend..

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home and the views are beautiful and the property had everything we needed. The owners were very attentive and great about communicating all of the necessary information about the area. Would definitely recommend!

we stayed the week with our 6 kids and had a great time. i was able to cook some and let the littles get naps while the others all enjoyed fishing. we also enjoyed the fire a couple cooler nights we were there! the house is beautiful but the view was even better! we even got to watch an eagle catch it’s breakfast one morning. there’s plenty of space for our large family and they even have games and toys for the kids to enjoy! we had a great time!

Property was just as described! Clean, updated and had everything that we needed. Great location on the river. Water was very clear and we saw lots of perch and bass. Really enjoyed our time on the dock in the evenings. Used the kayaks as well. The king bed was very comfortable. About 20 minutes from Hot Springs, which had lots of restaurant options. Would definitely recommend this house! There was just two of us staying, but it would be great for families too.

The property was exactly as presented in the description in all respects and we throughly enjoyed our week from start to finish. It was very very clean and inviting and well prepared for our stay. The "welcome" snacks were a really nice and thoughtful touch as well. Doug and Lita were excellent in their communications and assistance throughout the process. We would love to stay again!

Second time to this beautiful property on Lake Ouachita. Love the layout, decor, location and pier. Open plan with 3 baths, lots of room for teens or multiple adults. Kayaking and fishing was great. Watched eagles, rented pontoon overnight so we could explore early morning in the hazy mist! More memories made! Hope to be back next year. Thank you so much for great friendly communication and sharing this wonderful place.

This home is amazing and the host even better. The area of Hotsprings provides so many opportunities to hike, explore, fish, and enjoy the outdoors. The kids enjoyed the water, kayaks, and fishing.

Stay was ok did have a issue with the air and the neighbors were very loud all night playing music till 4am very annoying checking in didn’t get the code right away i to wait for it checking out we did get a little extra time that was nice

This was by far our favorite VRBO so far. The house and location were just as described, and the hosts’ hospitality was unrivaled. Everything was very clean. The beds and showers were amazing. We had all the tools we could imagine needing in the kitchen. We really enjoyed watching the birds and otters in the mornings and kayaking in the evenings. The guys went fly fishing nearby while we ladies shopped and went to the bath house. If you need a ride, Spa City Taxi is quick and affordable. Also, don’t miss eating at Luna Bella!

I’m writing this review in the car as we drive home from spring break, and everyone is so sad it’s over. “Can we please stay one more day,” is a question we heard over and again yesterday as we packed up.
The property is clean and the open floor plan made it easy to prepare meals while also staying in the loop with the rest of the family. The beds and even the sleeper couch were all so comfy! Don’t get me started on the amazing shower and jetted tub in the master! The upstairs area was a dream come true for our big kids who loved having that space to themselves. With three couches, its own bathroom, the fully-stocked game closet, and the gorgeous view from the wall-to-wall windows, my kids would have never come downstairs if we didn’t make them.
We spent several days kayaking, morning and night, and my husband loved fishing from the dock. A fishing tip: cast out some crappie rigs at night and just leave the line. When you come back, you’ll have one, maybe two catfish on the line every time!
Our favorite destinations were downtown Hot Springs- buy a souvenirs glass bottle and fill it up with the thermal water, bathhouse row, yummy restaurants, and some hiking in the trails and on the promenade.
We loved and highly recommend renting a boat for half the day on the lake.
Our favorite hiking was at Petit Jean, which is a bit of a drive, but well worth it.
We planned this trip on a whim and had never been to Arkansas before, and we are so grateful we did!

We've stayed at this property several times over the years and it is always spectacular! It is a great house, with a great view, and wonderful hosts who have thoughtfully appointed it with most any things you might need or want to make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Since we haven't been anywhere since before the pandemic, we chose this place as a getaway. The serenity was wonderful. The profile pictures don't do this place justice. The house was clean, modern, and well stocked with amenities. Loved the nautical theme as well. We'll be back to take advantage of the water activities. Highly recommended stay.

This house is the perfect spot for our family with a fenced in yard for the babies to play and close enough to the damn for a short exploration ride on jet skiis! It’s stocked with everything you need and has plenty of room to park all your water toys!!! Can’t wait for next year!

The house was clean and well appointed, lots of amenities, comfortable and welcoming space, and an amazing stay for little one with an upstairs game room full of toys and books. No baby gates, so bring your own if you have little ones since there are stairs. The yard was awesome, and the dock was an amazing convenience and offered so much to do. This was our first time in Hot Springs and we loved it!
