About this condo rental
Situated in Ormond By The Sea, this attractive condo for $301 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy our loft by the sea in beautiful Ormond by the Sea. Large 2nd story across the street from the beach with a public walkway. All brand new appliances, kitchen , and bathroom. Includes a washer and dryer. Do not be deterred by the one bathroom. We have made it so every room has a "make up station". I have traveled plenty of times with multiple people and know the importance of having plenty of room to get ready! After a day on the beach you can relax on the upper deck with your favorite cocktail while enjoying the Ocean views. In the morning you will capture some extremely beautiful sunrises and as the day winds down you will be in awe of the incredible sunsets! You are steps from shopping and restaurants. Lenny's New York Pizza is a must! Publix supermarket and plaza right there. A short 6 mile drive south gets you to world famous Daytona beach and Main Street. An 8 mile drive north will get you to Flagler Beach. St. Augustine is just north of there. This 2 bedroom 1200 sq. ft. loft has a king and a rollaway cot in the master and a queen and futon in the other. There is a pull out sofa in living room. The pullout couch, futon and rollaway cot have memory foam to make it very comfortable! No one wants a cot to sleep on, but I've made it so comfortable they'll be fighting over it! Lots of parking for trailer, boats, motorcycles, motorhomes, big rigs... You will enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the large deck while watching the sunset on the sea. I have little extras in our Loft to make you feel more at home. Our mission is to make a space for our guests that is cozy and welcoming with the little special touches. We created a space that is inviting and a place we would want to stay on a vacation. We now have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of the Loft. The hallway, parking lot out back and back lot. It does not monitor the private deck to ensure you have your privacy. The Loft is equipped with fast Spectrum Wi-Fi. Internet speed 300mbps. Please know that we do get you started with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap and trash bags. We do not supply more than you need to get started. You may need more of these items so please plan accordingly. Thank you.

We were so pleased with the loft. The king sized bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in, other than my own. The ease of access to the beach and shopping was nice. Very quiet and private. We highly recommend!

This property was perfect for my family’s New Years get away. It had just the right amount of space for my husband, me and our 2 adult sons.
Having just one bathroom was not a problem at all. After all, if you stayed in a hotel room that’s all you would get.
The location of the loft was great! It was just a quick walk across the street to the beach and there were stores and restaurants within walking distance as well. We didn’t have to drive anywhere unless we just wanted to.
The property manager was wonderful! She even checked on us after our first night to see if we needed anything. The whole reservation and check in/out process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

New Years Get-Away
This property was perfect for my family’s New Years get away. It had just the right amount of space for my husband, me and our 2 adult sons.

Cozy-chic! Beautiful and relaxing getaway in this updated beach loft.
The Loft was the perfect space for our family getaway. We entered up the stairs to a cute little deck with a beach view. Entering the loft was no disappointment. We loved the open kitchen/living room space. The island was the perfect center to gather for drinks and dinner, and just so happened to have fresh donuts from a local business waiting for us! Big screen TV for our down time movies and morning news. The two spacious bedrooms were more than I expected. Plenty of space, and of course, very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and pillow selection was excellent. Nothing has been left out here. Full kitchen for cooking, grilling and a blender for fun beach drinks! We were able to grocery shop right next door for the week. The beach is just across the road, and was pleasantly quiet this time of year. Our group of 4 agreed this was truly the perfect beach getaway. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Loved this loft. The location was perfect...right across the street to the beach access and Publix is right next door. It was perfect for our family of six. Most importantly, it was clean and smelled great. Only one bathroom but it worked great because it meant I only needed to bring one set of toiletries. Sunsets on the patio were gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Highly recommend! *I will note that the refundable damage deposit is super high and not refunded until 14 days after you check out then banks can take 5-7 days to process. I was expecting it to be within a few days of checking out but it was not. Not a terrible thing just something to keep in mind when you are booking.

Great convenience; nice owners
My 3 friends and I stayed in the Loft, which has a well stocked nice, full kitchen and comfortable beds. This loft is in an extremely convenient location, as Publix is right there, adjacent to the Loft on the rear side. The owners were flexible with the arrival and departure times, for which we are very grateful. We all ran The Tomoka half marathon.

The BEST mini vacation we didn’t want to leave!
The owners were awesome and the loft was literally PERFECT! It’s exactly as described and so convenient to everything. We had a jam packed 4 days and just the fact that the grocery store was right there and the beach across the street let us enjoy more time together as a family. The loft was so cozy and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone had their space and blankets galore to cuddle up with after a long day out. We arrived late at night and the owners had the light on for us and the key in a convenient place for us to get in quickly. You don’t even need your own beach towels, coolers or chairs, they have literally thought of it all and it was all available for our use. The kitchen was the best, with a nice open layout and spacious. The outdoor deck with grill is inviting at night with the lanterns burning. The area was nice and quiet and tj ice cream shop next door was awesome. Donnie’s doughnuts 3 miles down the road are amazing- give them a try. The beach is so clean and family friendly. Thank you so much for an amazong stay, we will not even consider a hotel next time we come as this loft is our #1 choice.

The Loft by the Sea is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located to the beach, grocery store and many delicious restaurants. Sandra and Karl are EXCELLENT hosts!! The deck is great for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails!!! I would highly recommend this property for your stay. We had a wonderful time!!! Big THANKS for an awesome vacation!

Perfect Description!
Property is very nice! Very clean and well kept. My daughter wanted to go to the beach for her 18th b'day and the beach was directly across the street. We even took a very short drive to Daytona Beach. The property owners Karl and Sandie were great! Made recommendations for places to eat and very hospitable. Our stay was short so we will definitely be back!

Relaxing and close to everything
We had an amazing time! It was everything we hoped and expected it to be.We all were impressed with the loft apartment and it had everything we needed and was close to everything.The beach was across the street and the publix right Nextdoor.There was plenty of room for all six of us.We enjoyed the local restaurants but also grilled out on the deck a few nights.We recommend this to anyone looking for a private quiet spacious beach vacation in Ormond beach.We will defiantly be back.
