We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Camas. Peaceful and quiet location. The fans in each bedroom were great for staying in the summer. The only downsides to our stay was 1. The balcony/loft area is not infant or toddler friendly. It’s very dangerous for young kids, as they can fit through the posts and fall off. Would recommend bringing a baby gate or finding somewhere else. 2. One of the chairs in the living room was broken when we arrived, so we couldn’t sit in it the whole trip. Otherwise, it was clean, cozy and exactly like the photos.

Great place ! We enjoyed the layout especially. Two bedrooms and common space for games ,tv, and conversation on each floor. Easy for adults and kids to interact and have separate spaces. Hot tub was really nice before and after skiing .
We will come back here. Summer would be fun so you could ride bikes rather than drive to the village and the SHARC.

The house was very accommodating for our family and needs. Four beds were all very comfortable with plenty of bedding. Kitchen provided everything needed, and more. Host was available to assist when needed.

Property had every thing we needed for a great one week stay. Property Manager was EXTREMELY responsive when we contacted them with some very minor requests. Home stayed cool, beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was well-stocked.
Bike path to N Store is conveniently located 50 yards through the brush from the back deck.

This property was perfect for us! We enjoyed the hot tub and it had everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking. The privacy was perfect and the beds were so comfy. The pillows were amazing! We love your little home and have fallen in love with sunriver. The sharc passes were nice. We spent a day at the pool. It was our first time in sunriver and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Everything was great! It’s in a location that was perfect for us and our electric bikes. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. We had a BBQ and found that cleaning it afterwards was difficult since we found no wire brush or other cleaning tools. We didn’t ask about that, but if they had such tools they were not located in an obvious location at all.
Overall our only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer. We will likely be back!

Open floor plan that's very comfortable and relaxing. Two nice full bathrooms that is appreciated with 5 adults. The beds are comfortable and the floor fans are great. We didn't notice that there wasn't AC. Definitely recommend and hope to come back soon.

Overall great, but wouldn’t recommend for toddlers as the spacing on the loft railing is really wide. We had to borrow a baby gate for the almost 3 year old.

Nice Sunriver House!
We had a nice time at this house. The gem of the house is the hot tub! It is huge and very clean. We also enjoyed the bikes and SHARC passes. Really appreciative of these extra amenities!
Other reviews mentioned that there is no tupperware, so be sure to bring your own (we brought tinfoil). I also didn’t read close enough that the house does not have A/C. We were there on a hot weekend but in every room there is at least one fan. I also didn’t realize the house didn’t have a garage!
Overall, a perfectly adequate house for a nice Sunriver weekend for 7 adults. We would definitely use again.

Enjoyed Our Stay
Stayed 4 nights early April and enjoyed the home we stayed in. Has all the requisite kitchen items, even a Keurig. Home was clean, linens smelled freshly washed, and all was in order as we hoped for. There were plenty of board and card games we enjoyed playing. Hot tub worked as expected and was enjoyed by all.
To nitpick: seemed the owner didn't go cheap anywhere except the toilet paper. I would have gladly paid a few bucks more for TP which is a little more cushy for the tooshy. And an a outside light near the hot tub needs to be replaced. No bicycles like some other places in SR have.
Overall we are happy with our stay and believe most everyone else would enjoy this place too.

The cabin was quaint and rustic, a perfect little family winter getaway, but we were unimpressed for the price we paid. To give you some context, we booked this place specifically to relax for 2 days and get our washing done and continue on our road trip so this was a big deal for us! I had to continually ask the management company when it would be fixed and never got a straight answer. I received a call after making a complaint in which I got an explanation but that was the night before we were leaving so the issue was never fixed. We were offered $50 off our stay per night for the inconvenience but to be honest it wasn't much consolation after the bad experience. Other things we didn't like included the TV in living room did not work and there were no instructions on how to get it working (3 different remotes and systems and not straightforward), the home is very dark all day long, the deck gives you splinters when walking on it barefoot, the kitchen is stocked with lots of items but missing essentials such as wine glasses (there was only one), the area was not our cup of tea (not the fault of the owner or management company obviously), the SHARC tickets included are good but it's impossible to get a reservation and you have to try your luck waiting 45minutes on the waitlist at the front door.
I think this home would be a nice stay in the winter months as it seems cozy but we wouldn't recommend it for a summer stay.

Enjoyed our stay
Had a good experience during our stay in January. The home was as advertised, in good working order, very clean and comfortable. The large hot tub was a most welcome relief after skiing. We would stay here again.
