Nestled in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $408 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Few homeowners rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. Our 1650 square foot corner unit features ceiling-to-floor, wrap-around windows and balconies off every room. The views up and down the coastline are spectacular! We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696) We do not use an agency. Cleanliness is a top priority. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information. This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition, mattresses are top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, queen in third. Home has four televisions, DVD, and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Garbage chutes are on every floor. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys (supply can change due to the elements). Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. No pets, no motorcycles allowed on property. Only adults over 25 and families. Our stay was everything we could have hoped for. The condo was beautiful and welcoming. The decor was both elegant and comfortable with views of the beach and ocean from the master bedroom and living and dining areas. Our host was available if needed and she made sure communication pertaining to check in and out was clearly communicated. She was the consummate host. Thank you! Elegance and comfort by the ocean.

This was our third trip to the building and second to 8E. Spotless as always. Super quiet and close to everything. As usual, the beach, even on the holiday weekend, was not crowded. Would go back again.

This is by far the nicest condo we stay in in North Myrtle beach. I never have to worry about what we’re getting into when we rent from Margaret. She cares about her tenants and takes care of things if needed. Awesome condo, beautiful view.

The owner was just great to work with - very very helpful, I wish every owner was this nice and responsive ! The unit was clean and well-stocked, couldn't ask for anything else. What we liked about the unit: * True Oceanfront with magnificent 8th floor view * Floor-to-ceiling windows really brought the beach inside * Did I mention clean ? * Carpeting ! So tired of hard tile most units have; dropping and breaking, phones, glasses, elbows. The carpet was so comfortable * Blackout lining in the bedroom!! So many owners put up cheap blinds, with the sun waking you at 5 am * Every amenity you could want - the owner was very thoughtful leaving extra supplies and scrumptious towels and linens * Very comfortable, a true home away from home * THE BUILDING WAS BUILT ROCK SOLID, AND QUIET - WE HEARD NO ONE ! * The owner's listing was spot-on We would absolutely stay there again, we didn't want to leave, hope this helps !

We spent our Christmas, we had a wonderful time. The condo is spacious, very quiet, spectacular views of the ocean all around, amazing sunrises, and it is well-decorated. The beach is clean and long, we enjoyed walks despite the very cold weather because of the major storm. I even had my long run! Margaret provided prompt responses and even checked on us to make sure everything is ok. Higly recommend it!!

We decided to stay in this property having stayed in another property owned by the same person. Expectations were met, we were not disappointed. The building was clean and secure with ample parking. The unit was exceptionally clean and included all the amenities we expected. We would not hesitate staying in any of this owners properties in the future.

My wife grew up in Florence, SC and we currently live in Texas. Every few years she declares, "I need a beach fix". We were very lucky to find this property on short notice. We combined our beach trip with visiting with my wife's sister. Margaret was a great host and set us up to move in seamlessly. The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A bonus was having access to beach chairs and umbrella. Thanks to Margaret for such a wonderful stay.

Had a couple of bumps at first but the host corrected them immediately—she was wonderful. The condo is roomy, comfy, pretty well had everything u could possibly want or need. Spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the waves and just relaxing with my friends.

Margaret was very easy to communicate with and answered any and all of our questions. The condo was very clean and in order with a couple of very minor items we reported back to Margaret on. She indicated she planned to take care of those as soon as she could and explained a couple of other items we pointed out to her. It was more than we expected! The view was beautiful and often we could see dolphins swimming. The location was great as we walked the beach daily all the way to the pier and back! Easy to get around the N. Myrtle Beach area, a quiet location and building. Not as busy or hectic as where we've stayed further south closer to Myrtle Beach. We hope to stay again in the near future!

This was our second stay at the Shoreham Towers II. Both units are owned by Margaret Williams. Once again, the condo was extremely clean, well equipped (even down to bandaids!), quality bedding and towels, but the view - never ceased to relax and WOW us!! We recommend this owner and would wish you the wonderful experiences we have had!
