Located in Lakewood Ranch, this charming condo for $253 per night is a great choice for your next break. This lakefront condo is located in the heart of Lakewood Ranch. The condo is located on the first floor and offers sprawling views of the lake and fountain from the screened patio. Sitting on the patio is quite peaceful. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and has custom paint. Each bedroom is large and features comfortable, queen beds and walk in closets. There are televisions in the main living area and in both bedrooms. The condo also has WiFi. It's a wonderful executive suite for anyone staying in town on business. The Village at Town Park offers resort style amenities. You can relax by the large pool, play beach volleyball, work out in the state of the art fitness center, or take a stroll on the half mile lakeside track. The clubhouse can be used to host intimate gatherings inside or out on the large screened patio overlooking the pool. The clubhouse also features a fully equipped business center and a conference room. For children, there is a playground, kiddie pool and a playroom in the clubhouse. The shopping, restaurants and activities in Lakewood Ranch are outstanding, and are located less than 5 miles from the condo. Lakewood Ranch's Main Street is located on a scenic 160 acre lake and offers many upscale boutiques, fine restaurants, and the Lakewood Ranch Cinemas - a 7 screen movie theater. Main Street features live music from 6pm - 9pm the first Friday of each month. Less than one mile from the condo is Market Square, which features Publix Supermarket, First Watch restaurant, and additional stores and restaurants. The condo is very close to Sarasota Rowing at Benederson park. Legacy Golf Club is an award-winning Arnold Palmer signature designed 18 hole championship daily fee course located just minutes from the condo. The Sarasota Polo Club, located in Lakewood Ranch, is where the best players from around the world compete each Sunday from December - April. The condo is less than 5 miles from all of the shops and restaurants on University Parkway, including Bonefish Grill, Carraba's Italian Grill, Panera Bread, Atlanta Bread Company and SuperTarget. The condo is less than 2 miles from I-75, and is a 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, Marina Jack's and St. Armand's Square. Enjoyed the location, it was close to great shopping and restaurants and felt very safe. Perfect for our small family and we felt very much at home. The pool was great to escape from the heat!

The property was exactly as described. Close to everything it was nicely furnished and very clean, safe neighborhood right by a lake, and super comfy beds. What’s not to like? The owner was very responsive and kind enough to let us check in early which we were very grateful for.

My husband, adult son and I spent 4 nights here while visiting my in-laws. The rooms were welcoming, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk and jog around the pond outside- even seeing some wonderful Florida wildlife in our walks. My husband was able to work while from the condo- the wifi was strong. We will definitely come back. Ext time we visit.

We were delighted to find everything exactly as described - clean, well equipped with every convenience you could wish for and more. Kathy was terrific, very responsive and helpful. My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing summer in a mountain lake setting. This place was luxurious, and comfortable. All of the amenities were high end. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were great. We fell in love with the two nearby towns (Hayesville, NC and Hiawassee, Ga). We were so pleased that we're planning to return next summer.

The location worked out perfectly. We were able to walk two restaurants in Lakewood Ranch, about a mile to a mile and a half. Or else it was a very easy drive also. The accommodations worked out very well for us.

Just as advertised. Clean 2 bedroom with everything you need for a short or long stay. You do have to wind around some neighborhoods to reach the parking lot but a minor inconvenience at worst. O would definitely rent this unit again.

This was a lovely two bedroom two bath condo in a quiet setting. The location was close to shopping, dining, entertainment and a short easy drive to the beach. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Would recommend it and will definitely consider staying here again!
