About this house rental
Situated in Bay Head, this charming house for $1,209 per night is a great option for your next trip. Looking for a vacation at the Jersey Shore? This house is a located at the Southern end of Point Pleasant Beach just one block north of Bay Head. With the Beach & Atlantic Ocean only 200 feet away, only one house and a sand dune stand between you and the white sandy New Jersey beaches. Nearby, take a leisurely stroll along Jenkinson's Boardwalk or along East Avenue in Bay Head. There are also opportunities to enjoy great shopping and specialty food shops, leisure activities, terrific restaurants, theme parks (Six Flags- Great Adventure), or just put your feet up and hang out. The house is located between Delaware and Maryland Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach. The site map says Harvard, but it is actually Maryland Avenue where beach tag access is during the summer season at the lifeguarded beach. When you are en route to your excursions, there is easy access to major highways such as the Garden State Parkway, I-195, Rt 88, RT 35 and Rt 70. If interested, the Bay Head train station is also a short distance away (0.3 miles) - take it to NYC or Asbury Park for the day and be back in the evening. Non-Smoking Home. Groups are welcome. Age minimum is 25 years old. 6 Bedroom Property- Easily Sleeps 12, Beds for 14+. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. Rear yard fenced in for privacy and safety - children and pets. WiFi throughout house. Kitchen contains: two full size refrigerators (1 new 2023) and Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender, Microwave (new 2022), Stove/Oven (new 2023), Dishes & Utensils, Dishwasher (new 2022) Walk in pantry/storage adjacent to kitchen Rates are listed under the Rate tab and are subject to change. Please note that all future booking must be for at least one week during the summer season per Point Pleasant Beach regulations (May 15 - Sept 30). Price subject to quote and change!! Special Events may be subject to a discretionary $150 Event Fee and must be approved in advance. We do provide bath rugs and shower mats. We do provide 2 kitchen dish towels. We do not provide bedlinens. We also do not provide bath or beach towels. All these items can be rented locally. We do provide bed pillows, bedspreads and blankets for each of the 11 beds. We do provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shower soap, dish detergent and dishwasher pods, trash bags, keurig coffee pods, coffee pot filters We do provide 12 beach chairs, 12 beach badges and 2-3 beach umbrellas.

The location of this house was perfect with quick and easy access to the beach allowing family members to go back and forth to the house as needed. The house was clean and comfortable. Large kitchen that was well stocked made it easy to prepare meals for a big group. The landlord, Steve, was very accommodating and helped make or stay wonderful.

Stephen was a great host. He sent detailed instructions and house info well in advance as well as communicated on our day of arrival to let us know when we could get in. He was onsite to ensure the house was ready and replied immediately to any requests or questions once we arrived. Any issues were resolved immediately. The house itself is great for extended family and the beach was easily accessed from the backyard. Hope to return!

Our extended family of 13 overnight and day visits from family and friends in NY/ NJ was so much fun in this spacious and well equipped house with short walk to Beach. Highly recommend for house, location and close proximity to Boardwalk, mini golf, Aquarium, amusements, restaurants and shops!!!

We walk a lot, so it was a close distance to stores and cafe’s going toward Bay Head, and if we felt like taking longer walk, about a mile walk to Jenkinson’s in Point Beach.
Accommodations were wonderful, clean, and quiet at night.

Our immediate family and spouses, 4 generations all gathered for a week at the Jersey Shore. Clean and functional home, with ideal beach location with direct beach access just over the dunes and 2 min drive or 20 min walk to the boardwalk, which was great exercise after boardwalk eats. The boardwalk has a lot of kids rides for the little ones and our grand daughters had a blast at night on the rides. There are fireworks on Thursday (which the owner reminded us not to miss). The floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a bath on one level and another level with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths were great for giving each groups their own space. Nice back deck, perfect for morning coffee and games at night and a big open living room and kitchen with plenty of room for big family meals. Outdoor shower next to the back door was spot on, and 2 car garage, meant we could park 5-6 cars on the property, if you have mostly SUVs/Trucks it will be more like 4-5 vehicles, which is good as street parking is limited. We would definitely return for another family gathering. Thank you.

This was our first of many family reunions. The setup of the house was perfect for us. It was very clean, the house had everything that we needed.....the kitchen accommodations, back porch, backyard, it was the perfect place to for a small family gathering. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The open floor plan upstairs was delightful and we loved having the bedrooms on the 2 floors. The property manager was wonderful! He was very informative and was always available. We would rent this house again and highly recommend it.

Spent Christmas at this beautiful house with extended family. Stephen was very attentive to our questions and requests. The location can't be beat, no matter the season. Clean house with plenty of room for all 10 of us and our 2 dogs. We were all in agreement that we would stay here again!

Beautiful place for a family vacation with easy access to the beach and short bike ride or walk to Jenkins. I’ve rented a lot with VRBO and this was hands down best host I’ve ever had. Very helpful that beach chairs and umbrellas are provided, ample parking. Obvious how hard the owners work to maintain the property, very clean and sincere that their guests enjoy vacation.

This was the perfect house for our multigenerational family vacation! The large modern open kitchen with dining area plus seating at the peninsula was great for all of us to eat together. The large bedrooms were great as well. Loved the set up with the living area on the top floor.
