Great Christmas vacation. Perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. Nice, very nice, 1 bedroom condo with porch, beachfront, pool, 4th floor of a 4 story building. Would happily rebook in the future. The hostess, Johnnie, was super. Quick to reply, helpful, available, nice. Me, my gal, my 10 month old puppy had a wonderful time and loved the condo. Thank you.

We enjoyed the condominium and especially the location. Johnnie responded to all of our concerns promptly. The one downfall was that there weren’t any paper products, except for toilet paper. We had to purchase things such as foil, napkins, etc.

The condo had beautiful views of the beach and pool. Sunrises every morning were picturesque. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area large and comfortable. The king size bed was great. We did not use the Murphy bed but it was available for a larger family. We celebrated our 20 year Anniversary week here and it was fantastic.

From check in to check out Johnnie could not have been any more helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It has everything you need for great beachfront holiday. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. But the view from the balcony! Now that is the definition of paradise. Cannot recommend Johnnie and Ryan enough.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the the waves roll up. We usually are on the beach every day, but the balcony was so nice I could have beach time and not need to put on a swimsuit and sunscreen.

Our condo was just as pictured. Lots of little extras made it very comfortable. The pool was perfect for our little group and the pool toys were awesome. Easy walk to beach and to convenience store. Thank you !!!

The views are as beautiful as the pictures! We had a very comfortable stay. The condo is as described. Had one issue that Johnnie very promptly corrected. All communication from her was very good! The king size bed was very comfortable! Our stay was wonderful and we did not want to leave! Hope to stay again soon!

We love visiting Stuart and are repeat visitors to Indian River Plantation. It’s a great area with beautiful beaches. Downtown Stuart has some great restaurants along with Hutchinson Island. The condo has a beach vibe and a great ocean view. It’s tad small- but works fine for 2 people.

Our stay at the spoonbill was perfect. The condo has the most spectacular view and its very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The only thing it seemed to be missing was a wine bottle opener :) We had a wonderful week and would happily book again in the future.

Condo location was great for daily walks with the dog. The view from balcony was enjoyed and we spent a lot of time outside. The amenities were as advertised and more. We would vacation their again in the future.
