If you're looking for a comfortable place to enjoy an excitement-filled Central Oregon trip, this property features all the comforts of home and easy access to everything the resort community of Sunriver has to offer. Enjoy a convenient location within about a mile of the SHARC, restaurants, the lodge, and the Village Mall. You will also be 25 minutes from downtown Bend and 30 minutes from skiing at Mt. Bachelor, as well as wonderful hiking, biking, and all the other opportunities Central Oregon offers. Kick back and relax in the living room on the cabin-style sofas, watch some cable TV, use the DVD player, or simply sit back and turn on the fireplace to keep the home extra cozy. Extras include two more TVs, as well as DVD players, WiFi, and a laundry room. The full kitchen has just about everything you may need to whip up tasty meals. With all major appliances, you will have no trouble cooking up anything from a simple breakfast of pancakes and eggs to a roast dinner! Sit down together at the dining room table and enjoy family-style meals. Outside, you will have a gas grill and a patio area, so you can cook up a tasty meal and enjoy the fresh air. In Sunriver, you can access the fantastic SHARC aquatic center, which has indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, a hot tub, and outdoor sports courts and recreation areas. Elsewhere at the resort, you will have no shortage of fun activities to keep busy (some activities may require a fee). While you're here you can visit the tennis courts, book a tee time on one of the golf courses, walk around the 30 miles of paved trails, or take a guided horseback ride around the scenic nearby area. You could also go rafting or fishing on the nearby Deschutes River, mountain biking or hiking in the Deschutes National Forest, or even drive (or take the free shuttle) just 30 minutes up to Mt. Bachelor for some wintertime skiing, snowboarding, or sledding adventures! At Sunriver, you will find several eateries, shops, and a market where you can stock up on groceries, though you may want to drive into wonderful Bend for even more options. Or peruse the downtown shops, museums, galleries, and other attractions. Bend is also famous for its breweries, including the especially well-loved Deschutes Brewery. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September. This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is for Ranch Cabin guests only. It does NOT include access to the Circle 4 Ranch pool. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Very disappointed the pool to ranch cabins was down, no one let us know it was down, we would have cancelled and found another house that had a pool. We have been coming to sunriver ranch cabins for years and the only reason we stay there is for the private pool.

This ranch cabin style was perfect for our family of 3 adults n 3 children. Location is just perfect. Close to the Lava Butte, High Desert museum, and Nature Center/observatory. We loved the biking trails, which we later found out when we explored that we could have bikes to the Nature Center Museum. We had a small issue with bed linings but it was fixed when reported. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5-start rating is because I didn’t get the correct door code. I called Vacasa n it took over 30minutes to get of hold of a representative, but once I spoke with a person, I was given the right code. Also, the upstairs double bed was ok comfortable, I suggest it’s time to change the mattress, it was super squeaky n loud every time we moved/reposition. My husband who is a big guy, had to sleep in another room so we could sleep n not wake up from the load mattress squeaking noise. The rest of the beds were fine, no concerns. But I will rebook this cabin again.

We had a nice quiet getaway at the cabin . The weather was perfect - we rode bikes, went on walks, played pickleball, used the outside barbecue and slept very comfortably. There were only two of us so we never even went upstairs! The downstairs was small but perfect. We saw deer walking by every day. Very peaceful and quiet!

Arrived at rental well past check-in time and no entry code was sent. E-mail sent days earlier indicated we would receive the code the day of...had to call customer service, (Was not sent to spam) and after talking to the agent received multiple emails. On the last day, a person showed up at the door 20 minutes before 1000 check out and said," Your not checked out yet?" No introduction to who she was and she sounded disgusted we were still in the rental. Housekeeping staff parked next to our vehicle and watched us load up our items per our planned departure. Rather rude to just wait, like we needed to hurry? Spoke to onsite manager at office in Sunriver regarding the early housekeeping knock on the door. The unit has a fireplace with broken damper, had to move it open by hand. The tea kettle is so old, it leaks water as you try to pour water and the handle gets very hot, just needs to be replaced. The kitchen cabinets seem slightly grimmy where you touch them. The bathroom is good and location is great. Very quiet. The master bed mattress is so so, not motel quality. We learned that Vacasa has an e-mail system for checking out, but apparently the info is not looped back to the site for anyone's use? We enjoyed our stay in spite of Vacasa hiccups.

We also appreciated the amount of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels etc. so we didn't need to shop for those things. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as well. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Sunriver.

Ranch cabin 38
This was a great home! Perfect for us. Wouldn’t change a thing. I grew up spending summers in ranch cabins and this was so great. Loved the pool we would go early and swim before others came. Really glad the pool got closed midway because others were congregating and not being respectful of PANDEMIC social distancing. We never experienced that because we went in the morning. But come on people. Don’t ruin a beautiful space because you can’t follow the rules.

Great location and comfortable but needs updates for ADA
Nice and roomy for our group, but disappointed that it wasn’t really accessible for my 92 yr old grandma in a wheelchair . I booked it specifically because it had a master bath on the bottom floor, but the master bathroom still had a tub shower so getting my grandma in the shower was a lengthy hassle.
Also, the front door needs a deadbolt lock. The door had a doorknob lock that always felt unlocked from the inside and was misleading and worrisome when locking up for the night.
Would be a really desirable unit if those upgrades were made.
Lastly, we found a broken balloon among the sheets in the upstairs bunk bed. Only way that could have occurred is if Vacasa management did not change the sheets prior. Kinda disturbing especially during this pandemic time.

Location of this cabin is perfect
This is the perfect cabin to access the best bicycling trails to the nature center, marina, river loop. The cabin is in a very quite area with green grass right outside. Very peaceful setting. The private ranch cabin pool is a plus. The kitchen is very well equipped with every possible kitchen gadget including a pancake griddle and coffemaker. We had two families for a total of five adults and one teenager and it was the perfect size. The bikes were a great addition to the family who traveled from out of state. There are fans in every room, which is good as it can get hot upstairs in the summer. There are games to play and a nice new tv. The outside deck has four chairs and a card table. Very scenic. We will be back at this cabin again!

Great little cabin in the woods
We really enjoyed our stay. So close to so many things to do in Sunriver. It was a nice quite area. Only bummer was because of the way it was advertised I was under the impression there was a shared hot tub for us to use near the shared pool. Not the case. They told us the only one available was at the Sharc which closes at 5. :(
