Excellent apartment in a very convenient location with great views.

The apartment was clean, well-furnished and located in a very convenient location. It has excellent views of Penang skyline with water views in the distant. If you do not have a car, it is located in a great location to get a Grab car or walking to various nearby eateries.

If you have a car, be prepared to drive up many floors on a tight spiralling driveway to get to your assigned car park. However, the lovely apartment we stayed in made up for this inconvenience.

Only the view

Very disappointed and no comfortable. First thing the parking need to turn until 8 floor second this is no suitable for sleep due to early morning the sun is so bright around 5.30am. No able to rest.third no suitable for old ppl and kids the bed and floor having a gap Will fall down during night time going to toilet. 4th floor is dirty. 5th the price is too expensive better stay at hotel.

Panasonic views of the city and sea

4 night stay in high floor studio with seaview which is comfortable for two pax. Allocated parking if driving. this apartment adjoins the Courtyard at Marriot hotel. access to Infinity pool and gym on 11th floor. Superb location with good eats nearby (eg Macalister Signature Food Court, Restoran Zim Sum) and walkable to the Georgetown heritage zones. truly awesome panoramic views of city and seaview during sunrise and sunset (the v strong unique feature of this studio), pleasing interior color scheme. Basic but functional furniture, strong air conditioner (2 units). Fully equipped with good 6.5 kg washing machine (BYO laundry detergent, standing clothes rack- request for hangers if needed), vacuum cleaner, ample toilet rolls, dishwashing detergent, body and hair shampoo. kitchenette with good kettle, microwave, cutlery and dinner ware for 2 pax. did not use the cooktop but it’s there for light cooking (note only mini fridge provided, space enough largely for beverages not fresh food items). Shower water pressure good. A convenience store is on level 1 as is a bakery, sushi place, dumpling shop. responsive hosts.

minor improvements suggested for the comfort of next users (eg additional hooks in bathroom for clothes/towels), tighten shower pole and holder. not a major issue but note No door for shower compartment, so bathroom floors are wet after showering.

Could be more hygiene, crowded pool, slow lift

Parking spot right in front of lift, good location with foods nearby. Aircon is strong and cold

Not hygiene(saw cockroach), smelly and sticky sofa, small pool always crowded, access card not readable in lift (takes forever to read), long wait for lift.

The host was very responsive to all my queries. Good thing that the host returned the security deposit after I showed pics of the issues.

Found fittings on the wall that were loose and the toilet seat too. Expect all such issues to have been resolved before the next guest/s arrives so that he/she need not have to take pics for the host just to be sure that the security deposit is not impacted. Certainly spoils an otherwise good experience

Very comfortable stay.

Studio unit isn’t too small, you have enough space for 2 people. Equipped kitchen with electric cooker, water heater works well. Great panoramic sea view. Big windows. The unit has two mirrors, a hair dryer, washing machine and ironing equipment. Amenities on 11 floor.

only one chair … ok if you’re happy to sit on (effectively) the floor all the time but if you’re an older couple you might be fighting over the single chair!

the swimming pool is not very clean. the parking was is very unpleasant due to the way up would make us feel dizzy a little.

could be cleaner. really Spartan. access to the unit is like Fort Knox, endless taps of security card on readers which hardly worked.
