Great location, close to Sumter Landing
About this house rental
Beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom, plus Den, home is located in prime area of the Villages. Close to shopping, centrally located between the three Town Squares and close to Laurel Manor Rec Center. Tall trees is surrounded by a privacy wall which means most of the people coming through the gate live there. We have a beautiful pool here, and a sport pool at Laurel Manor. There are over 42 executive, and 9 Championship golf courses throughout the area, all available for your use. There is a $50 charge for the owner ID available for up to 2 people for you to use. To get those privileges, you have to request them ahead of time. I will need your names, address, phone numbers to have them ready for you. There is a $150 cleaning fee. Gas Golf Cart is available for your use, golf waiver needs to be signed by all drivers. Keywords: 2 Bedroom plus Den

this home really needs updating. Sheets, towels, pillows, curtains, fake plants, furniture, and especially the master bath shower head all looked to be 15+ years old. The house is a good size, in a nice area and was very clean but that doesn't help you sleep at night on a mattress that offers no support. We rented for 30 days but left after 8 days.

We enjoyed three weeks in this Tall Trees home. The house was clean and inviting. We really liked the golf cart and made use of it almost every day to go to the pool and near by Publix grocery store. I would recommend this property for couples or a small family get together.

Amazing Vacation
We enjoyed Judys property immensely. Rita the property manage was a joy to work with. Peggy our neighbor for our 3 week stay was so kind and friendly she brought us her newspaper daily. I highly recommend anyone interested in experiencing the Villages to contact Judy. This property is centrally located to Lake Sumter downtown area and to many excellent golf courses. We plan on returning to this property next year and hopefully many years to come.

Stayed here last year and it was just as fun and relaxing as then except for the whole COVID-19 restrictions. Had an issue with the air conditioner first night/day we got there but Judy the owner and Rita the property manager were right on it and got it taken care of by the time we were done running around and this was on July 4th!

The pictures and description of this home are all accurate. The house was fantastic as was the neighborhood. It was a very peaceful, quiet area. Rita, who manages the home, lives in the immediate area and calls to say hi upon your arrival and to let you know she is available for any issues. And there were none at all. There are plenty of kitchen needs there and the basics are supplied such as paper towels, coffee filters, diish soap, spices and many other things. Its just requested that you replace what you use which is more than reasonable. I will definitely consider staying here again

Great Home in a great location
I could not have been more happy with this property. The house was very nice, nicer than the pictures do justice too. The first day we got there we had issues with the golf cart. They owner has relatives across the street, so that took care of us by taking the failing golf cart and giving us their golf cart for the week. I can not thank them enough, without that we would not have been able to golf anywhere because the cart would not make it. I am sure they will fix the problem with the original cart asap. The home has everything you need to cook, it has all the linens and towels you need as well. Again I can't say enough good things about this home and the help we received when we had a problem. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Great Location
First time vacationing at the villages and we will be going back. This home was centrally located and close to everything. The home was clean, well furnished, and if you have any questions the owner does get back to you.

Renting went smoothly. Judy was very responsive and most pleasant to work with. Property was as described and IMMACULATE. The location was centralized and in what turned out to be our favorite Village and town square. Can't say enough good things.

A great place to stay everything was easy and convenient
This is my first time using VRBO the owner of the property was very nice and helpful every time I called her. The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. The neighbors were very friendly to all of us we want to give our thanks to Judy for making everything easy for us to have a very nice vacation. I have already recommended it to others

35th Anniversary Getaway
House was very nice and clean, had all the essentials we needed, plus a golf cart for our excursions! Had a little mix up on getting our pool passes but Judy was on top of it and got it taken care of right away. All and all an excellent choice for our 35th Anniversary!

Perfect Location in the Villages
Nice home with easy access to golf, restaurants and shopping. The home is well equipped and very comfortable. We downloaded the Villages GPS and had no trouble going everywhere on the golf cart. Loved our stay!

Wonderful Vacation!
My husband and I just returned home from a wonderful stay in this immaculately clean and comfortable house which had everything we needed. Rita next door was so helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed having her for our neighbor even if it was only for a week.

Great villages vacation
The property was clean, well stocked with linens and other items making our stay super comfortable. Also, the set up of the rooms could not have been better. This property provide two separate little suites. Totally perfect for privacy! And finally, location was absolutely perfect. Golfing, restaurants and town/village square acess. WOW!!
