Close enough to Main Street Frisco to walk, but far enough away to have peace and quiet and an amazing mountain view from the balcony. The condo is old, but kept in great shape, and was very affordable per night for a place that sleeps 4 comfortably. It was perfect for our group to stay while hiking the area. The Mountainside neighborhood clubhouse features some great amenities including an indoor pool, three outdoor hot tubs, and a sauna. If you're hiking all day, it's so nice to go use these! Really enjoyed our time here.

This property was perfect for a quick getaway with our kids before school started. The location was close enough to Main Street to walk and close to the trailhead for Rainbow lake.
The rental was very clean and the check in/out process could not have been easier. The property manager checked in with me several times during our stay to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions that we might have had.
It was great having access to the club house on the property as we used the pool and outdoor hot tubs almost every day.
We are looking forward to staying here again on future visits.

Good location. Beautiful view out back deck. If you like hiking or biking trails are within walking or riding distance. Plus you get to hike 3 flights of stairs to your rental. Make sure you don’t forget anything when you leave as every time we left I was hiking to retrieve the item.

We came with 25 family members and rented out 4 different condos. The complex is amazing and had the most wonderful amenities!! Kids had a blast at the pool, tennis, and racquet ball. We were able to ride our bikes right from the condo to a bunch of different trails, really incredible location.The condo was very outdated and needs a good deep clean. The other condos our family members had were much nicer and cleaner than ours. Being on the third floor allows a lot more light in, but the stairs can be a bit inconvenient when you’re hauling up coolers and heavy things. A first floor condo would be ideal. We will Definitely come back to this complex, but we will be renting out a different unit.

was not aware of the 3floor hike up to the condo-no elevator. this would nice to add to posting. The condo had the most uncomfortable large couch I think I ever sat in

Perfect location for skiing at all major ski resorts. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. Tons of towels and toiletries. Even two humidifiers! Fireplace was nice and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room was a bit crowded with the round table and five chairs. Just needs a few upgrades to lighting (arriving after dark was tricky with no hallway lighting) and upgrades to bathrooms (toilets super low and faucets sprayed everywhere) and kitchen (fridge froze all of my veggies). But a really lovely place, just missing some of those nicer upgrades.

Nice Place. VERY close to hiking and biking trails, which is why I chose it. King bed was comfy, but the bunk bed mattresses as well as the loft bed were uncomfortable. We saw a moose from the deck nearly every night.

We have a large family. The extra space over the kitchen with the daybed as well as bunk bed room very helpful for us. Lots of space for the money. We enjoyed Frisco as location. Would need a car. Also on 3rd floor which gives beautiful view off the balcony but just note the stairs.

This was the second time we rented this particular condo, and it was just as great as the first time. The condo is well equipped and gave us a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Jerome was an excellent help and I appreciate his work so much with our questions throughout the stay. The place was beautiful. Thank you so much for everything. 2 issues. There are outlets that don’t hold the plug. And there are nails poking through the drawer in the master bed dresser that could rip clothes. Thanks for everything!

The Condo was clean but it was much smaller than we expected and there was no air conditioning and due to the altitude we could not breathe and my mother-in-law was having issues with her blood pressure 190/110 so we had to leave and cancel our vacation. this was a costly lesson and I will not be renting my more from VRBO.

Property was in a great location! Great space to accommodate large family, loved the full kitchen. Check in/out was a bit of a headache - had to drive to Main St. to retrieve and drop off keys, had to call property twice for directions on what to do because we did not have directions in our confirmation email. That process could have been made a little smoother, but overall the stay was great and we would stay again!
