Situated in Manistee, this lovely condo for $358 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The building was originally Manistee National Bank. The recently renovated apartment is where the Bank offices were originally located. It sits on the Manistee River Walk. The building is centrally located in the downtown Historic District, steps away from local shopping, dining, and entertainment. The deck provides beautiful views of the river where you will see sailboats and charter fishing boats pass by. You may even see a Great Lakes Freighter navigate the river channel. The River Walk makes for a nice stroll down to Lake Michigan. The renovated apartment is 1500 sq ft, has original hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, 11' ceilings, tons of natural lighting, and a beautiful back deck that overlooks the Manistee River. There are stairs leading up to the apartment from the street (pictured). The rear access is via a spiral staircase (pictured) on the patio that leads down to the lower levels of the building. There is one parking space located behind the building for your use.

This is an amazing property right on the Riverwalk. Plenty of room inside with a great full kitchen, wonderful exposed brick and wood floors, along with all the comforts of home. Great experience with the owners. Be sure to run across the street to TJ's for a meal while you are there. Already talking about booking for our annual steelhead trip next year.

Great property offering both walking to downtown restaurants and shopping as well as a wonderful private balcony, outdoor fireplace and view of the river! Kitchen was well outfitted and host even provided Starbuck's coffee! Definitely want to come back here again! Highly recommend!

The home had all amenities needed. The area was perfect for restaurants /eclectic shops and just walking around. The view in back yard overlooking the river was breathtaking . Picture perfect weather

A great view from the deck. Watched a ship come in and leave. Location is great - right downtown by shops and restaurants. There are a lot of steps to climb.

Property was clean and tastefully decorated W e were within walking distance to everything in the downtown area. We got to see the Manitowoc (Lower lake freighter) come up the river channel at night and leave early the next morning while have a cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the river. This property was simply superb in every way. Thank-you Barry for your hospitality!

We’ve stayed here three times now and look forward to returning again and again. It’s a beautiful space, a lovely quaint and unpretentious town, and the perfect place for us to unwind and relax. We split time using the nice kitchen making excellent meals for ourselves and walking down to the Bluefish for a satisfying meal (also recommend Table 14 thirty minutes south in Ludington). We love the $2 classic movies across the street at the Vogue and walks along the riverwalk to the big lake. And Magoon Creek nature area. Everything about our stay at this place is always perfect. The location is perfect, centrally located and with in walking distance of so many amazing sites and business'. The most amazing property manager I have ever dealt with, second to none. Our family travels to Manistee quite often and we will stay at this property as often as possible.

This is our second year staying on the river in this loft. It is a beautiful place and so relaxing! The river walk is right there to explore in the back and you are in the middle of town at the front door. Barry is very responsive and great to work with. It was a wonderful week!

It was very easy to rent and access this property. It was in the heart of downtown Manistee making it convenient for all the wedding party activities we needed to attend in town. Their are beautiful views from the back patio area and a nice private place to park. This place is in our top 5 places to rent in Manistee.

Spacious apartment in a beautiful old building, and very nicely decorated. We loved it, and considered it a bargain considering all of the room we had to relax in vs. a hotel room. If we hadn't spent so much time out snowshoeing the great trails in the area, we would have loved exploring the great shops in the downtown area. A great place for a get-away!

In short - we loved this property. Coming from a countryside dwelling it was quite a treat to experience a more "city" type setting. We were impressed by the size, decor, and upkeep of the facility and delighted by the character of the surroundings and all the great food and shops just steps away. This will definitely be first on our list when considering another such vacation!
