The pool area has been completely renovated, with the addition of a huge jacuzzi . As owners of this great property we offer hands on service to make your stay 5 star. We are a registered and approved condo, and have followed the guidelines set by the Government We are being monitored by the Aruba Hotel & tourism Authorization and the Aruba Government, to ensure that you have a save stay in our unit. We have taken every step necessary to protect you from COVID-19 -High Speed unlimited Internet in each unit, and provided free with your stay. 55 inch smart TV, with YouTube and Netflex , and many more services - Located just minutes away from beautiful Palm Beach. We loved our stay in Aruba. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities. The bed was super comfortable! The grounds are beautiful with a great pool. There is a small grocery store right across the street that has anything you might need. The location was perfect close to beach and all the restaurants. Our hosts, Dave and Anita were very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location not really a short or easy walk to beach Better to have a car to drive to beach. Apartment nicely set up for 2 people. Pool never crowded.

October is the perfect time to stay, fewer people at the condo, mostly couples, and on the beaches around the island. Can find a lounger or have a nice swim in the pool or hang out at one of the many beaches with a Papula or umbrella.

Property was safe, clean and quiet. The owner has provided everything we could possibly require and was very responsive to our questions. Would book the same property from the same owner again.

This property was amazing. The condo was beautiful and clean. The king size bed so comfortable!! I got to meet a few amazing people from Canada at the condo! Thanks for another amazing stay in Aruba!

The condo was well equipped, and clean with a great kitchen and the grill outside was clean. Having the beach chairs and the cooler was so helpful. The location was perfect only 5 minutes to the beach and far away from all the big hotels. The outside area was very well kept. I would definitely come back again.

We had a very nice stay here. The pool was very nice, the condo was very nicely maintained and clean inside. The location is ideal being close to Palm Beach.
Communication with the owners was great. We will definitely be back!

Bathroom needs towel racks/hooks, shower strainer needs attention. TV Hulu was not achievable with directions given. Could add a wall mounted island map. Pool was great as was bed , security and community accommodations. Comments are not complaints just improvement suggestions.

Property is exactly as listed & owners/managers live nearby 5-6 month out of the year in the winter months. We woukd definitely rent from these owners again. We drove to Eagle Beach--recently voted #2 in the world-- most days since it's quieter than Palm Beach. Palm Beach is walking distance but still recommend renting a car as you'll be carrying beach chairs & cooler, plus it's nice to explore the other beaches & areas of the island. Aruba itself is very safe with very nice beaches, sunshine every day & comfortably breezes every day. The people of Aruba are friendly & there's lots of wonderful restaurants nearby.

Perfect apartment for two. Adequately spacious and comfortable. The common area courtyard was beautiful with lovely architecture and plantings and a fabulous large pool. Had breakfast and cocktails on our own little patio. While we visited and toured the island, I could have spent the entire time here. A couple of suggestions to make this wonderful apartment even better: one more towel bar and a towel ring in the bathroom plus a grab bar in the walk-in shower would be an improvement. A stronger light in the bedroom would be helpful.

Check in was easy. David and Anita were quick to respond to any of my questions. The condo was a perfect size for two adults. We rented a car so it was a great location to get to the beaches and restaurants.

We had a great vacation at this property. Quiet location which is about 5-10 minutes from some of the nicer beaches and many of the restaurants. Very nice pool on the property. The Black Pearl sunset cruise was one of the highlights of our trip. Would definitely go back.

A car is useful to get places since the road to the beach is busy and has sidewalks are sporadic.
The only thing I would suggest is some hooks to hang toiletry bags in the bathroom, suction hooks or over the door ones would work great.
Overall I recommend this condo for couples.

Relaxing Oasis
Loved every minute! Clean, cool condo. Gorgeous gorgeous pool area, friendly/neighborly people, 400ft to a convenient grocery store, and just a walk around the corner to the Oak Restaurant with delicious food and drink. I couldn’t have had a more relaxing time!!!

Great Stay - Will be back!
Unit 6A is great! One bed, one bath condo with full kitchen, dinning area, living room, two TVs, Wi-Fi and even Netflix, in a clean, well laid out complex with gorgeous pool and courtyard. Owners were in town when we were there which worked out well as one of the two air conditioners died on our first day. I sent the owners an email, they responded immediately, had a tech onsite that same morning, replaced the entire unit, and we were back in operation. So in addition to a great condo, in a great location (5 minutes by car to downtown district), the owners concern for your stay is excellent! We'll be back and to rent the same unit again!

12 day stay
Good for the price. Not enough room for toiletries. Poor lighting in bedroom. No outlet in bathroom. Some outdoor chairs ripped. Good size condo. Nice pool and spa. Appreciate the beach chairs! Property was very quiet. Like that condo was furthest from street noise. We would stay in this property again

The owners recently advised us that they will no longer be renting it out, so we needed to find a new place to stay. We feel we hit the jackpot by choosing Dave and Anita's condo. Great Vacation
We had a good time. The condo was as advertised - up-to-date, clean, well stocked, and an easy drive to a number of beaches, stores, and restaurants. David and Anita were very easy to work with and responsive. Definitely would book the place again.

We loved staying here! Everything was perfect and just like the pictures. We loved the beautiful pool area and enjoyed the large kitchen, TV, the AC and comfortable bed. They have really paid attention to detail and thought of everything here! Thank you so much!

Good location
We very much enjoyed our stay. In only a couple of minutes drive you are at a number of beaches. Property was great and enjoyed the evening talks with neighbours who were also staying there, I would recommend

Wacamaya 6a
We very much enjoyed our stay in this quiet end unit. Nice comfy furnishings, good appliances (loved the gas range), cold A/C, plenty of hot water & wifi. Enormous TV. Owners responded promptly to very minor issues that arose. Pool area and grounds are kept meticulously clean and are really lovely. Felt very safe in the gated community. Loved the grocery store across the street. Beaches were a short drive away and there were beach chairs, towels, and a cooler in the unit. I took off one star for accuracy in the listing because when we booked there was a washer & dryer in the laundry room on the property but it had been removed by the time we got there (three months later). I found out by reading a review of the property. I contacted the owner. Although she said we could pay their caretaker to do our laundry or use a nearby laundromat that has pickup/drop off service, I wasn't comfortable with either option. Overall, a great unity well worth the price.

Wonderful location, wonderful property, GREAT TIME!
The condo is nicely located down the street off the main highway from the high rise hotels and beaches. The Wacamaya Condominiums are quaint and private and QUIET which we loved. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool which is well kept and the other visiting neighbors were very nice.
The property is also close to a small convenient store which was helpful for last minute items such as ice. We loved our stay and would stay at this property again in the future. The parking lot was also a nice feature and everything was worth the cost. Huge thanks to the owners!

Excellent stay
We stayed 9 nights at this beautiful property! The apartment was super clean and very upgraded. It was a little tight for 3 people as we used the nice air mattress for our daughter in the main room. The coffee table made is a little difficult to get around with the bed there too. We liked the location, and the complex & pool are just wonderful! Both beds were very comfortable, and the shower was huge! We could have used another set of beach towels since the community washer & dryer were not there. Overall, it was one of the best stays we have had! We highly recommend staying here!

Our third visit in three years It’s our Aruba home
The property is great. Super comfortable surroundings complete with pool and pet Iguanas. Condo is just right. We have made a wealth of memories and new friends . It turns out we are not the only people who return here year after year

Peaceful Paradise
Wacamaya is just a perfect gem! Unit 6A was just s pictured on VRBO, no surprises! The unit had all we needed, and then some! Dave and Anita, the owners, could not have been better hosts. We took advantsge of their shuttle service as we arrived late in the evening and didn't know our way around. They were right there, waiting for us, and then took us on a quick tour of the island before going to the condo. We followed their advice and wanted to rent a car, however I goofed and did not have international phone service. Dave appeared out of nowhere after speaking to a neighbor that knew we were heading to the store to try to get some help. He was already on the phone with a rental agency and we had a car in 40 minutes! Would surely stay there again, as it was so peacefull after a day at the beach, and just a 5 minute drive to all the excitement in the high rise area. We had perfect vacation and hope to come back again!!

The location of this condo was great. Courtyard was very comfortable, quiet and lush with beautiful landscaping. A few problems with condo itself such as plumbing issues, lamps/lighting, laundry area outside was not in operation and a few other issues in the condo. All in all we had a good vacation and would recommend this condo complex.
