Love this amazing place, stayed with 3 girlfriends and walked to the beach for sunset, rode bikes down the strand and walked to wonderful eateries! Great to have the kitchen and living area so we could share morning coffee and stories before getting ready to adventure. The loveliest little touches and decor, we all wished we didn’t have to go home.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! A perfect fit for a family of four. The location is incredible, the cleanliness and classiness was 5 Star quality. The overall feel encouraged relaxation, peacefulness and vacation. There is truly something special about this this property. Thank you!

We had such a lovely time enjoying Thanksgiving week with our two college students in this well-stocked beach home. We were able to cook and bake many of our family favorites during our stay. The home is thoughtfully appointed for the needs and desires of the traveller. Our host Deena, was considerate of our needs, providing some kitchen extras to make pies and such! Deena's kindness shined throughout our experience. From the start when making our reservation request to returning our security deposit - Denna was extremely responsive and accommodating at all times. The location is great for quick access to LAX and the beach! We managed nicely for a week with no car by mostly walking and biking in the area. Everything is as stated in property listing. Excellent experience!

We stayed here for 5 days with our 2.5 year old son, and just had the best time. The area is fantastic, super chilled and family friendly, and the property is literally 2 blocks to the ocean. We brought a toddler gate to secure the stairs which really helped it to feel safe and suitable for any age child. The apartment is beautifully kept, there is everything you could need to stay there and more- including beach items, bikes, sun creams, beach towels and gorgeous bath and shower products that really make this place feel like an extra special home from home. The beds are comfortable, showers powerful and everything is very clean and well looked after. The garage parking is really handy, we stored our stroller etc in there too, and enjoyed lots of walks around Manhattan Beach and the strand- you could literally leave your car there the whole trip and explore on foot if you wanted to. Overall a perfect trip to LA and we will definitely be back.

Can’t say enough of the great hospitality you get by having Deena on your team when you’re in MB. We spent almost two weeks with my wife and our two boys (8 and 10). We had a great time but it was truly made even better by all the the heldful advice Deena gives you ahead of time and while you are there. Rests to book ahead of time, places you should bike to, locations her family and two boys have enjoyed. She had bottled water and plenty of other basics in the house and told us to helps ourseleves to whatever we needed. A bottle of wine plus a nice a handwritten card on arrival. All this while being a block from the ocean. We live in NYC and have stayed at many VRBO homes (East Hampton, Streamboat, Newport Beach) but this one was the most Value added given you get a local host when you stay here. My wife and I were very thankful for all her helpful advice and just helped make the time spent with our two young boys even better! Thanks again!!!

My husband and I rented this property for just over 3 months while we were remodeling our home. We couldn't have been more comfortable in this home away from our home! The property is a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 min to a bunch of little restaurants as well. The apartment is just like the photos and description. Perfectly maintained and extremely clean! It has really cute beach decor, and extra touches like beach chairs, beach towels and bikes. The kitchen is newly updated and fully stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms are great size as well with fresh, clean linens. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions we had. We felt so lucky to be able to stay in such a lovely home while we worked on ours. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great spot close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay here. We walked in for the first time and were overwhelmed by how clean and welcoming it was. We've stayed at other places before but they were nothing like this! There were fresh flowers around the home, a bottle of wine on the counter, and everything we needed to get started on our vacation. There were chairs, boogie boards, and towels for a fun day at the beach as well as bikes for a nice ride along the Strand. Deena went above and beyond to accommodate us from the garage to the rental time frame, and after we arrived made herself available to ensure that everything was going as planned. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and simple to leave and come back to when we went on day trips. This is not a party area. We felt very safe and secure, and the nights were quiet. There are many restaurants within walking distance for breakfast through dinner and we took advantage of them often. A nicely stocked grocery just down the street in the pier area as well as many more restaurant options. All around we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return in the future.

We had an amazing time in this charming Manhattan Beach apartment, one block from the Ocean. Amenities were impeccable and the property was spotless and well maintained with many extra's. No need to bring anything but your bathing suit! Great restaurants within walking distance and biking along the strand was a highlight. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Owners were the best! Thank you~
