Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming condo for $363 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Very Spacious condominium with spectacular ocean views from the east and west end of the beach with 1,000 square feet of living space. Kitchen has been updated with a new stove, microwave, dishwasher and brand new granitie counter tops, along with marble vanaties in both bathrooms.The balcony has direct access from living room, and master bedroom. Master bedroom, living room, and balcony all have fantastic views of the Gulf front and the beautiful white sands that Panama City is famous for. We are located on the first floor for easy access to the beach and to the pet walks. We have a designated covered parking stall right next to the stairwell ,with easy access to our unit when you don't want to wait on the elevator or get out in the rain or hot sun. We are located in the Dunes of Panama Complex, Building A and there is additional parking only a few feet away for a 2nd vehicle. Friendly, family atmosphere ensures enjoyment for guests of all ages.Pet friendly for some pets, with approval from the owners.

Property was everything as advertised. It was my wife, myself, and out little pupster. More than enough room to be able to decompress for the week. Location is great. Close enough to be able to Doordash a lot of different restaurants. Owners have been super easy to deal with. Absolutely pleasurable experience. Would definitely stay with again.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Unit was perfect, easy access to beach and pool. Convenient to anything you could ever need, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, ice cream, and so much more. Jane and Ronald were wonderful hosts and we can’t wait to come back. Perfect location on beach and the sunsets were beautiful. Condo has plenty of room with 2 beds and 2 baths. There was also enough room for my pets. We spent a week there and had a very nice time. Host was most helpful also. Thanks for letting us stay and relaxing during our spring break.

The condo was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bedroom has an extraordinary view of the ocean. Awesome televisions with any kind of shows or streaming you could ask for. Close to elevators so it was easy to take our dog out. She loved it too. We will definitely be back here again! Thank you, Jane and Ron. Wonderful folks to rent from!

We enjoyed our stay; we wish we could have stayed longer. Condo is very comfortable and sunset views from the balcony were wonderful. Walk to the beach was easy from first floor location. Close to heated pool, too. Glad we could bring our pet. We want to come back!

Loved the unit and the great beach views from it! We especially appreciated the covered parking spot and its proximity to the stairwell door next to it (kept us dry when we returned during a thunderstorm!) Jane was very easy to work with and communication was great before, during, and after the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

If you want a spectacular view, beautiful pool and easy beach access this condo is it! I only contacted the owner once & she replied quickly. They allowed our dog to join us, which was very appreciated! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Water pressure in the hall bath was awesome! TVs & some furniture have been updated since photos were taken. I would rent from the owner again. However, there were a few issues that the owner needs to address (I contacted her upon check out, because they didn't require immediate attention.) There was also an unfinished wall in the master bath sink area, which was a little off-putting. The master bed was very firm. The guest bed was comfy, but the frame made a lot of noise when simply rolling over. There were other issues, but not the owner's fault. There is a lot of wind noise that enters through the main entry door. There are stray cats everywhere and even a sign stating "feeding the cats is prohibited on the Dunes property." There's also structural damage on the building and even duct tape on an outside door besides the office. The unit itself was fine & clean, owner was friendly...but if you're wanting "luxury" I'd look elsewhere.

I believe we have found our new family vacation spot! The views were spectacular! Couldn't beat them! The condo was great! The beds was so comfortable too! We are already looking at the calendar for our next visit! This has been the best family vacation and even our furbaby had a great time! I highly recommend booking this little paradise!! Ms Jane is a sweetheart to talk to and very accommodating. Found a lifelong friend in the process!!

This is a great location. The condo has everything you need and spectacular views. The pet walk is so close and convenient. The beach in front of the property is real nice with plenty of beach accesses to use. The pools on the property are wonderful. We felt very safe here. We will definitely be back.

The listing doesn't do the condo justice. It is more updated than the pictures currently show. There are three flat screen TVs. All we needed to bring was our beach supplies, towels and linens were provided. We were very skeptical when going to the office to get our parking pass because it seemed a little sketchy but that is the only time we needed to go there, everything else was handled through the owner. It was a great trip, we even saw a dolphin from the balcony the morning we were leaving.

Perfect 2 bedroom condo with excellent views of the beach and ocean. Watch the sunsets from your balcony. Convenient covered parking and accessibility to room without the need to use elevator if you are concerned about social distancing. Excellent communication with the owner with prompt responses. Loved visiting the gulf, with my family! Keyless entry definitely a plus, Mrs Campbell was definitely friendly and easy to work with, she texted to check in on us the day we arrived. Condo was perfect for my family, our dog absolutely loved sitting on the balcony. Will definitely return!

Jane will take good care of you! Right on the ocean with balcony and master bedroom overlooking it! Great place to cram in some quality relaxation. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Excellent access to beach. What is not to like?

The Condo was just perfect for all our needs. It was very clean, and the views of the beach felt like you were almost sitting right on the beach. It was very easy to access the beach, pools, and doggie areas. Parking was also very good. Location was quiet and felt safe even out at night. The owners were a pleasure and very helpful. They recommended a great location for us to dine that probably only the locals know about and it was excellent food at a reasonable price. We will be back!!

Beautiful weather, magnificent sunsets, peaceful, very relaxing, white sands, clean beach.....❤❤❤❤. Perfect condo, quite and clean at The Dunes of Panama. Owners, Ronald and Jane are great people! They were available anytime we had questions about the condo. All in all, this was one of the best stays we've had in Florida.

This was our second Thanksgiving staying here and we loved it. We are already looking forward to next year. Ron and Jane are the best. This condo is our all time favorite of all we've stayed at in Panama City Beach. The perfect sunset night after night looking straight out of the living room doors. We love it being on the first level above covered parking. After a very trying year we want to say thank you Ron and Jane for our extended time away to cast aside all our stress and worries if only for a couple of weeks.
