Nestled in Miramar Beach, this attractive house for $2,562 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Stunning views from all levels, private pool, tiki bar, basketball, stunning kitchen and enough parking for your entire crowd (up to 18 vehicles) (or a 40ft motorhome). What more could you want? All new bedding, several new furnishings, decor, basketball, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and a 500 sq ft air conditioned activity den to name a few things. Alotta Colada beach house is the perfect spot for a family gathering or multiple family getaway due to its unique feature of being located on a private/gated street with it's own private beach! There is space for all with approximately 8100 sq ft (inclusive of balconies). Sit on one of the many decks overlooking the beautiful crisp teal waters of the gulf, or take a walk on the white sandy beaches which are located just steps away from the main house and private pool. If you want a break from the beach , enjoy the pool and bar area with TV/Satellite or step into the spacious courtyard to play basketball while still overlooking the ocean that is just steps away. ( less than a 15 second walk) Once you stay in the marvelous beach home, I'm sure you'll check your calendar for a repeat stay the following year! First Level - Family Room w/ Queen sleeper sofa, Dining area, Queen bedroom suite with gulf views, and private door to the pool, King bedroom suite with private door to the courtyard, Queen Suite with Double/Double bunk beds and an additional single sleeper too. This bedroom has a full bathroom and private door to the courtyard, Half hall bath that has a door directly to the pool for convenience, kitchenette with microwave and wetbar, laundry room with a commercial ice machine that makes 150lbs/day! Second Level - Gourmet Kitchen with Gulf View! Living Room with balcony and Gulf View, Dining Room w/ Gulf View, Half hall bath, Large Laundry Room, Queen bedroom suite full bathroom and balcony with Gulf Views. There is a single sleeper in this room too. A huge deck spans the width of the home and overlooks the gulf. Third Level - King Master suite with massive bathroom and private balcony that spans the entire width of the home and overlooks the gulf. Fantastic gulf views from bedroom and bathroom, jacuzzi tub - bonus kids room off of master with a double/double bunk bed plus a trundle bed! King Master suite with spacious full bathroom and private balcony with Gulf Views- another bonus kids room off of master with a double/double bunk. Both bunk rooms are equipped with tv/dvd players in each bunk. Both king rooms also have single rollaway beds if needed. Guest house - 2nd Floor. Nice balcony with outdoor seating, Full kitchen, dining area and a full living room (with double sleeper sofa and single sleeper too) Bunk room with Double bunk and single sleeper. King bedroom, shared hall bath (full), and laundry. Activity Den - Just below the Guest House is an approx 500 sq ft air conditioned area with wet bar, games, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, tv. Courtyard- basketball, and a very nice shaded paver patio area. Pool- Enjoy the heated pool while enjoying the sights and sounds of the waves. There is also a tiki bar that seats 12 and has a tv and refrigerator located at the pool. New for 2023 all new sun bathing loungers, fresh granite resurfaced pool, 42" TV at the tiki bar for sports, and several music options *add $50.00 per day to heat pool.

Seven families fit comfortably in this house. 4 sets of grandparents over 75 so the easy beach accessibility was perfect. We will go back!

Great location
The Recreational room was in adequate for what was advertised. There is no shuffleboard court. The ping pong table is a safety hazard. It falls down and the net was unusable. The air hockey table needs new hockey pieces. I was very disappointed. The location was great. Joey was excellent. Internet was bad. The property just needs some improvements and advertise correctly.

This house is perfect for family and friends. The pool, tiki bar, beach, and the game room kept everyone occupied even on rainy days.
The only recommendation would be to update it the place.

The location and area could not be beat. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone in our party and then a few more. Joey was awesome and very attentive to any issues that may have come up and fixed them right away. The house was clean, but there were a few areas that could have been better. Overall everyone enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this location for large parties.

We just had a family reunion at this property for one week. Overall, I would definitely book again. The location is really hard to beat for the price.
The only negative was that there were some cleanliness issues. I understand that this is a very big property, but you could tell that the cleaning crew may have overlooked a few things while rapidly moving through the home. However, once this was communicated with the property manager (who was amazing), our complaints were immediately resolved.
This is a property that has been heavily rented out so there is wear and tear as would be expected. It is a cute property, but by no means does it look polished and new. But again, for the price, there is really no comparison in the area. You are steps from a private beach. This cannot be understated.
The listing says it can sleep 40ish. Well, it can, but I think it’s better fit for about 30 to 35 tops. But I like my space.

I was hoping this would be our forever beach vacation home. The layout and private suites make this the perfect house for multiple families with kids. The area is safe and has a lot around. (ie. stores for last minute items)
Unfortunately the state of the property was abysmal. The first night, we were awoken by a waterfall coming in through the ceiling and onto my 70-year-old Aunt's bed. They switched out the beds the next day and assured us that this never happens, but you can tell the ceiling has been patched multiple times and it is in Florida so we were lucky it didn't rain again. When I asked for a small reimbursement for the disaster that was the first night, I was ignored.
When we first arrived, one of the windows was shattered and even though it had been taped up there was glass all over the patio and in the pool. I reached out to the property manager (which there seems to be only one person for several properties) and I was ignored.
There were several other issues with the place that were ignored, (No hot water, we asked to have the pool heated, and the trash was building up -I had to yell at a nearby construction crew to move their trucks to let the trash guy through. It smelled rancid by the pool for days) and I eventually had to threaten the property management with legal action to get them to come out to our place. They finally did -with only two days left of our vacation.
We had a great time and made the best of the bad situation and I am sad to say that if a "Karen" had stayed here, she probably would have gotten her money back but I am just not the type of person to ruin a trip over my pride.
Because we are a mellow bunch, we are choosing to stay positive and look on the week with fond memories. But I will never be renting from Matt and Mary at Beach Houses LLC in the Destin area when we come back next year or ever again.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! So much room, the kitchen was perfect! we had some minor issues that Joey addressed right away! The wifi worked better outside by the tiki bar and not good at all inside, but Joey told us they are working that.. I will say the bunk rooms on the 3rd floor would really only work if your own kids stay in them, as they are more like a closet within the room. They are placed in odd spots, but it did work for us. If you didn't know, this could take you by surprise if adults planned on staying in there.
Overall, the house is fabulous and I hope to come back in the future!

Beautiful beach, lots of issues with the house.
Not clean, neither dishwasher worked, grill caught on fire, the property manager came by and vacuumed the pool, it needed to be shocked—that never happened. Water leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms.

Joey, was very responsive and this was a great location. The third floor is only really 2 bedrooms. One has a set of bunks in a large closet within the room and the other was in a closet in the bathroom. You had to enter the room to access them. These work well for families with little children. Not so much for adults. We all had a great time and so thankful for the game room and basketball! We had lots of rain that week. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great week at this house. It had accommodations for all ages. You can’t beat the view, beach access and heated pool. We had several families and grandparents and everyone enjoyed themselves.

We have stayed in multiple homes in the area and this property was by far the best! It was so perfect for our multiple family crew that when we were on the beach the second day we booked it for the following year. The property is extremely spacious, both the home and parking! We always look for a “forever” vacation home and we believe we found it!

The entire family was overwhelmed with the house. It was beautiful! Everything was as advertised only better! Great access to the beach and the pool/tiki bar area was a huge hit! The size of the house was perfect for our family and having room in the guest house was great for the little ones naps. Overall we give this property rental an A+.

The house was everything it was advertised to be and better. We had eight families each using a bedroom. Two of the little ones slept in the closets because they're used to their own rooms. But it worked. We could see the ocean, it was a short walk on the soft white sand. The management was in contact frequently beforehand to prepare us and easily reached after arriving. We would return!

A few updates would be beneficial to the residence to make it more enjoyable. Maintenance personnel did respond quickly when notified.
Alotta Colada was perfect for all ages for walking to the beach, pool use, and stores.
All our kids loved the Game Room.
We will definitely consider booking this property again in the future.

Upon arrival, after filling the freezer with groceries, we found out it wouldn’t work until Wednesday - we were neglected to be told that. Also, we reported three broken chairs on our first day there and were told, “we just weren’t using them correct” after we filed a second complaint about the chairs, on our last day there, they brought out six brand new chairs from storage in the garage. we were told they were just to busy to get them out.. good grief. The washers stopped working, the dryer stopped working and each time we called, we were told even though other families had problems with these same things, we just weren’t using them correctly. Way to many maintenance problems for the amount of money we paid for this place. Faucets didnt work- The pool area tables were covered in mold and smelled moldy. The fridge at pool bar is a hot mess and the whole pool area is to small for a house that size. While our family had a great time, we won’t be staying at that house again. The best part of that house is the ice machine.

Overall we were very happy with the property and the experience. There were some issues, but Romeo and Joey were extremely responsive to make sure all our concerns were quickly taken care of. My main complaint would be the quality of the mattresses on the fold up beds and hide a beds Was poor and fairly un-comfortable.

I have stayed at a few VRBO rentals and this place has been by far the most luxurious, clean, comfortable and hospitable home! The interior has so many 'finishing touches' that it makes you feel you are staying in a 5 star hotel. Customer service definitely was above and beyond my expectations. The game room in the garage was such a great addition. I was worried about putting people in the guest house, thinking it wouldn't be as nice as the main house, but I couldn't believe this guest house is as comfortable and having it's own kitchen was a nice extra I didn't expect. We had 34 people in our group and it is almost impossible to please everyone, but there were NO complaints. Matt (the owner) was quick to respond with questions and we are already planning a family reunion and this home will be our destination. Thanks Matt and Joey for sharing your 5 star home!! My hope is that we took good care of your beautiful home!

Everything was great except for the water leaks on our bed the day it rained. Disposal in first floor sink did not work. Beach house was ideally located. We would stay there again!! Managers were easy to reach and responded immediately.

We loved staying here! The house is lovely with wonderful accommodations. The game room and pool were bonuses enjoyed by children and adults. The kitchen was amazing. Fairly well stocked. Not far from shopping. Highly recommend. We want to return!

So much space to spread out but also a very large gathering space on the 2nd floor looking over the water made it perfect. Loved that we could watch the sunrise and sunset. We got some gorgeous photos on the beach. The men watched football from the pool. It was the perfect location and house for our leadership retreat. Would love to bring my family back here. Highly recommend it to anyone!
