A large laundry room with washer and dryer makes keeping up with wet suits and towels a little easier. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, we only ask that you bring beach towels. All the beds are new cool gel memory foam mattresses, so don't worry about lumpy cheap mattresses here! The trolley also stops just outside the complex, so during the summer, you can park the car and ride to the Boardwalk, shopping or dining areas. The island boasts many excellent restaurants from rustic oyster bars to open air cafes, many with playgrounds for the kids. Summer rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday with a check in time after 4:00 p.m. and a check out time of 10:00 a.m. This unit is available year round. This is a NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO HOUSE PARTY unit. We are serious about maintaining a fun, family friendly atmosphere, as many units are occupied year round. RENTAL AGE MINIMUM IS 25.
