The property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Amy, the owner, was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool is huge and clean and very relaxing. It is a cute little room that had all that we needed to enjoy our short stay in Venice.

The location was great and so convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It was our first time visiting Venice and would definitely return.

This is a great area to stay. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The place is small but plenty big enough when we basically only sleep there. We spend most of our time outside enjoying the warmth

This place was perfect if you're staying in Venice Beach! The room was equipped with EVERYTHING you can think of! Very clean and smelled fresh!!

We stayed here for our 17th wedding anniversary. It was our first time visiting Venice. We absolutely loved our stay here. The area was nice and quite. I loved that she had beach chairs and other beach accessories for us to use. She responded to text quickly. We can't wait to visit and stay here again.

The main reason for staying here is the close beach access, and that delivered. In fact, there weren't any problems during my stay. All the amenities listed were available, and it's a nice little town. I would have no problem staying here again.

The pool was right at the end of the sidewalk and is well cared for. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back again in the future. This condo is great and in a great location. People were very friendly and the beach was not crowed at all. Perfect get away from our busy schedule. Would definitely Stat again.

Experienced a great extended weekend. Everything from booking to check out was a breeze and Amy is extremely accommodating. The rental has everything you need. You are with a few hundred feet to the waters edge and the pool is perfect. Less than a mile to walk or bike to the stores and restaurants.

The good things about this property: the unit itself is cute, clean, and well cared for and the swimming pool is outstanding. Also, Venice is a nice town. Negatives: the outside of the building looks like an old motel that has been converted into condos, which wouldn’t have bothered me much if the beach had been even halfway decent. I was hoping for a few long walks on the beach and a nice sandy area for my two grandkids who came to spend the day. Neither of those things are going to happen on this beach. There is a steep drop off from the end of the path directly to the water. No nice flat sandy area for walking, playing, or putting out chairs or blankets. It’s an uninviting beach at best. If you want a nice beach experience on the Gulf of Mexico, go south to Lee or Collier counties or go to the Florida panhandle. I was extremely disappointed in this beach.

Clean and tidy, with a bunch of thoughtful extras (charging cords, sunscreen, coffee and light snacks) that we didn't expect. We had a missing smoke alarm battery, and the property manager swiftly delivered a new one. Plenty of hot water, and very close to everything - the beach, food, restraunts, laundry... excellent pool, complete with pool toys...

Wanted a quiet, comfortable place near the beach while visiting Venice. This place met all of the requirements and more. Very nice and clean!

Just what we were looking for. We had a great little getaway in Venice. Loved the closeness to the beach and the unit had everything we needed. We appreciated the cleanliness.

Very Small, but clean with all the ammenitites you need. Easy access to beach and pool. Quiet neiborhood and pleasant accommodations!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was very clean, with a decently equipped kitchenette and a very comfy bed. Due to COVID, we ate all of our breakfasts in, and got take-out for most dinners. It was nice to have the tools and space to do meals "at home' when we didn't feel good about being in restaurants. It was also nice to have the charcoal grills by the pool so we could grill occasionally. One of my favorite features was the pull-out screen door. We could open the solid door and prop it open, then pull the screen door to let in more light and air while keeping out any bugs. Amy (owner) was extremely responsive...even proactively asked us if we wanted more blankets when the weather got cold! The neighbors were quiet, and it was just a quick walk to the beach. We were only 2-3 minutes away from groceries, dining, and much more....great location. Our plans changed just before we came, so we ended up spending more time at the condo than we anticipated because we were not with our friends at their place. If you plan to be there a while, you will want to be aware that there really is no "living space" per se. There is one chair next to the bed, and the dining table chairs....but no couch or other lounge space. We found ourselves on the bed at night most of the time! And we ended up going to the pool area when we wanted some outdoor sitting/lounging space because we were not enamored of looking at the car grill right in front of our door! Overall, the space was a good value, convenient location and very workable for what we needed and the time that we were there.

Lock box was difficult to work but we got through it. Amy was very receptive to our requests and even asked us if we wanted a late check out because the sun finally came out! Thank you Amy!!

It was so great to have a nice sized pool with shade to escape the sun. A short walk without even going on a street and there is the beach. Clean and confirmable place. Owner very responsive. Close to everything!
