PET FRIENDLY, KID FRIENDLY: Carriage House provides approximately 800 Sq ft of living space. The main floor is a large open area for relaxing, dining, watching TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa, bunk room (sleeps 2) a full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a bar. The second floor has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. Out side you will find a large enclosed yard with a gas grill, and a hot tub. This Carriage House is equipped with a rinnai hot water heater, which means you will never run out of hot water, no matter how many people. The Carriage house is located between the indoor pool and the Cabanna Pool. Down town Rosemary is approximately a two to three minute walk and the beach is about a five to six min. walk. Our family of four and two dogs had a wonderful week here between Christmas and New Years. The property was very clean and convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Our two teens were very comfortable in the bunk room. We did quite a bit of cooking, and had everything we needed. We were able to easily fit two dog crates in the master bedroom closet and our dogs felt secure inside. The bikes were a big plus, as our teens enjoy biking. Jerry was very kind, accessible, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Jerry our host was amazing, easy going and available if needed. The carriage house was neat, comfy and at a great location, we could walk to the beach, to the restaurants and store. This was our first time in the area, would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. House had everything we needed. it was right near two of the pools and just a short walk to the beach and Rosemary restaurants. Jerry, the owner was fantastic. Extremely responsive-went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this and we would definitely stay here again!

Jerry’s Carriage House is the ticket for anyone looking to have a wonderful time on 30A!! My family and I will definitely be back!! We spend quite a bit of time in the area and the location, accommodations, and value of Jerry’s CH are hard to beat. It’s just as advertised! No complaints whatsoever

This is our third year in Rosemary, and this carriage house had the most space of those we’ve stayed at (we have always needed a large dog friendly rental) - full kitchen, two baths, separate living and sleeping spaces and plenty of room for two adults, a baby and dog. It was very comfortable. It’s further back from the beach, but still walkable. It’s in close proximity to the square and cabana pool. Found all reviews to be fair reflections of the property. The carriage house ultimately backs to common space and then the highway - the noise from the highway was a non-issue for us despite what other reviews commented. The property owners live on site and we’re very friendly. The back yard is a shared space. Overall a great property for our family’s needs this year!

We had a great four night stay at the carriage house with our children ages 6 and 3. It’s perfect for a family of four. Jerry is a helpful and responsive host. Having two bathrooms is definitely a big plus.

We had a great stay at the carriage house in Rosemary Beach. Everything was just as described, and the house was clean. The location was beautiful and fantastic- we were able to walk everywhere (or bike). Jerry, the property owner and manager, was so very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this property to anyone, and I have actually already recommended it to a friend!

Jerry’s carriage house is a spacious, well-appointed and comfortable home, and he is a superb host. Exactly as described, the carriage house was a perfect Rosemary Beach getaway. We were even pleasantly surprised to find that he had recently installed a new hot tub just for the carriage house, visually separate from the hot tub for the main house. The outdoor space also includes separate seating area and grill for the carriage house. Jerry was an accessible but unobtrusive host, and super to talk with! We can’t wait to go back!

Very clean, as described in VRBO listing. Good parking, at the very back of Rosemary close to 98. Two sleeping areas, if one doesn't mind a bunk bed area/or sleeper sofa. We liked the bunk bed area - very dark and cozy.

Jerry and his wife went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome place to stay. We saw him several times throughout the week and he was always very friendly. The house was perfect for a family of five (three kids, aged 5, 4, and 1). Having a full kitchen in the carriage house made it possible to cook full meals for the kids. The hot tub outside was also nice for after the kids went to sleep! Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a short stay In Rosemary Beach. The carriage house provided us with everything we needed for our family of 4. The property is in the back of Rosemary but only a short walk to restaurants and the beach. If you don't want to walk there are a few trikes made available for use. We loved having our own hot tub to enjoy after dinner. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Our stay at Jerry's carriage house was incredible. The place was everything we'd expected: clean, easily accessible, comfortable, and true to what is included in the listing. The location within Rosemary Beach is prime. It's an easy walk to everything we were looking forward to and having access to all the private amenities is really great. To top it off, Jerry and his wife were phenomenal hosts. We ran into them multiple times, mostly while they were working a full day to get the hot tub up and running for us to use, and they were really delightful people. Jerry was very responsive and made it clear that he cared about us having a great stay. Bookmarking this cottage house for future stays!

Property was lovely! Jerry was very accommodating and responded with any questions that we had. We loved the area so much. Rosemary Beach is an idyllic, beautifully landscaped little village. It’s sophisticated and very quiet (in the month of January when we were there). Jerry was totally laid back about our two dogs. We felt comfortable having them there and they seemed to enjoy it as well! A great place to visit!

we hade amazing vacation ,our stay was very nice..location was just perfect very close to the downtown and close to the beach also pools ..walk or using a bicycles what was actually our most enjoyable moment, fun and we enjoyed bicycling thru a street and just wondering and seeing this beautiful houses, gardens ..Mr.Jerry was very nice and sweet always helping with everything..we stayed with our dog and she also enjoyed her stay ,very clean perfect to relax....everything we wish for on this vacation ..coming back soon same house and same location..just perfect..oh and parking was very good safe what was very important to..

We absolutely loved Rosemary Beach it was our first time visiting the area and we can't say enough good things. The carriage house was just as expected. The kitchen was very nice and having two bathrooms was great. We didn't use the bunk beds but they are right off the kitchen in a closet, a abit of a tight squeeze. It was only just the two of us so we had plenty of space! The place was clean but did feel as though it did need a bit of a deep clean (base boards, dusting, etc). The living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable, which was ok because we were out and about most of time. The carriage house was in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk everywhere. We rented a car but found out once we got there that we probably didn't need it. Only used it twice. Jerry our contact was very responsive from the moment we booked and answered all our questions before, during, & after the stay. We can't wait to visit Rosemary beach again and would recommend the carriage house to other couples.

Excellent stay. Wonderful host with lovely property. Very nice location. Carriage house is quite and restful with great parking off street. Perfect for our family of 5. Jerry is very gracious host and answered all questions and quick response if a question. Great bikes/trikes to bike to beach. Very convenient onsite laundry. Lovely walk on boardwalk throughout Rosemary to get to beaches and pools. Would definitely recommend.
