The condo offers large windows, a full kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace to welcome you home from adventures in every season. This amenity-rich condo is perfectly located 100 yards from a bus stop that connects to every part of Summit County. Shopping, dining, and unique entertainment await in Silverthorne (three miles east) and Dillon (five miles east). Come summer, you'll find beautiful hiking trails less than a mile away and fantastic boating, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding on Dillon Reservoir. In the winter, several world-class ski resorts (including Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Breckenridge) are within an 18-mile drive. Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It was a cozy place to stay in. The view and location are great. Are only complaint was that the top outlets, in almost every room, wouldn’t work. But we would stay here again.

The place was super clean and had all the basic stuff. It was just the two of us so we didn’t cook or use any other rooms. But what I would call the master room with bath had a very comfortable bed. I would stay again.
This would be great for a family.

Vacasa manages this property and they were a pleasure to work with. But the property itself had electrical and several plumbing issues that need to be resolved before it is rented again, in my opinion. For Vacasa, they moved us to a different property promptly and effortlessly which made us all forget about this property. Thank you to Vacasa!

Great location but this property is in need of some mechanical fixes
Vacasa manages this property and they were a pleasure to work with. But the property itself had electrical and several plumbing issues that need to be resolved before it is rented again, in my opinion. For Vacasa, they moved us to a different property promptly and effortlessly which made us all forget about this property. Thank you to Vacasa!

A lot of paperwork and the fees for VRBO and cleaning, etc. made this $130/night condo about $380. The condo has mold growing in the bathrooms, as well as very cramped and cold main living space with so much extra furniture it was actually stacked in the corners by the sliding glass doors to the balconies and required single file maneuvers to get around everything. There is a couch, a tv and bedrooms with decent beds, but what the hell else did I get for my $380??? Not much. I was expecting to get to sit in a hot tub while my kids swam in the pool, but those were closed and there was no mention of that on VRBO listing either. So again, what exactly was it I paid all those extra fees for?

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay
I’d stay here again for sure. We had plenty of space. Conveniently located property for access to the mountain resorts, shopping and dining.

Great location in Wildernest area. Cost was attractive and drove our purchase. Extremely cluttered in kitchen, living room and bedrooms with too many items scattered around. Bathrooms had significant mold issues top and bottom, tiles falling off and radiator falling apart. Electrical issues throughout on lighting in
bedrooms and unsafe electrical cords. Would not stay at this place again due to too many safety concerns.

Me and 5 friends stayed here for a week. The condo is great! Had more than enough room for all of us. The nights got a little hot because there’s no central air, but we had no complaints. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a ski/snowboard trip.

My friends and I loved the condo. Very nice property, loved the view from the balcony. We are hoping to go back up maybe during the summer and stay here again. I highly recommend it.

This was a great place for our family to spend the holidays. I give it 4.5 stars.
I was only disappointed to find out the laundry was a coin operated machine, which I wasn’t aware of until we got there. Other than that, great place and location!

This property was clean and comfortable. There were 7 of us and it accommodates is very well. It was somewhat dated as was the building and amenities offered on this property’s site. The bathrooms could use some updating and some mold removal, but you did t get the feel that it was “dirty” just kind of gross to look at. The kitchen was well-equipped. You definitely had to wash the dishes before using them. We pulled some out that were obviously not clean and although they ask that you run everything through the dishwasher when you leave, they don’t provide any soap for the dishwasher. The coffee pot didn’t work, but thankfully there was a tea kettle that we heated water in and ran it through the coffee and filter and made our own. The drive up and down is a bit windy, but the view as you head down is beautiful. There isn’t any air conditioning but they do provide one box fan. Maybe two more would be nice for the other sleeping spaces. We lost water at some point on our first full day there (which happened to be a Friday) and didn’t discover it until we returned at 5:00. It took some searching to find a number to call. Thank goodness for Julio the maintenance guy. He got right on it and we had water within 30 minutes. He even called to check that we were good to go. Thanks Julio!!

The smell of the place was musty due to age of the carpet and the bedding was a little on the thin side. It would have been nicer to have thicker and warmer blankets. Otherwise having amenities like the kitchen, new tv, pool, hot tub and game area were fantastic. Thanks!!

Enjoyed the space a lot
Everything was quite nice. The kitchen faucet needs attention and the code to the swimming pool needs updating. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the space and all of the extras at this rental.
