My husband and I (semi-retired and active) enjoyed the modern decor, harbor view and quiet pool that this unit offers. It is located within a condominium complex amongst an older population of people, in a quiet section of Old Marco. We rented bikes as our primary form of transportation, however if this is not your thing, be prepared to drive where you need to go, deal with traffic and pay for parking. It is approximately 1+ mile from shops and further to most restaurants and the gulf side beaches. We did enjoy “The Snook” for drinks and food, which is within walking distance. The unit itself is very comfortable, though much smaller than the photos represent. Do bring all your essentials: shampoo, soap, garbage bags and even a couple extra rolls of TP depending on the length of your stay, as the bare minimum is provided. The owner was accommodating and quick to respond when asking for recommendations. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, feel it was a good value for the price and would return.

The place was beautiful and close to restaurants and literally down the road from the rose marina. Beautiful view all day. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Lots of boats to watch all day on the water along with good places to walk to. We come to Marco every year and this place was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay! It looked great online, but it was even better than we had expected. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and taking in the perfect view, watching boats pass, the bridge, overlooking the pool, marina and docks. My family said the pool was great and the temperature of the water was fabulous. The condo was modern, bright and cheery! Everyone we ran into was super friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

If you like to fish it is the best place to fish on the Island. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. Overall the property and the condo itself were beautiful. The pools and hot tub were fantastic. Restaurants were all very good not a bad meal the whole week we were there . The condo itself was fantastic . The only complaints were there was no tv in the bedroom and the porch wasn't screened in like it had said in the listing. But overall i would recommend

Property was nicely updated and clean. Only issue was the thermostat for the a/c when sleeping at night. We would wake up in the middle of the night warm as it appeared that the temperature setting was being changed some how remotely. Overall had a great experience and would stay here again

This was our first time at Riverside and we loved it. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, including the bed, which is not always the case in a rental. We love sitting on the lania and watching the boats and the birds. We come from Maine, where by late March and early April we really appreciate a break from the weather. It was absolutely gorgeous while we were there. We also really like the neighborhood and find that we can walk to restaurants easily. Publix is just down the road, and we enjoyed cooking at home often.We hope to come back next year. Thank you,Patricia

Beach chairs and umbrella. Easy parking. Great view from the 5th floor(has elevator) balcony. Overlooks the pool and right on the bay to watch the boats go by. On the quiet side of the island do less traffic. 3 great restaurants within walking distance, bike rentals next door and a marina. Don’t hesitate to book even with no refunds.

Unfortunately we arrived at the beginning of the Corona virus outbreak. By the time we left people were, for the most part, confined to the condo complex. The pool stayed open which was nice though. It was a disappointing vacation but not by anyone’s fault. It’s a nice place to stay. We’d go again.

Fantastic condo that lives up to the pictures. Very clean, comfortable, and modern after being newly renovated. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins go by. We will be back.

Totally enjoyed our stay, the condo has all new appliances, comfortable king bed, lovely decor, and beautiful view from the Lanai. Owner was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely return again!

The property was clean. Had difficulty communicating with owner. The property had a nice view, however, the interior was older. Had problems with TV, air conditioning and heat

We spent 12 nights at this condo. We will definitely book again. The location is fabulous. The condo has everything one could need and more. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and floaters! There are plenty of towels and clean linens as well as a wet mop and vacuum (which I used more than once for the sand)! The kitchen was a dream and even had an electric juicer. 5stars!! The property owner was very easy to work with and would with out a doubt book here again!!

The property was amazing and the view was great the bedroom needs a tv and the living needs a dvd player.

Had a wonderful stay in this condo. The unit itself was absolutely beautiful and the view was one of a kind. Bill was very helpful and I would highly recommend this complex and especially this unit!
