About this condo rental
This condo is for beach lovers who enjoy the finer things in life. The condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is located in Indian Shores between Clearwater and St. Pete, 30 Minutes to Tampa. **Updated May 2024: Due to the Florida State Milestone Inspection Project happening across the state, our building is currently under construction. At this time, this will not affect your stay as all work is happening at the north end of the building and our condo is on the south side of the building. The only possible disturbance might be some elevated noise levels periodically. Construction hours are 8am to 3pm Monday thru Friday. Please reach out to me if you require further information.** If you want the best beach holiday, we have it all. We are gulf front, on the 2nd floor, directly above the pool with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the powdery white sand. Our large heated pool is directly on the beach. For your enjoyment we have a shuffleboard court, three large barbecue grills and beach volleyball. Our building is well maintained. The only thing you need to worry about is not missing any of the picturesque sunsets. Our condo has been completely remodelled from top to bottom. We have a gorgeous kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertops and fully equipped to cover all your culinary needs. The bedrooms have new vinyl plank flooring and new bedding. We renovated the guest bedroom with new beds, dresser and night stand. We upgraded to 2 queen beds with new Serta Sleep Comfort mattresses. Our ensuite bath features a walk-in shower, new cabinetry with marble countertop. The entire condo has a fresh coat of paint with lots of fantastic fun colours. Come down and enjoy the beach life. The property was comfortable and roomy. We had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive when ever we had questions and the property managers were on site and helpful. The best part was the view overlooking the gulf out our patio doors. The sunset comes streaming right into the kitchen each night. There was construction going on in the building but it was not a problem in this unit. The unit was quiet with very little noise from neighbouring condos. There are laundry facilities on each floor and they were always available when we needed them. Just be aware they are pretty old appliances. But they did the job.

We loved our stay at the condo, best location and such a beautiful view. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, check in was very easy, and the owner was easily reachable with any questions we had. We loved that the condo was on the second floor, and the balcony was directly over the pool; easy to see my husband and son swimming from the balcony. You can beat the location, literally on the beach, shops, restaurants, and easy drive to Johns Pass boardwalk. Loved that the owner had beach chairs, umbrella, and toys available for us to use. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back for another stay!

Had a great time!! Everything as advertised . Clean, comfortable, & right on the beach. Walking distance to a few restaurants, and many others 2 to 4 miles away. Would definitely come back. Very easy and laid back vacation!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and completely met our needs especially the fact that they provided a beach umbrella and chairs. We spent most of our time on the beach, loved the easy access.

Everything was easy to get to the pool and beach. Didn’t know there was a bathroom by the pool since it wasn’t marked till the day before we left. Neighbor helped showing us how to lock the door. Thanks

Spacious, clean unit with good mattresses and well-equipped kitchen. Property has a nice pool that receives sun all day. Charcoal grills available for cooking. Great white sand beach.

This was our first time in Indian Rocks Beach and staying at the Holiday Villas 3! We had a wonderful time and we’re highly impressed with our condo! The condo was so bright and cheery! The wall colors totally matched the beach feel! The bedrooms has new flooring and updated mattresses! The kitchen was completely stocked! It had every utensil or cookware that you would need! Highly impressed! Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas all available to use! The pool was warm and clean! We also liked the keyless entry! Our friends stayed in the same condo unit and had to use keys! Not as convenient! We would highly suggest this condo!

Our unit was on the "second" floor, which here means 3rd from the ground. One elevator supplies the whole building; we were pleased to be able to take the stairs (31 steps) if we didn't feel like waiting. The living and dining rooms are big enough; the two bedrooms are a bit crowded. The view overlooking pool and beach was a plus. Supplying beach chairs and towels was appreciated.

We essentially could not watch TV as the entire set up was beyond complicated to figure out. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels and beach chairs for everyone. We had a lovely time staying in our condo at Indian Shores. The beach was stunning and the condo met all our expectations and needs. The only recommendation I would suggest is having a sheet printed out with directions on how to use your TV's. We essentially could not watch TV as the entire set up was beyond complicated to figure out. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels and beach chairs for everyone. Like many, I'm always a little skeptical about booking something off a resort, relying only on pictures and descriptions. This condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, centrally located, right on the beach, overlooking heated pool, laundry facilities on each level of the building, assigned parking. It was a cold week and we needed to cut it a day short due to an impending blizzard in Boston, but we were able to make the most of it because of the location and the comfort of the unit.

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything. Made thanksgiving dinner with out worrying about not having all the right utensils. All bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels are provided. Laundry is literally steps from the unit (and it’s fast).
I had one issue with the door and it was quickly fixed.
It was chilly when we were staying there but that pool was VERY WARM.
If this place is available for a booking just book it. I already have looked for a future trip and the dates are booked.

Everything was good. Only complaint is that we needed to purchase all of the basics beyond the one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Most people are coming from a distance and aren’t going to pack those types of things and to have to purchase at the store you end up having to purchase more than needed. Also, there were no potholders.

The condo itself was nice, a little out dated. The property was a little run down and there is only one elevator. We had to take the stairs most of the time. Also we were unable to throw our garbage away. All of the dumpster were full and people had to lay there garbage around it.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very nicely decorated and had everything you would need. It was especially nice having beach chairs and towels provided, as well as a welcome pack with paper products, etc. The beach was beautiful and not crowded, which we prefer. We will definitely return to this beautiful area of Indian Shores.

Overall a pretty good stay despite the first day having A/C problems. They did fix the problem the next day and was able to get it running properly. The condo had pros and cons.
Pros - great location, easy access to the beach and pool area, everything you need for kitchen supplies, etc.
Cons - the beds in the second room are extremely hard, you can hear all the traffic noise in the second room and carpet needs to be replaced. People are constantly slamming doors and the people upstairs were loud (I understand you can’t fix that).
You can tell it’s an older unit that needs some updating but overall it meet our needs.
