This unit has a king bed in the master and two twins in the guest room that will combine to a king. This 936 sq. Ft home will sleep 4 people maximum. You will have cabana club membership and can use the pool and beach on property. Central ac, BBQ, internet, TV in master bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. No pets allowed. **Please note that this home does not have dockage for your boat and there is a boat trailer that remains on property. Therefore you are unable to park a boat and trailer in the driveway due to KCB regulations only one trailer on property at a time. ** Key colony beach park features includes a 9-hole golf course, walking and jogging course, children’s playground, horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis and basketball courts.

This was just what my sons and I needed. The property was just as described. The area is perfect, walking distance to the Cabana club, a small beach area. Communication was always quick and very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

My wife and I stayed here and unfortunately had to leave early due to a medical issue. The property and location are beautiful. The check in process was smooth and communication with the host was as well. We did not have a chance to use the Cabana Club. I hope to stay here again once the medical issues are resolved.

My daughter and I were in the Keys for diving and relaxing and this location was perfect. Clean and neat. The kitchen and dining area were perfect, and the washer/dryer helped us not need to bring to much. Located in marathon it was the right distance from everything. Would definitely is this place again

When ships enter choppy waters is the best time to find out what kind of captain you are. We had an issue with air conditioning and the customer service was quick to help reslove the issue.

I stayed with my family and we loved the location. It was right in the middle of everything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the cabana club was very nice.We did some fishing in the canal behind the house and the view from the kitchen into the canal was beautiful. The house was clean and comfy. It felt like you were at home. I would recommend this rental and would rent it again.

We stayed here for 8 days over the Xmas holiday and it was good overall. Comfortable apt with everything you need for a family. Beds are comfy and overall it was pretty clean except for dog hair all over carpets. We thought it was a pet free listing so that was a little annoying for our daughter’s allergies but overall not bad. Also tb in the bedroom did bot work — normally that would be fine but the first 3 days were cold and rainy so it would have been awesome to have a 2nd tv for the kids. The Cabana Club was nice to have to use since the ocean was too cold to swim in (you need to show up early to get a chair but you are allowed to bring beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach area). Overall a good value for a family.

Easy process checking in and property is clean. Location of property was a big disappointment! During the day the traffic and road noise was incredible for a small key’s location. Nighttime was quiet and pleasant. Not water front - however the is one spot on the property where you can see the canal.

We loved staying in Key Colony. This was our first experience using VRBO and it's the only way we'll stay in the Keys from now on! This property was everything we needed at a very reasonable price! Check-in process was easy. Thank you for a great stay!!

Family Trip to Keys

This was our family’s first trip to the Keys and we were encouraged to stay in Marathon which is centrally located. This house was just what we needed for our family of 4. Reservations were easy and price was great. Communication with property manager was excellent. Entrance was on second floor. The master bedroom was very spacious and bed was comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was smaller but had twin beds so each of our sons could have their own. Bathrooms were small but functional. Washer/dryer was in second bath. Kitchen was well equipped (although we did not cook any meals) and the living area was spacious. The front porch was a great relaxation spot in the morning for coffee and evenings after dinner. Property sits on the “corner” of the canal but not really part of the property. Access to the Cabana Club was a HUGE perk. Pool area was great and beach area was small. Sadly it was covered with seaweed the entire time we were there so not able to enjoy. House was also just a short walk to Sunset Park and located close to all amenities (shopping, restaurants, attractions).

The house was perfect for my husband and myself. We enjoyed walking to Sunset Park and to happy hour at Key Colony Inn and Havana Jacks. We visited the Cabana Club one day and had a great time. House was clean and had everything we needed. Everyone we met at Key Colony Beach was very nice! We hope to visit again in the future!

Location is great. We spent 3 days at the Cabana Club beach. Home itself has plenty of room. Washer/dryer were a plus. Please note: *the balcony is in the front of the house *the backyard (with the water view) is not usable *there is no ironing board *needs some TLC (rusty shower caddy, leaking kitchen faucet) *needs a thorough cleaning

We were a couple but big enough for 4 easily. Beach club good but busy so go at the right time. Several restaurants you can walk to but the large grocery store is 4 miles away. Area nice and quiet with a small marina at sparkys landing where you can book jet skis etc. everything was as described my only suggestion would be to update the information folder as some information was from 2007. Very relaxing stay thank you

Great little property!

This property was compact but completely adequate for 4 adults. The location offered walkability and was central to most everything Marathon has to offer. The unit had everything we required for a great stay. Hope to return!

Wonderful place! Very clean, neat and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen and nice mattresses. Easy to use TVs. In a wonderful community called Key Colony Beach. Very quiet community with wide walking/biking lanes next to roads and 25 mph speed limit. Sunset Beach a quick walk down the road (although it is a beach, about 2 feet wide, you can't swim there but gorgeous sunsets that are well attended). Access to the Cabana Club is very nice add. Five minute walk and all you have to do is give them the address and your name and sign in. Pool and nice little beach with loungers. Reasonable food/drink prices. Would definitely stay here again!

Property is excellently maintained. New beds, newer appliances, has kuerig which must be new as well as we didn’t see it in photos. This is a quiet community in the heart of the Keyes. Very short walk to sunset park. Neighbors are super friendly. We will try to stay here again when we come back to the area.

We rented this house for our anniversary trip while my child attended Sea Camp. The home is clean, beautiful, well stocked with all the comforts of home. Key Colony is clean, quite and very walkable. There is a pool but we didn't use it. Close to all the fun activities you might want to do in Key West too.

We enjoyed our stay!!! The owners came over to check on us several times & they were very nice & friendly. Place was very clean and up to date ! Will be staying here again when we return for vacation next year. 12/10 recommend!!!
