We spent the Thanksgiving weekend there as a family. Enjoyed the hot tub, the space, the pool table, and the opportunity to just be together.

Great cabin for two families with kids. Upstairs pool/ping pong table was a hit. Hot tub is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and kitchen necessities. Due to the boil order we brought a large water jug with dispenser which was handy to use at the kitchen sink. Host provided several bottles of water. We didn’t want to have to plan our last morning around washing and drying all the towels so we brought our own towels. Location 15-20 minutes from Yellowstone was perfect.

Wonderful accommodations even with the boil alert going on. Loved sinking into the hot tub after a day of hiking. Even had a moose visit us for breakfast this morning!

The rental property was outstanding! I am so happy that my family was able to stay in this vacation rental home. The home was stocked with items, clean, and the management was wonderful to work with. Five stars is the highest I am able to rate them. I wish I could rate them higher

Space for all, and activities for all ages. Made a good home base for our visits to Yellowstone NP. High light? Bull moose browsing nearby in the evening. Moose cow and calf browsing nearby the following morning.

The house was clean, and easy access to Yellowstone.
Everything we needed to stay comfortably. Enjoyed our stay very much.
*Problem: E coli in water so we had to use bottled water and be very careful not to get water in mouths, which is hard to do with toddlers, and bathing. No WiFi , which is hard with our modern times.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had everything we needed and the location is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

We attended a wedding in Livingston, MT and stayed at this location for the Yellowstone portion of our trip. Everything was as listed on the home description and very accommodating.

This property allowed us to enjoy all the parks have to offer. Communication was great and the house was clean, thoughtfully appointed and roomy for our group of 9....the pictures do not show how great it is. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Cabin was wonderful. We had a baby. Manager provided a pack n play and high chair at our request. There was supposed to be an ice chest that wasnt there for some reason. We called her and she brought one over in 30 min. She was great to work with. Cabin is unpluged. Phones worked fine. Hot spot from phones worked slow at kitchen counter by fridge and on corner of downstairs left bedroom. We had a college student she was able to study in those spots. The baby was sick. Info book had number to nearby clinic. Very useful since we couldn't get google. The corner of the main road had great connection there. We would stop there on our way back to catch up on emails. I highly recommend this cabin. We have used vrbo for a long time. This is one of the best that we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable. I am used to a much softer mattress, yet i still slept great on their comfortable firm mattress. There are coffee shops in west with internet and the west chamber of commerce has public internet student used for test.

This cabin was perfect for what we needed it for…quiet & relaxing!!! Hot tub was great and fire pit came in handy. Didn’t like that there was a boil water notice but that’s not anything against this property or owners. We just made adjustments for it.

We loved the cabin. Comfortable beds and great space for family. My teen loved the pool table. My only issue was the hot tub was cold the first night. We were able to use it the first morning but after hiking all day in the rain in Yellowstone and really looking forward to that hot tub it wasn’t warm yet so that was a bummer. However a mommy moose and her baby were walking around all four days we were there which was exciting and made up for that :) great communication from the host and we appreciated the water she provided. There is no Wi-Fi but there is a dvd player and they have some movies. If you have young kids I would maybe bring a couple of their favorite dvds along for evenings. We actually really liked that we couldn’t use the internet and had to unplug. Highly recommend!

Had a great time with our entire family. 6 adults , 1 child and a 11 month old baby. The property was very nice and clean. Our 1st day there we saw a Momma moose with her baby moose right out side the cabin. It was magical and exciting. We were only a short drive from the west entrance to Yellowstone so that made it easy to see the sights but be away from some of the Hussle. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Everything we needed to prepare our meals was there. There were also games to play and we all pitched in a built a puzzle through out the days that we were there. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. The firepit was really nice and there was plenty of supplied wood to have a nice fire. The boys enjoyed the pool table and the girls were comfortable on the furniture with the views out side. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. This was a great place to stay. We hope to be back some day soon.

Went for a Mother’s Day vacation with the hubby, kids and their spouses. (6 of us) We toured Yellowstone daily. Cabin was perfect for us! Very clean and had everything we could need. Board games and books, ping pong and pool table. So fun coming back and having dinner together, playing games or hot tubbing! Easy rental process, would rent again!!

Seriously the greatest place to stay!! We had moose come into the yard, hot tub house, furnishings, LOCATION, everything was perfect!! Will we recommend, YES!!! Will we stay again, YES!! LOVED IT ALL!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is as shown except even nicer in real life. The wood inside is beautiful and it has nice new plush carpeted floors. Having 4 bedrooms was really nice for our group, much better than having to have a sofa bed or beds in the loft like some other places we looked at. We used the hot tub and fire pit every night and we also used the ping pong/pool table every night too.
There was some discussion in reviews about internet. We loved not having internet and our phones did get a signal in the house (xfinity and T-Mobile).
The park was close enough to easily get to each day and we also enjoyed exploring Island Park. I was thankful we chose a house at the far north end of Island Park because it definitely made access to the park easy.
We didn’t see any moose this trip but we did have a young buck in the yard on our last day! I highly recommend this house and also visiting in October, it was so peaceful and we saw and did a lot more than we could have done if we had to fight summer crowds.

The property was great - very clean, lots for kids and adults to do (games, books, pool table, hot tub, etc.) and a quick drive away from Yellowstone. We enjoyed our time there and would Stat again.

Awesome stay!
It worked out perfect for our family to visit yellowstone and surrounding area.
Grandpa, kids and grandkids had a great time.
Ping pong and pool table and hot tub kept the grandkids occupied while the adults could unwind from long days at the park.
The kitchen was VERY WELL equiped with more supplies than I have at home, LOL.
I would recommed for anyone wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of west yellowstone.

The perfect cabin , perfect location
This cabin is a short drive to Yellowstone. It has all the things included that made our stay easy (spices, trash bags. Laundry detergent , etc were included. The cabin was spacious with plenty to keep a family entertained. The hot tub was a nice way to relax at the end of a day in the parks.

Aspen Inn has an excellent location for exploring Yellowstone and the surrounding area. The cabin had everything our family needed. The 4 equally sized bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths provided plenty of room to spread out. We also had internet connections at the cabin via our Verizon cell phones without any issues all week (unlimited data plan). Tip- use the National Park App for touring information inside Yellowstone (restrooms, food, attractions etc. It works without a cell signal if you select "offline").

I must say, being from the coast of Louisiana and ground zero of Hurricane Ida last August, this was a much needed get away. the Aspen Inn was spectacular, beautiful and perfect for our group. I would highly recommend this awesome property!

This was the perfect house for us to stay in while we visited Yellowstone. Big enough for us to separate when we wanted, but plenty of room to gather for meals, games, and chatting. I'll be back the next time we come to Yellowstone!

We stayed at the aspen Cabin during a family trip through yellowstone. It was a great experience! The layout of the house was very welcoming. It was a dirt road to get in and it had just had the first snow/ice of the season and we ended up not being able to get in via the main road but found another way. Has a nice ping pong and pool table and good heaters throughout the house. The hot tub was nice and loved the drives into yellowstone. We saw a bald eagle, elk, moose, and deer all on the way in.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s in a great location that is an easy commute into Yellowstone National Park (15-20 miles from west entrance). We visited Yellowstone every day so we weren’t at the cabin much but it was very comfortable and provided plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table after exploring the park all day.

The property is very clean which is the most important thing to me. The furnishings are not old or worn and the neighborhood is good. The space is well set up, & we had what we needed. The host kindly provided coffee, spices, & other basics. The dishes are nice & not a hodgepodge of second hand pieces.
Four things to keep in mind when booking:
The address listed on VRBO is INCORRECT. The address should be DRIVE not STREET. The Street location is 23 miles past the property in a very very sketchy private run down community. Now, I acknowledge that the owners do send an email with directions but when you receive a push notification from VRBO that it is time to check in that includes the typed address (Drive) and a map link with the incorrect address (Street) directly above the typed address I don't think it is unreasonable to think people will tap and be sent to the wrong address. I did inform the host, but she seemed unconcerned in updating the listing with accurate information as the reply was "that is why we send a welcome letter with directions". Note that GPS will work fine as long as you use the Drive address and not Street.
Second, the checkout time is later than typical at 11:00 a.m. Note that you are required to wash and dry your towels and strip the beds before departing. Towels must be dry before you leave unless you depart before 9:00 a.m. It wasn't a big deal for us as we left at 8:00, just be aware so that you can plan accordingly for flight times etc.
Third, there is no internet. The listing does not say that Wifi is available. I was just got complacent in assuming there was unless stated in the description. I stay in VRBOs often & got used to seeing the listings state when it is not available with information on if cell signal is reliable. My fault, not the host just don't make the same mistake. There is also no land line. Again usually not a big deal. We were able to make calls, they were sometimes dropped. We wouldn't have cared except that we had a case of acute altitude sickness in our party and were stressed about medical care.
The property was completely dark inside and out when we arrived. Be advised there is two steps down into the living room right inside the door as pictured. Don't forget they are there when walking in if you check in at night. Also, the beds are really firm. I like mine firm but if you don't or have a back that can't tolerate really firm maybe look around some.
