About this apartment rental
Beachwalk #303 is conveniently located in Surfside Beach, SC between the Surfside Beach pier and the Garden City pier. This is a 3rd floor unit in a 12 unit building. My wife and I have owned this unit since 2002 and enjoy spending time there with our children as often as possible. The unit is in excess of 1000 square feet with 2 full size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a dining/living room area with sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The high living room ceiling and skylight are also attractive features. The unit is spacious, which allows the family to enjoy time together as well as allows an individual to enjoy some privacy when desired. Beachwalk has a large parking area in the back of the building and a small number of spaces in the front. The large pool, located in the back of the building, provides many hours of enjoyment. Since there are only 12 units in the building, the pool is rarely crowded. Beachwalk is just across the street from the public beach access and your feet can be in the sand and ocean within a couple minutes. The Surfside pier and the Garden City pier provide an excellent opportunity to fish for those who enjoy it. There are restaurants near both. The Garden City pier has an arcade and there is live music in the evenings during the summer months. There are community parks within walking distance of Beachwalk that have swings, slides, etc for the younger children to enjoy. Both adults and children enjoy watching and feeding the turtles at a nearby pond in the evenings. It is a short drive to many other restaurants, a water park, flea market, bowling, miniature golf, shops, and many other activities. Myrtle Beach is approximately 10 minutes away for those who want to venture further out. Surfside Beach is family oriented. Loved our week at the beach and the condo. We would definitely stay here again with nothing negative to say about our stay. Also add that the owner was responsive and helpful to questions ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Great condo! Third floor unit with ocean views. Very clean and comfortable. Dean was great to work with. He allowed us a later check out because our flight was later in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property with a great price point. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week. I loved the layout of the condo which made it perfect for my adult daughter and I. The only issue I had was key garage lock on the door, which was user error. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Surfside SC.

We had a great time! Condo was really nice. Very clean with everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Dean was very helpful when we had a question about parking. Definitely recommended this condo.

Property was nice, but wish they had an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor, and we are in our 70’s. Something had jammed the key box when we arrived, but owner responded immediately when we called.

We were very happy with the property. There were plenty of dishes. The property was clean and the carpet was in very good condition, especially considering the proximity to the beach.

Great place to stay. We loved the location an very short walk to the beach. We didn’t think we would enjoy the pool, as we have not had one in the past years staying in MB, but great way to end a hot day at the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family loves Beachwalk in Surfside. This is the first time we stayed in this particular condo and we had a great experience. The condo was clean and Dean was super nice and easy to work with.

Excellent location. Very clean. My children loved the bunks! Loved the deck off the living area with view of the ocean. Quiet. Pool very clean and well kept. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!!

I’m so glad I found this condo when I was looking… we had 4 adults and there was plenty of room .. The condo was very clean , spacious, and had a homey feel to it.. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need.. My husband and I are looking for a condo in Myrtle Beach and if we find 1 even close to this we will be more than satisfied! Dean was in contact with us letting us know everything we needed and we had an open invitation to contact him if we needed him… we did not but it was nice to know if we did he was there! The Rowe’s

This property is excellent. Perfect location. Lots of space and very clean. View of the ocean and such an easy walk to the beach. Very close to shops, dining and a perfect family location. We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy and it was very clean. Great communication with the host.

We had a great time at this location. The only issue we had was lack of toilet paper when we got in. We didn't realize there would be none on arrival and we didn't get to the beach until 11at night. Other than that it was a great stay and very quiet location.

Very close to the beach with a view of the ocean from the balcony. Loved being able to watch the sunrise over the ocean! The rooms were clean and comfortable. My granddaughter absolutely loved the pool, which was never crowded. Quiet neighborhood with no loud parties or other disturbances. Location is very close to a playground and the farmer's market. Nice entertainment system, and the portable crib was awesome.
My only complaint was that there was no--and I mean not one square--toilet paper or necessities of any kind when we arrived. Since we flew, we didn't have room to pack these things. I wish I had known this would be the case before we arrived so that we could have stopped on the way instead of immediately going back out to the store for dish soap, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. With a 2-year old, that made for a difficult first evening.
Otherwise, I was very pleased and would definitely stay again!

Our stay with my boyfriend and mom was absolutely fantastic! This place is in the perfect location! Right across the street from public beach access, not as busy at Myrtle beach, and close to garden city and Murrells inlet. If you are deciding between locations around Myrtle Beach, choose surfside beach and choose this condo! I have never been to South Carolina and didn’t know where to go when planning this trip, but I was lucky enough to have chosen correctly, I can’t overstate how perfect this condo was. The only negative I can think of is being on the third floor without an elevator, but it was still completely worth it. Will ABSOLUTELY stay here again, it was truly a wonderful vacation. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Beachwalk 303. We’ve enjoyed our week. The condo is just across the street from the beach and a quick drive to anything else you might want. Dean is quick to answer any questions you might have. It’s also great to have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the condo. We will be back.

Only complaint is it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Hard for 4 old ladies. But had a great time.

The condo is exactly as described and perfect location for the beach. Public access with showers to rinse off and restrooms across the street. Views of the ocean from the baloney and master bedroom. Would definitely stay here again

This was the worst experience I ever had. As soon as walk into the building everything is weathered and rough looking. Then there was no key in the lock box.I couldn't get a hold of the guy. Then when I finally did I had to go climb under the e building to where the a/c units were to get a hidden key. Then we get in the room and it's disgusting. Stains on couch cushions and walls. Mold on edges of carpet. Dust on shelves hair and shaving cream was on the shower walls. I was so embarrassed my mother who's older and has breathing problems was with me. She'd never been down to Myrtle Beach before and she was horrified. Needless to say we loaded our car back up and left. The guy did refund us and seemed nice but all that money you make on this place. Get it together.
