The property was located in a locality which was under maintenance work. All roads to the property were dug, blocked/closed. Kept calling and also emailed the hotel for help but no one responded. Managed to speak to the. Only when they called at their convenience during day time which was actually the expected check out time....they sounded least bothered about not responding to me...rather had an audacity to oblige me by canceling my booking

Leaving. To be fair they did book us a very helpful taxi driver who helped us find a atm that would accept international cards as we found some wouldnt.

We arrived at 23.30 , half hour after their check in time. I had emailed and whatsapped as our flight was delayed, no answer from either. Our taxi driver phoned them so that they knew we were expected. Couldht call ourselves as no india sim. We arrived to darkness and 3 men laying in the foyer, no lights put on and told to just go to room but we must be down at 08.00 with passports. After a 10 hour journey we were not even offered a bottle of water and internet password refused saying we could have in the morning. Bed sheet was cean but only cover was blankets that smelt so we covered with our beach towels. One small towel provided by them for the 2 of us. Slept for 2 hours due to feeling so upset by our treatment and the area this is in made me feel unsafe. Have travelled in India for years and never been treated like this. My husband went down at 08.00 , men still asleep in foyer , and asked them to call a taxi, we had booked for 2 nights and told we must pay for them. Told there was no internet so we had no choice to try and book taxi ourselves . No receipt given for payment Booking was to include breakfast but not offered so much as a drink.

An excellent budget option.

This is a budget hotel, but the room was spotless, the bed clean and comfortable and there was lots of useful furniture, desk, chairs and wardrobe. Our host was friendly and helpful. There were good eating options locally and despite being only 5 minutes from the MG Rd., The room was very quiet.

The Wi-Fi was only available in reception.

There was no break fast or tea served in the room. We have to go out for tea and snacks. Location is deep inside and not available taxi or auto.

Nothing to mention here.

No room service. Not even tea. You have to dress up and 200 mtrs to get tea. Phone not working in the room. Broken wash basin. Flush tank one button missing.

1.No ac was provided despite the high cost. Non ac rooms next to station are far cheaper than this 2. Location is real life interior

Superb

Very central position, few minutes walk from the station and all the connections within and outside the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and some shops with basic goods are few steps away.

There was no hot water in the room.

Travel arrangements should not depend on hotel people

Faizu and srikumar behavior excellent,and faizu arranged a car driver Pusphan excellent in behavior as well as reasonable in price

Property place, and facilities not match upto the room cost, Auto driver Abbas having inter links with poovar boat and sea hotel batch unnecessarily insisting poovar trip and putting abnormal financial burden on travelers and my suspecting he is having percentage in those budget,because of his attitude hotel reputation will go bad

No room service as mentioned in booking even no staff there to get a cup of tea / coffee, no news paper, no lighting in corridor and steps on 3rd floor.
