Spacious & sparkling clean home w/ two master suites. Our beautiful pool can be heated in cooler months with inexpensive natural gas. Tastefully furnished down to the last detail with split floor plan for added privacy (great for two couples). Full access to two car garage, large living room with 65" Smart HDTV & BluRay DVD & NetFlix/Prime Video! Flat screen TV's in each bedroom. All linens included & full size kitchen supplied with all your culinary needs. Large covered shaded patio w/ propane BBQ and table to enjoy outdoor dining by the pool. Four thick padded lounge chairs to relax by the pool. Alexa music pods both indoors & by the pool to enjoy your favorite tunes. And, for family fun we provide PING PONG table, cornhole & board games (and cards w/ poker chips). and more... The sparkling CLEAN pool has fiber optic lighting (rotating colored lights) which create a soothing ambiance for an evening swim. Or turn off all lights and enjoy a night of star gazing (which is phenomenal on moonless nights!) We provide THICK comfy cushions on all our outdoor lounging chairs. Only 6 min drive to the London Bridge & located just 5 min from popular Windsor Beach & launch ramp. Plenty of room to park your boat and/or wave-runners. Plus gated/secure boat parking (upon request). *Pool has a solar cover (with easy roll ON/OFF reel) which cuts heating cost in half! Using the solar cover will heat the pool 10-12 degrees, so heater not required most months of the year. Our pool is heated with NATURAL GAS (which costs MUCH less than propane gas). Only 20% of homes in Havasu offer natural gas - this saves you $$$ - YAY!!! Renters are responsible for pool heating costs. Average daily cost to heat pool in Winter is $10-13/day. Early Spring & late Fall $5-7/day. Summer $0. You can heat the pool part of your stay or your entire stay. NOTE: The cleaning fee of $109 to $129* is NOT included in VRBO's quote. It is left for our cleaning crew when you DEPART and has NOT been added to VRBO's quote. We stayed at Cyndi's house for one week in January 2024. The booking process was seamless and the house and contents were as advertised.
The amenities in the house and kitchen were as good or better than we have ever seen - trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap just to name a few.
The two master bedrooms and bathrooms are ideal for two couples. The location is an easy drive to the London Bridge area and very good restaurants.
We would not hesitate to book this house again.

Everything about this home away from home shows attention to detail. Working with Cyndi through out our booking stay any departure was easy. This would be our go to place in Lake Havasu City.

Everything was as listed. We paid extra to heat the pool, and it was worth it. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to stores and restaurants. We would definitely look into returning in the future.

The private pool area was the reason we chose this property and we made as much use of it as we could when it wasn’t too hot to be outside!

The wife and I just finished the most amazing 6 day stay at this Havasu Hideaways home. Everything was flawless from the check-in process, location, amenities, the beautifully decorated home, and best of all the pool and patio. Our host Cyndi was amazing making sure every detail was cared for and our enjoyment was assured. We are already planning our next trip back and would highly recommend any of Havasu Hideaway properties Cyndi has available.

Beautiful inside and out. This is.home is everything you could ever want for a vacation get away. House is very clean and is stocked with anything you would ever need. Cyndi is fabulous and is available for any questions you have at all times. We cant wait to be back!!!

We just finished with a fantastic week at Cindi‘s house in Lake Havasu. We were only going to stay five days, however, two extra days came up and we were more than happy to take them. The place was perfect. We didn’t need to bring anything. The pool was more refreshing than the lake and we actually ended up spending more time at the pool than we did did in the lake. We had a fantastic time and Cyndi was a pleasure you’re to work with. We will definitely be back in the future and will be look forward to staying here whenever we return. Thanks again Cindi. It was great!

I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and I have to say hands-down Cyndi’s place has definitely been the best so far! Not only is it beautifully furnished and impeccably clean, Cyndi has thought of everything one would need on a vacation! And when I say she thought of everything I’m mean EVERYTHING! I have never stayed in a place that provided everything a vacationer could possibly need. From a well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms covering all your needs, as well as the beautiful bedrooms with extra pillows, sheets, and blankets. But the best part to me was the abundance of pool toys and floaty’s, and lots of lake gear such as beach chairs, a canopy, an umbrella, ice chest, and even life vest for the kids! It was so nice not to have to pay rental fees on all the lake stuff! My kids, especially enjoyed the ping pong table out in the garage! Oh, and having Alexa play our favorite music was certainly a plus! And, to say that Cyndi was so available whenever we had questions or concerns, is an understatement! Cyndi was always so friendly and helpful, she never made us feel as though we were bothering her when we reached out to her during our stay. I will definitely make this vacation rental my go to place whenever I come to Lake Havasu!!

Location is great. This house was very comfortable to stay in. The basic amenities are there and the pool was perfect. Our girls hardly ever got out of the pool. I would definitely recommend.

This home is super clean, comfortable, and well located. Although its an older home, it's in great shape and everything works perfectly. we enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space, including the grill, which was also very clean. We loved the fact that the kitchen and the house in general was well stocked with stuff that we would have had to buy otherwise, like tons of condiments, spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, dishwasher soap, coffee and filters, laundry soap, etc. etc. etc. the owner, Cyndi, was super responsive and attentive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed the property, was located in quiet neighborhood and had no complaints. Was nice to sit in the back yard and enjoy the sun. Was a little to chilly for using the pool but didn’t matter. Would definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend.

It was a joy to stay in a property that is so well maintained and so well managed. The needs of guests were anticipated at every turn: clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, availability of personal care items such as body wash, Q-tips, razors and toothbrushes, spices and condiments in the kitchen and a garage full of toys. The property invited contact for questions or problems or if we were simply looking for a spot for dinner, and was very supportive without being intrusive. The neighborhood was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

The property was clean and well kept. The bed in the master was very comfortable . The house is well equipped, and the notes placed around the house are very helpful. The pool was warm and clean, great backyard with lots of shade or sun, as you wish . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cyndi was great to deal with!

Very relaxing and rejuvenating. We waned quiet and restful vacation and we got it. Even though it was an average of 110 degrees the week we were there, we really had a great time. The pool was perfect for kicking back and cooling off. The house is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and easy to maintain. We didn’t want to leave.

An Amazing Little Get Away
This home made out trip amazing! The home is adorable and equipped with everything you need. Both bedrooms have a private bath and large walk in closet, not to mention a TV in each room. The pool was perfect, clean, and very easy to maintain during our stay. The property owner is wonderful! Everything is prepared for you so you are never left wondering… “how the heck do I get this to run!” She is also easily accessible for questions and very kind! Havasu Hideways comes very highly recommended!

Nice quite neighborhood and a large parking area for any size boat. You can tell the owner has been doing this for a while. Everything you need is there and easy directions to follow if you have any issues.

Great getaway
Great clean home with everything you need. Great pool and location. Location is good for Lake Havasu activities and attractions but close enough to 95 to go south to Quartzsite or north to Oatman. We would stay again if in the area. Cyndi was a great host and communicted well.

And all the electronics one needed and more, Alexa!The pool was very nice, we didn’t use it cause it was January and we didn’t have it heated up. Large enough area outside with grill and all one needs out their too, chairs etc… checkin and check out was just fine with the owner, no problems. The home was also in a good location. My husband and I are from North Dakota and it was a great place to escape the cold winter for a couple weeks. We’ll definitely stay there again when we get to Lake Havesu!!

This was the best rental we have ever rented! The pictures truly do not do it justice. It’s CLEAN and you feel at home the moment you walk in. Cyndi has seen to every detail. Did you forget something? No worries, she has probably anticipated that need. The pool was wonderful! Cyndi was so nice to work with. She truly met every single need!!
