Perfect family vacation
We absolutely loved our stay in Sanibel! This condo is in the building closest to the beach, which means an extra balcony and incredible views. We had quick and easy beach access, and also loved taking in the view from the screened-in balcony. The condo was clean and well maintained, and the management company was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Enjoy a beautiful view all day long of Sanibel's beach and the Gulf from your screened-in porch and the large windows in living room. Equipped kitchen, washer-dryer in condo, two bedrooms and two nice bathrooms, plenty of guest storage, easy in and out with second floor location.

We absolutely loved our stay in #112. The view was gorgeous, and it was nice being close to the beach. Sanibel was amazing. Loggerhead is very nice and well maintained. We loved hanging out on the screened deck overlooking the ocean and hearing the waves lapping the shore all night long. I did not want to leave.

Perfect rental. Great communication from the agency. LOVED the keyless entry system...Very clean, up to date condo. Maybe add a beach umbrella. And would prefer sliding shower door in master bath (and a grab bar). But we loved the unit, the view was spectacular! We had an outstanding weather week, and did many activities.

We had the best vacation we’ve been on in a long time. Our condo was amazing! The view and location were wonderful, the unit was well stocked and super clean & organized, the decor & colors were nice & updated, and the condo was big and very roomy. We can’t say enough great things about our stay, it was that nice!! We had so much fun! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent such a great place. We’d also like to say “thank you” to the staff at Select Vacation Properties. They were always very professional, so helpful and pleasant to deal with! They made everything great as well! We’re looking forward to staying here again!

Gorgeous
We had the best vacation we’ve been on in a long time. Our condo was amazing! We have been working with Select Vacation Properties for many years and are completely satisfied with their service, attentiveness, friendliness and responsiveness. The unit we stayed in was one we had rented in the past. We were a little disappointed this year because the beautiful pool was closed for repairs, but SVP arranged for us to use another neighboring pool. The unit owners had left two broken beach chairs which SVP staff replaced immediately and they also responded immediately when we noticed a leak from the unit above ours. We have already booked our vacation for next year with SVP, but will go back to West Gulf which is not as busy as the East Gulf.

Areas of improvement were. More beach towels. There were only 4. It would be nice to have the lawn service mow and blow (very noisy) on the transition day of Saturday or later in the day. 8AM is early. Would have liked to check out even 30 minutes later.

The property we originally booked was not cleaned and a mess. The management company, select vacation properties saved the day by upgrading us and relocating us to unit #112. Great views, clean and very comfortable. We love Sanibel and visit frequently. This complex is right down the street from the inter coastal highway, not far from the light house.

We love this Unit. Nicely decorated, stunning water view, wonderfully stocked kitchen, beach amenities. An at home feeling! Our second year to rent. Already booked to return a 3rd year. A few suggestions. Ceiling fan in the bedrooms and family room would be a big plus. Also, please leave directions on TV use. We have struggled with which remote to use and once we figure it out - it is still difficult how find the channels once turn off and on again. Other than than everything is really perfect.
