Nestled in Carillon Beach, this charming house for $1,358 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. White Caps Inn is the perfect home for your next vacation! The large open floor plan is perfect for a big family or group of friends! The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The main floor has a private main floor bedroom suite with a full bathroom. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace perfect to sit around and read a good book! (queen sofa sleeper in the living room). Large dining table in the center of the house looking out to family room and kitchen. Gourmet Chefs kitchen with a HUGE center island, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and fully stocked to prepare delicious meals during your stay! The second floor has an additional king bedroom and Jack & Jill bathroom leading you to another room with 2 twin beds. Incredible Master bedroom suite with a huge private deck looking out at the palm trees! Also on the second floor is a bunk room perfect for kids! Take the spiral staircase up to the cupola for stunning ocean views!! (there is also a pull out ottoman twin bed up there for additional sleeping). GREAT backyard with a private pool perfect for cooling off after a long day in the sun! Carillon Beach is a private gated community on the west end of Panama City Beach. We are bound by the Gulf of Mexico to the south, Lake Powell to the west & Highway 98 to the north. It is the perfect location & atmosphere for a quiet, relaxing family vacation. The beach is one block south of the home. It takes less than a 5 minute walk and your feet are touching our Gorgeous white beaches! You have the choice between White Caps Inn's private pool, the beach, or one of Carillons three community pools, it doesn't get much better than that! Everyone leaves White Caps Inn with wonderful memories and wanting to return next year, which explains all of our repeat guests! Please call or email Tara the property manager If you have any questions or are ready to book. Rental includes beach service for 4 from March 1- October 31, weather permitting (4 lounges and 2 umbrellas). The private pool is NOT heated. Accommodations can be made to heat the private pool at an additional cost of $350.00 per week. The golf cart at the property is the Owners and can not be used by guests for liability reasons. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars & Carts if desired. *New Updates in 2021* We just completed some wonderful updates at White Caps Inn.. All new stunning Quartz kitchen countertops, kitchen sink, kitchen faucet and main floor bathroom Quartz countertops, sinks, faucets. The private pool was resurfaced and pool deck repainted. Entire interior was repainted February 2021. New 65" QLED Smart TV in family room. 2 ceiling fans added to porch off the master bedroom. All new outdoor light fixtures. We are so exited to share our new updates with you!

This is our third year in the house. The location of the home between the park and beach is ideal. It's perfectly setup for our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 boys) to each have our own space, with my parents taking the room on the main level. Tara is great host and always quick to respond with anything that might come up. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for extended family, including teens. It had everything we needed for meals and relaxing in and outside of the house. The pool was great for all ages and the house has amazing access to the beach and everything the neighborhood has to offer (pools, shops, sidewalks for walking).

White Caps Inn is exactly as described and an easy walk to the beach! We loved having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The layout of the house worked great for three couples and the grandchildren, who were happy they didn't have to share a room. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked every day, as well as using the gas grill. After a morning at the beach, we'd come back and swim in the private pool, and have evening swims. Plenty of seating in the yard and lots of pool and beach toys to use. We also enjoyed the large balcony off the master bedroom. There are so many great things about this house, it's hard to list them all from large dining table perfect for family game night, games, movies and books to use, large closets..it has everything you need and more.
So easy to work with Tara. She communicates everything you need from reservation to departure. You will feel at home as soon as you arrive. The beach community is well maintained and peaceful, very nice for walking. Easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. By the end of the week, no one wanted to leave and we can't wait to go back!

This is our 2nd year we have stayed at this house and absolutely love it. It has such a nice floor plan and convenient to the Beach. Always clean and fully equipped for a wonderful fun filled week!! Thank you to Tara for awesome communication and to the owner who provides such a lovely home!

We can’t say enough great things about this property. We just returned home from spending a week there with our 2 grown children, their spouses, and 4 grands (ages 6-11). Our family has rented a beach house for about the last 10 summers. This one was everyone’s favorite. First of all, we loved the neighborhood and the fact that it is in a gated community - so quiet and peaceful. The home was so cozy and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the large front porch and the private balcony off of the master bedroom. The private pool was well maintained and large enough for all of us to enjoy. The walk to the beach was 3 minutes and we appreciated that we didn’t have to cross heavy traffic to get there. All the information we needed for our stay was delivered well in advance and Tara was wonderful to work with. Check-in was a breeze. White Caps Inn is just perfect!!

Everything about this house was as expected based on the online listing. It is a home vs a house. It is well stocked, clean and comfortable. The property manager, Tara, was a great communicator and helpful during the booking, pre- and post- stay. A gem in Carillon.

The Bedroom configurations are just right for our growing family. We loved having 3 king-sized beds for all of the adults and separate room for the young grandchildren ( ages 3 and 5). The kitchen is well equipped and we loved having the grill available. Extra beach equipment was handy and of course everyone loved having our own private pool.

We have been visiting 30A twice a year for 7+ years. We stayed at Carillon Beach back in 2015 and decided it would be the perfect quiet community for this year’s family beach trip with grandparents and great grandparents. White Caps was designed to accommodate multiple generations. My 90 year old grandparents had the main floor master and there were still two more kings on the second floor. The twin room was perfect for a couple uncles and the kids had the bunk room. The walk to the beach was quick and having 4 designated beach lounge chairs was very convenient. We didn’t have to drag as much stuff to the beach and we also didn’t have to deal with any crowds. It was the most gorgeous private beach we’ve ever experienced in the area. The location is ideal to grab groceries, visit an urgent care or check out the amazing gulf restaurants nearby. Close enough to 30A that we didn’t miss any of our favorite traditions yet far enough we had zero traffic! Win win.

We had a combined family getaway with several small children. The house layout was great and had quite a few items at the house already there for the smaller children. The home had a gate, pack n play, plenty of beach toys. We really enjoyed our stay.

The host had a gift bag waiting for us which was such a sweet gesture and a nice keepsake to bring home. The balconies jetting out on each level allowed for us to enjoy the outside without having to leave the property. We had the pool heated for the week which was so nice for the sweet kiddos to be able to swim in every evening we returned from the beach. Beautifully done! It has been a week and already can’t wait to get back here!

Amazing experience from earliest correspondence until check out and beyond.
Loved our recent, inaugural, stay at White Caps Inn and Carillon Beach. The home was so well equipped, extremely welcoming, lovely and lovingly decorated, and what turned out to be a great location for our family of seven, all adults and one 8 month old. White Caps Inn was an easy home to navigate from the first day, as all areas, switches, cabinets, etc. are clearly labeled. My daughter commented that it felt so comfortable it was as if we were visiting a friend’s home. From the beginning, our host, Tara, was extremely helpful, accessible, knowledgeable, and responsive. We enjoyed the pool (a cool March, so we paid extra for it to be heated), the extremely well stocked kitchen, and the front porch for sitting, sleeping, and sipping! Tara manages several homes in Carillon, and I would rent from her (anywhere!) again. Carillon Beach is very quiet and nicely located between Panama City beaches and those at 30A. The resort lacks many extra amenities, but we enjoyed the community pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, two small restaurants, general store/bike rental, and walkability of the neighborhood. Only wish it were closer to our home on NC, but clearly worth our drive.

Wonderful Week
We loved our week at Carillon. This was our second stay at White caps Inn and it did not disappoint. It is a beautiful property with lots of room to spread out and relax. We have been gathering at Carillon Beach for several years and renting various properties within. We feel Carillon is a home away from home. We try to come as a couple in the Spring and then with our grown kids who do not live near us in the late summer. I believe this is our 10th year renting in Carillon and White Caps Inn is a favorite with the pool and is such a beautiful home. It is so well stocked and maintained. Tara is wonderful to work with and helped us tremendously this stay in helping us to navigate a last minute unexpected change to our trip. It was a truly refreshing visit for our family. Four of us work in healthcare from doctors to nurses and with Covid stresses it was a much needed break. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property and home.

We have a family of 7 and brought my parents and sister along for the trip, their first time to Carillon. Everyone had a great time and loved it, already want to come back! The kids swam in the pool everyday, everyone had a comfortable sleep every night. Plenty of pillows and blankets and anything we could have needed during the trip! Tara was a fabulous host and answered all my questions. We will definitely stay here or at another one of her properties again!!
