Nestled in Vilano Beach, this attractive condo for $660 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. WOW what a popular location for quiet peaceful ocean surf and sounds with St Augustine City just minutes away. Our beach area is quite secluded from the public with public access to the beach many blocks away. The views and the quiet is so, so peaceful. Enjoy to the fullest. So, come join the fun of the surf and sand. Sound of the waves, sunsets, sunrises, a pristine, almost private sandy beach and serenity to help you wash away the worries of everyday living. Our building has only 7 wonderful units. Three on each of the first two floor and one on the top floor. We have a direct walk way to the ocean from our outside patio. Seacrest 101 has the comfort and all the furnishings of a home with a fully equipped kitchen, linens for sleeping, bathing and beaching, games and toys, baby equipment, pet blanket, and so much more. This boutique 7 unit luxury building is without the numerous comings and goings of those in a multi unit high rise building. Privacy galore. Beautifully furnished. Read the comments and see why you too will enjoy a most memorable, special holiday at Seacrest 101. Access to the beach could not be more convenient from this ground level home. Just a short stroll over the private walkway and the wonderful wide and sandy beach awaits you. Always kept in pristine shape and thoroughly cleaned after each guest, this home also boasts beautifully appointed rooms with touches of luxury. Sliding glass doors offer an unencumbered ocean view from the open living room, dining room and kitchen. The covered patio offers plenty of room for dining, or just relaxing with the seascape view. Peaceful greens, blues, yellow and creams make up the sunny interior of Seacrest 101. High quality furnishings with casual décor add to the ambiance. Winter time gas fireplace for those cozy evenings. Dining table easily seats 6 plus booster chairs available for the little ones. Cook by the sound of the waves with the fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, microwave, self clean oven/cook top, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher....and even spices for your gourmet taste. The sunny master suite has a king size bed, a large walk in closet and a roomy master bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The are two other sizable bedrooms....one with a queen bed and one with twin beds...and they share a bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a hallway closet. A storage closet is just outside the front door with your chairs, umbrellas and beach toys and more. There is on site parking with up to 2 spaces for this unit. (Possibly 3 on request) Beach towel, chairs, umbrellas, sand buckets, toys, cards and games, books, baby equipment, cable televisions, high speed wireless internet, top quality bed and bath linens, fireplace for winter use and much more to make your stay a most memorable vacation experience. For the little ones, we have a pac n play with sheets, 2 booster chairs and lots of games. Dogs are loved, but only well behaved ones. (check with owner about size and breed and read the pet agreement) How fun it is to watch the dogs enjoy their beach holiday as well. Historic St Augustine is just an easy 5 minute drive. Ponte Vedra Beach is just 20 minute drive north with the world famous TPC golf course on which you may play. Explore St Augustine with it's many attractions, walking streets, boutiques, great restaurants, carriage rides, a super outlet mall, river and Intracoastal cruises, parasailing, deep sea fishing, exploring the Guana River park. Golf abounds, both in the St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra areas, including the TPC golf course in Sawgrass. The World Golf Village is just 15 minutes away. Dozens of other public and semi public courses are within minutes in several directions! A trip or two to Ponte Vedra is perfect for golf, great dining, and shopping. Easy day trips can be made to Daytona and Marineland (about 1 hour); Disney World and other Orlando theme parks (about 2 hours); the Kennedy Space Center (about 2 1/2 hours) and to various parks and springs throughout northern and central Florida.. We had a nice stay at this property Jan 4-10 2024. The location to the beach is very nice although that didn't matter too much to us in January. The view through the patio doors was nice when not on the beach.
The unit was clean and well represented by the photos. The overall location was good as it is close to the Publix for groceries and only a 5-10 min. drive to the downtown historic area. It was nice to be away from the craziness of the town when it was time to head back to the condo.
Communication with the owner was very good with email and phone communication as needed. We did not have any problems during our stay and didn't need to contact the owner with any concerns.
We typically stay at 4-5 star VRBO's and this one fits nicely into what you expect at that level. The only small caveat we would offer is that the master bath shower could use a very good scrubbing or new tile.
Would we stay here again. Yes!

everything desired in spite of 2 days of horrible weather. Being able to sit in and look at the waves warmed by lovely gas fire was ideal. Quite comfortable and dogs liked walking out unto grass. Beautiful beach within steps. Fully stocked and as advertised. Questions answered quickly. Definitely looking forward to returning🤗

Fabulous condo, view, and easy in and out of condo complex. Couldn't be better located for the quick drive to St Augustine to visit all the attractions and restaurants. The condo was the best stocked I've ever seen. Communication with the owner was excellent and enjoyable. Definitely would recommend and stay again. Thank you!!!

We loved everything about the condo. The owner is great and makes sure you have everything you need to have a great time. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds! Easy access to the beach that was not crowded and so peaceful. Great restaurants close by and also a Publix right down the street. We will definitely book again and hopefully for a longer stay. The Stafford’s and The Pinto’s.

This condo was stunning! The pictures don’t do the space justice, it’s so much larger than we imagined! The beach chairs and towels available were a huge plus and the beach is literally in the backyard! A literal peaceful paradise. We hope to be back!!

Other than a few trips to Publix we never left the condo! Our host was the best and so sweet and accommodating. We would love to make this our home away from home!😎

We really enjoyed this condo and the location was perfect! The first floor condo, beach access and firmer beach sand were perfect for my Mom with knee issues. I rarely stay somewhere twice, but I would stay here again. Just lovely.

This is an above average rental. We were impressed with the size and quality of the home, the proximity to the beach and to St. Augustine and with everything in the home that made our stay more enjoyable. Ellie, the owner, went out of her way to make the home available to us even though we booked it at the last minute. We hope to go back soon!

This is our second year staying at this complex and first in this condo. What we love the most is the small complex, well landscaped grounds, large condo size, proximity to beach, dog friendliness, first floor level, patio, view, and privacy. These factors plus grocery, restaurants, and entertainment all being super close makes for a relaxing and easy vacation.

We love visiting Vilano, mainly because of this condo! It’s nice, convenient and Ellie is amazing at responding should you have a need! This is our 2nd year in a row and we will be back next year!

What a wonderful time we had staying at Ellie's place. Very nice and comfy decor/furniture. Lots of beach toys, towels and chairs that we didn't have to lug from home. My only suggestion regarding the unit would be to raise the TV's in all of the bedrooms so that you could see it from the bed. Also, the stove High/Low marks have been wiped off making it difficult to use. As a wish list, we wished that the community had a shared permanent charcoal bbq grill built in the grassy area and that the patios/balconies were screened in. The above did not keep us from having a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend this condo. We loved the first floor patio right on the beach so much, and the condo was lovely, clean and well appointed. There are only seven units in the building, which was also nice. Uncrowded beach, could walk up the beach all the way to where you could see the lighthouse, and we were a five minute drive from charming St. Augustine.

We loved the quality and location of this property. Beautiful sunrises, beach, and even a sea turtle nesting by the boardwalk stairs the first morning. Convenient to town and shopping. Would stay again!

Beaches were not crowded and property is very well maintained with all amenities needed for an extended family stay. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We will be back! Ellie had everything we needed which saved us lots of room in our vehicle. Having the grassy area right outside the sliding doors was perfect for wanting to be outside, but needing a break from sand. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants & shopping!
