Welcome to Peace of the Beach! Our 7 bedroom East Beach gem is steps to the beach, has a huge screened-in living porch and a private pool. This says Saint Simons Island all day long. Perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions or friends who just want to be at the beach and all stay under one roof. Our cottage boasts a huge kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, comfy bedding with pampering linens. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Completely redone with attention to the smallest detail. Feeling social? Let’s meet for a game of pool or a quick BBQ in the back yard. Feel like a swim? Have at it. How about a walk on the beach after dinner? Yep, this too! This coastal castle has it all. So, bring 14 of your favorite people and try it our for size. This cottage is "shore to please". Two dogs under 50 lbs. are permitted. $150 pet fee per dog. Beach Gear Credit Included! Covenant has proudly partnered with a beach gear delivery service, VayKLife, to add even more value for our guests. Book a participating Covenant vacation rental with a length of stay between 3-14 nights, arriving between March 1st and October 31st, and you’ll receive an exclusive beach gear credit! Redeem your daily credit for items including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, tandem kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, beach carts, coolers, cornhole boards, and more - the choice is yours! Please Note: A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee which is applied to all reservations and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.

This house had a perfect layout for our family, which includes 2 grandparents, 2 adult couples, and 4 grandchildren. We had a lot of family fun in the pool and on the screened-in back porch. The East beach location and proximity to the ocean were additional advantages. There was an issue with the second TV that was not addressed; but we had better things to do than watch TV. Overall, it is a wonderful house.

We found this gem for a two family get together over Labor Day weekend. We were able to get five cars in the semi-circular driveway. The pool was nice, and the screened in porch was a good place to eat in. The den is cozy for a large group of adults who want to watch Ga. Football. If you are a TV junkie, you should bring your own streaming service. The direct tv channels offered at this venue are somewhat limited. We will be back if the opportunity presents itself.

Plenty of room for our party of 14. Less than a .25 mile walk to the beach. Nice pool area. Outside porch was a great gathering place. Only minor concern was the pool vacuum system didn’t really seem to do the job and hooking/unhooking was a pain. Overall a very minor thing in the grand scheme of things! Would def consider staying here again!

The flooring is kind of strange, but works for a beach house.
We did not damage anything, so are expecting our $700.00 refundable damage deposit.

Now we’ve stayed on SSI many times in different rentals. This one is just PERFECT. It’s newly remodeled in many areas and has a ton of space for gathering and for everyone to feel like they’re not on top of each other.
It’s a comfortable walk to the beach and here’s the best part, it’s down towards the end of East Beaxh where there weren’t many people! Lots of beach space, not crowded at al all like it was further south.
The pool was big and roomy for all 9 of us. The furniture out there was plentiful and new with umbrellas, pool noodles and toys.
Everything was updated and in excellent working condition. We’ll definitely stay there next time!

This house was perfect for us! Tons of room! Great location! We absolutely loved the pool, the game room and the screened patio! We would definitely stay here again! We have stayed in many beach houses but felt this one stood out with the quality of the pool/patio area and plenty of towels.

7 Cousins and 4 Parents
My husband and I and our 4 children along with my brother and sister-in-law and their 3 children wanted a beach getaway with a pool (in case the beaches were too crowded to socially distance). This beautiful property was even better than we anticipated. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in porch and pool were absolutely wonderful. This place was much bigger and better than the pictures represent. It’s definitely my favourite rental ever!

Fantastic Family Fun
We had a great vacation at this property for the past two years. We especially enjoyed the 7 bedrooms, the pool, pool table room, and the large screened porch. We enjoyed biking several times in the nice neighborhood. We were very blessed to enjoy our time together there at St. Simon's.

This home was perfect for our large family with plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool as an alternative to the beach for the children. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect house for a family vacation!
We rented this house for us to enjoy a family vacation with our 3 daughters and their families. It was a wonderful location and the pool was a nice way to relax after spending most of the days on the beach. We will definitely plan on renting here again 😁

Great hang out place
The house was great for hanging out with family. The yard, both front and back, were extremely well designed and maintained. The PORCH was where we spent all our time. Large seating area and a long table. Overlooks the pool and yard. Location to the beach was great - was surprised at how far it is from the street to the actual ocean, but this house is about as close as you can get.
One small critique - no toaster. Got bagels and “toasted” them in the oven....
Overall - I’d rent this again.

Idyllic Saint Simons
Our party of seven, ages 18 months to 68 years, had a fabulous time in this lovely Saint Simons home 1/2 block from the beach. Seven stayed and two other couples visited, enjoying the huge screened-in porch over the perfect-sized pool with all amenities we could have asked for. The bathrooms have been re-done and all appliances worked well. It was just right for families and entertaining. Electronically updated as well. It was simply the ideal week’s getaway for our family.

Very comfortable home to unwind with family. Steps from the beach with a pool in the backyard. Well stocked kitchen to cook for entire family. Great sitting areas both indoors or outdoors.
