Einfaches, sauberes Appartement in altem Gebäude mit Bar im Innenhof.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Mit Bus und Tram ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum.

Passable

Good value for money, comfortable for a short period of time, the owner seems very nice and helpful. The place itself is also very cool, there's a bar/cafe place in the middle of the building.

There were 2 sets of passwords for WiFi, but only one of them works. But it only works properly in the kitchen and the bathroom, in the living room it often disconnected. Spoke to the staff about it and they weren't sure. The place is clean in the sense that the floor has been swiped and the bedsheets have been washed, but the rest is pretty old and not always clean. Saw many spiders, there was a lot ot cobwebs on the walls.

Hospitable and friendly host, nice location, decent Internet (when it worked), two cute dogs that love cuddling.

Save your nerves and pay some more to avoid this!

Location was good. Staff tried to be nice.

Rooms were dusty and dirty. Bathroom smelled from sewer. Doga were always barking. One did its business in front of our door, nobody cleaned it. Washing clothes cost 500din on the first day, on the second day they suddenly wanted 1200din. The yard completely dirty and under construction.

The apartment complex is located in the central part of Belgrade, in a neighborhood that feels safe and quiet. It is run by honest, accommodating hosts who provide clear communication and do not impose any hidden fees. The facilities provided by the apartment were sufficient for an extended stay.

Should be banned from Booking.com!!!

Everything was old and dirty, like they never even cleaned the place. Broken windows, the room stinks of cigarettes. Freezing cold, barely any heating. No facilities, equipment or anything. Was asked not to touch other beds in the room while I payed for the whole place. Broken, dangerous sockets everywhere! When checking-out, the owner barely said a word, unwelcoming with lots of negative energy. The pictures online are complete lies from reality and I have no idea how this place is even allowed to be on the website!

Wouldn't come back, I don't like to deal with such impolite person again!

Owner totally rude. He offered me to share the room with someone else, that shouldn't happen as I already have booked the place for myself. He didn't even apologize. Also he was obsessed to know if I was Cuban (which I am not). That makes me thing he discriminated me from the beginning due to my Spanish origin, don't think he would be that disrespectful with locals or other people. Also the place is quite old and smell like humid, in two days I could take just one hot shower as the water heating system barely worked.

Disappointing

Location is great. It's really quiet. It's comfy for 3 people.

Every part of furniture is too old. Bathroom is old. It was cold when I get there. I didn't get the written bill for stay.

For €15, there needs to be a higher standard and attention from the owner. Smoking is allowed in the dorms. The owner claimed that it's only in the common room, but you can see and smell smoke in the bedroom. He moved me to a private room which was better but I had to pay extra. For the love of god, please train the dogs that live on your property or take them somewhere else. They bark and chase every guest that comes in until they leave the courtyard. The noise is insane, plus it's a safety concern. On what planet do you charge a cleaning fee when the dorms are covered in dust and cigarette ash. Toilets looked like a horror film scene. Even in the private room the toilet seat was completely detached. I'm contacting Booking for a refund.

The host lady was absolutely wonderful. And the owner was super helpful with my registration. I really appreciated that very much. The hostel is very cheap too.

The dogs are crazy. They bark non-stop and they jump on you. One even tried to bite me. And no, I didn't provoke it. The carpets clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was dirt and grease all around the kitchen. The whole apartment needs to be painted and given some TLC.

The location was good. In a relaxed part of Belgrade. Chinese lady working there was very friendly. Room was large.

Sick of these scams where the price is not really the price, You get there and they have local tax, resort tax (as though this was a resort), cleaning fee, and other taxes that nearly double the advertised price. This place and places like it only take cash. You think they are paying these taxes? Haha. Booking, listen here, this should be against your rules. The price should be the price advertised and you should not allow these scams. Makes you look bad. Fix this bug! And this place was a serious dump.

Only One good thing : Location in side the city

Poorly maintained property. Two dogs inside property constantly barking and chasing you. Room with poor hygiene condition, mosquito and spider all over.

You get what you pay for. Really nice staff and for the money you pay for 5/5 stars. Surely the best price range in Zagreb. Two really nice dogs waiting for you every night and morning. Thanks for a perfect stay !

It was cheap and relatively good location.

The apartment complex is under construction, and I presume that the apartments serve as accommodation for the workers. When the construction/renovation is finished, I think it has potential to be something really great. Until then, only consider renting the property if you're on a REALLY TIGHT budget. Apartment was very old, weird smell and did't look too clean

Not recommended

The place was far from Belgrade city and in the application for 2 nights was showing a rate of 32 euro but paid 10 euro more as hidden charges and taxes the place is not clean and the beds are so dirty. Even smells the paint and wooden everywhere. The heater was not working properly and the doors are not secured. I've waited for almost an hour to get the keys from the owner. He went out and came late, already messaged him the arrival time through booking.com. On the second day i took a friend of mine to show him the room condition, next day he arranged a room in city center for me with good price. If you look at the property response below you can see this person is a RACIST and blindly blaming a country people for his negligence and dirty mind. Never ever wishes to visit this accommodation again. Please check the photos for more info. Photos are safe without his dirty mind and place smell.

The building is very old and stinky smell everywhere. Don't know why booking.com promote these kind of business. I've the photos as proofs

Basic comfort at a very low price in an alternative setting.

Excellent location at Vračar, not far from the Belgrade city centre, just around the corner from the local bus stop. Rooms are pretty basic, but equipped with everything you need... wifi, a small kitchen corner, a fridge, a toilet & shower,... Due to colourful painting of the central "piazza", from which the rooms are entered, the feeling is like moving to a more exotic, maybe latin ambient.... also back in time. A place shifted away from the bustling Belgrade urban ambient outside. The whole location is still under reconstruction, so expect some work in progress. I visited it during the weekend, so it was pretty calm. Easy to have fun with the two, sometimes pretty wildly barking & playful house dogs.
