L'emplacement et la cuisine bien équipée en ustensiles. La disponibilité des employés. Mon copain a eu la Dengue et ils ont su nous conseiller un médecin. Bon petit déjeuner servi entre 8h et 9h45
Le bruit.. les employés parlent toute la journée très fort entre eux dans les parties communes. Quand je dis toute la journée c'est que ça peut commencer à 6-7h du matin. Le sommeil et le repos ne sont pas vraiment respectés, il faut demander à baisser le volume etc.

Todos fueron muy amables y diligentes. La cama súper cómoda, el desayuno muy rico y las instalaciones dan muy buena energía.
Adoro que hagan noche de juegos los viernes.
No pude hacer que el agua de la ducha calentara, pero olvidé comentarlo en recepción al salir del baño. Seguro si lo hubiera dicho habrían solucionado

Accueil chaleureux du personnel qui vous donnera des conseils et vous aidera pour vos visites.. Bon emplacement dans la ville blanche.. On peut utiliser la cuisine bien équipée. Petit déjeuner assuré dès 8h. Chambre basique , propre. C'est un bon rapport qualité / prix!
Espaces communs à l'étroit et bruyants. Il faudrait mieux indiquer le nom de l'hôtel sur la façade ! Car il est écrit " hôtel Museum" et non " Lienzo"....

Lienzo Hostel es un lugar encantador. Desde que entras a su recinto, el estallido de colores dispara tu dopamina. ¡Qué personas más encantadoras! A decir verdad, un lugar donde la magia, la música y las personas, convergen para crear una experiencia maravillosa. Ni qué decir sobre sus habitaciones temáticas. Nos sentimos como en un gran y hermoso acuario. La noche que nos hospedamos, había un evento increíble! Se trató de juegos de roles, un encuentro auspiciado por el anfitrión y su grupo de amigos. Fue una gran noche donde nos reímos sin parar y nuestras emociones estuvieron a tope. Gracias por darnos acogida y brindarnos una velada sin precedentes.

Ci sono stata solo una notte ed è andato tutto bene, personale gentile, nell’ambiente, i graffiti dentro sono magnifici, vari bagni e puliti. Semplice e buona colazione con uova frutta e pane
Non c’era molto spazio nella mia camera ma essendo stata solo una notte nessun problema

El personal, sebas tiene un carisma único al igual que migue te hacen sentir en casa, las instalaciones muy acogedoras sobre toda la zona al lado de la recepción, buen desayuno...sin duda volveré éxitos chicos

Endroit cool pour routards. Homme parlant très bien anglais tres disponible pour nous donner tuyaux un grand merci. Très bien situé. Excellent rapport qualité prix avec un bon petit déjeuner.
Notre chambre attenait au salon donc plutôt bruyant surtout la télé très forte. Ne cherchent pas à créer une ambiance commune. Pourrait être un peu plus propre

J'ai adoré. L'emplacement près du centre-ville. Lit ok. Possibilité de semi privée, privé et compartido. Cuisine et frigidaire. Belle déco. Les surveillants te donnent les réponses à tes questions.
Ça doit être partout pareil vu l'infrastructure de la ville, la senteur des échapoements des voitures tôt le matin. Possibilité d'isoler les fenêtres et la grande porte.

Small lockers which are located outside the room.
Bed had a lot of bits of dirt on it. No privacy curtains.

We loved the atmosphere of the hostel and all staff were lovely. It is also just 5 minutes from the main square.

Central location, allowed us to arrive at 3am without stress! Beautiful murals. Helpful staff, Juan helped us arrange a walking tour and booked a taxi for us. Very friendly staff and speaks fluent English.

Lienzo offered so much for such a cheap price. Comfortable clean beds in fun colourful rooms, great bathrooms with hot showers, a really nice free breakfast, decent kitchen with ample utensils, awesome central location in Popayán, lovely common areas to chill, with free to use instruments as well. The staff were always so friendly and accommodating and up for a chat too. Truly an amazing hostel, will definitely stay here again in future.

The room was really cool with the artwork, and it was great value for money, breakfast was yummy!
You could hear noise from common area from our room, not super loud and not constant though.

The breakfast was delicious with eggs, local breads, and coffee and juice. There were lots of social places to relax outside of the bedroom and the WiFi was excellent for working.

The hostel is awesomely clean and they keep it quite at night. The location that is relatifely close to city centre makes it pleasant to walk around the city. Great breakfast.

Location is really good.
Vibe is non existent. The idea of the rooms looks cool at first, but it doesn't really work as you can't stand up from your bed. The stairs to go up to the bed are a hazard and, if you get up at night to use the toilet, good luck not falling those steps as there is no light switch upstairs.

The athmosphere was great, the staff is all 5 stars, the bed is confortable, it's clean and the location is central.

Location was good
Room was far too small for the number of beds and no ventilation so it smelt horrendous! Can be noisy as well due to the room being opposite the reception desk. Social species weren’t comfortable places to hang out, therefore no one really did

A pretty hostel with very nice and friendly staff that helps you for everything. Clean, cheap and all the rooms are painted by artists. It’s close from the center and everything is nearby. I truly recommend it.
