Location excellent. The facilities are good and comfortable with the exceptions noted later. Communications with host were very responsive and meeting with representative to get keys good. There are two very good restaurants close to the property.

The advertisement says there is a 24 hour front desk, a tour desk and a restaurant - there are none. It does indicate that it is an upper floor accessible by stairs with no elevator. It does not indicate that it is completely unsuitable for those with mobility problems or indeed very difficult for elderly people. There are 50 steep steps over 4 flights which are a severe challenge even without bags. The shower outlet does not cope with the inflow of water with the consequence that the basin overflows for the shortest shower. The main bedroom window does not have a curtain which excludes light - we had to hang a towel over it. The main door lock is faulty - one had to fiddle for quite a while to get it to work. Even the lady meeting us had trouble with it.
