This is the best location on Lake Norman of any vacation rental for convenience to all area shopping, dining and attractions. 2022 all new living room furniture, Spring 2020 completely repainted and hardwood flooring new or refinished. FULL VIDEO TOUR. Ski, kayak, wakesurf, tube, wakeboard and paddleboard directly in front of the house for all of your guests to watch the action! Custom built 2 level lakeside home with a 30 foot Atrium full of plants in the center as well as over 7,000 sq ft to accommodate up to 33 guests with comfort. 9 bedrooms, 6 baths and endless activities and space for the entire family. Truly a playground for the week to rest, relax or enjoy the lake activities. Full kitchen, breakfast area (seats 10), dining room (table seats 16 + 4 person table), and 2 living room(s) on main level all open floor plan for you to enjoy. Main level has lakefront bedroom #6 king bed + full-size futon, lakefront bedroom #7 king bed + twin fold out bed, kids bunkroom #8 lakeview (3 twins & 2 full beds) and bedroom #9 queen bed + twin fold out futon chair. Bedrooms 1-3 & 5-7 all have twin pullout beds as well. There are a total of 23 individual beds (Mattresses or twin fold out with memory foam mattress). The upper level has a lakeside great room with incredible views of the lake and looks into the atrium as well. There is a recreation room with pool table (ping-pong & hockey), shuffleboard, foosball, poker table and wet bar area. All upper rooms have huge vaulted ceilings as well as two screened in patios accessed via 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Full lakefront owner suite #1 with king bed + twin fold out bed, private grand bath with double shower, two person jetted tub, heated tile floor and private patio. Full master suite #2 with king bed + fold out twin bed, private bath (or can be shared) and lake views. Bedroom #3 king bed + twin fold out bed, bedroom #4 with 2 queen beds are lakefront with shared patio. Bedroom #5 with queen bed + twin fold out bed has lake view as well, accessed via the jack n jill bathroom. The lakeside outdoor patio has seating for 21-32 guests, hot tub (max 8), waterfall (on timer) as well as two gas grills. Our private beach leads to the dock and pier with room for up to 3 boats as well as 2 Jet Ski EZ dock systems. Enjoy our 4 paddleboards, 3 kayaks, tubes, life jackets and toys. We provide at the home plenty of fun things for the kids like board games, floats, etc. We can also provide strollers, high chairs, pack n plays, etc. for the little ones so you do not have to pack all those extras. We can offer you referrals for boat and jet ski rentals with local merchants if needed. We are very convenient to 7 lakefront restaurants as you explore. We are a few minutes from Downtown Mooresville and the race shops (NASCAR capital). There are also many great restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive from your vacation spot if you prefer. We provide sheets, towels, paper goods and bottled water. Bring your bathing suits. NO GROUND SPIKES are allowed for tents (due to previous damages) must use water barrels or other tie down measures. There is ample driveway parking for 16-20 vehicles - THERE IS NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON THE LAWN ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON. STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED.

We had a wonderful stay and Sully was very responsive to all of our questions, which we appreciated. There were a couple of small issues during our stay but nothing that impacted us too much. The house is very roomy; we were a group of 23 that stayed very comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. Lovely views and lake access.

We had a group of 21…14 adults & 7 kids and the house was perfect!! 2 really large open living areas one upstairs and one on main floor made it nice for kids to have separate area. If you are looking to book with a large group this is a great house just be sure to look through all the bedroom layouts… if we didn’t have kids, I don’t feel it would have slept 20 adults in actual beds The property was great & the lake views were awesome! The host was super easy to communicate and very accommodating. We’d definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time at this lakefront house! Great fit for large groups who want to enjoy the lake. Excellent communication, super clean and organized, tons of towels for the group, and a very well-stocked kitchen in terms of supplies, flatware, glassware, etc. Lots of internet connected speakers/TVs in the house which was very handy, too. The only knocks - we had a hard time getting in with the door codes, and the front door never worked for us. There were also a variety of light-bulbs out in random places/bedrooms.

House is incredibly spacious on a calm part of the lake. We brought 2 30ft boats down and the docking setup was awesome. There is a ramp in the neighborhood next to house which made it insanely convenient and had trailer parking. Backyard is awesome for cookouts and activities.

This house was just incredible and exactly what we needed for our larger group celebration. The space, the lot, the lake access - unmatched. Sully was also a very responsive host. Very satisfied.

Overall, I want to say that this home is very large, very welcoming and took care of our group of 16 very well. The 4'sin the review reflect some items not working and just overall general condition. This is a great rental home in a wonderful spot on the lake and unfortunately it shows it. Nothing really wrong at all just tired a bit. newer furniture in many places helped. The outdoor areas are gorgeous however a bit overcrowded on the deck in my opinion to provide tons of seating. When we got there, I went outside and immediately stirred up multiple storms of Mayflies - It was mid-July so that will happen. I contacted the landlord asked permission to do something about it and I went to Lowes, got some garden spray and sprayed the entire landscape and lawn area down. Almost no Mayflies to be seen the entire rest of the week. Sully was very quick to respond for any little thing we needed. it was a great trip, great location, nice very large home, and a responsive owner.

This home provided us with plenty of room to be comfortable, cook wonderful meals, and plenty of things to do. We spent much of our time swimming in the great beach area and also the hot tub was a great hit! There were plenty of out door chairs to relax in and and just enjoy the view and visit with each other! There were plenty of paddle boards and kayaks to challenge whoever wanted to give it a try, We brought a pontoon boat with us that provided for fun tubing with a great place to hook up on the dock. We rented a jet ski for a day of fun adventure! The flat back yard gave us space to play challenging yard games! When the sun went down the pool table became the place to be! Whenever we had a question Sully was just a text away to help us out! We enjoyed one of our best vacations ever at this wonderful facility!!

Our family of 20 included 10 grandkids (ages 4-20) and all of us had a fantastic experience at this waterfront house! The home is spacious with big windows and lots of dining space indoors and out. The younger set LOVED the rec room! It was great to just walk out the door to "our" pier on beautiful Lake Norman. We rented a ski boat and spent most of our days getting wet! Would definitely consider renting again!

The house was certainly large enough for our group of 14 people (12 adults & 2 little ones). The only thing that was a bit confusing was the locations of the bathrooms not connected to bedrooms. Other than that, the level fenced yard was perfect for the kids and the view was amazing.

Very spacious beautiful home that accommodated our large family very well. We must have been the first guests of the season however because the outdoor area was not clean to include pier, table, chairs, hot tub and grills. Also, take note that all of the downstairs bedrooms have obscure glass doors so you can see through them. We had to hang beach towels over the doors so others could not see in and so we could sleep without light shining through the windows.

This large lake house was perfect for our reunion weekend with 8 adults and 9 kids. The lake was super fun for the kids and the house includes kayaks, noodles and beach toys (small but useable sand area). We also enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and grills - really everything you could want. One detail I wish I had known before we arrived is that while there are 4 rooms with connected baths - they are all upstairs. The bathrooms for the 4 downstairs bedrooms require walking through common areas - including the dining/kitchen area. Finally, I was very impressed with the host who was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again.

This house had many rooms and bedrooms to accommodate a large group, however, there was not enough parking to accommodate the group. There is a circle driveway that's only large enough for one row of cars. It takes a lot of coordination to work with the limited parking for a large group. Additionally, the twin beds are pull outs in an ottoman and there are not enough comfortable sheet sets in the house to accommodate all the pullouts.

When planning an event for women flying in from different parts of the country, communication with the host was critical for me. Sully was prompt in getting back to me, no matter how many times I reached out to him. The home is breathtaking as you enter the living room. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining and serving large parties except for large non-stick frying pan. I brought my own. If you rent during October or colder months, keep in mind that the Master Bedroom with fireplace does get cold. Sully assisted with helping me adjust the temperature remotely, however, it was still a little chilly. The beds in the home were comfortable. Nice bathrooms. We had fun utilizing the paddle boards and kayak equipment, hot tub, gas grill, and brought our own wood for the fire pit. All of our attendees were very pleased with the space and comfort of the home. I highly recommend this gorgeous lakeview home for large party stays!! Thanks again Sully for your kind assistance!
