About this house rental
It is located in Crestwynd Bay a gated community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney, and restaurants. The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom, one bedroom is downstairs and two are upstairs. 1 queen bedroom with attached bath, 1 Kids bedroom with 2 twins and Living Room with a sleeper sofa. The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa. The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool. Cable and flat-screen TVs are included in all rooms. WIFI and High-Speed internet are included free of charge (though subject to cable company's operations). The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender. An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group. Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

It was only 10-15 minutes from Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and right around the corner from Walmart, where we were able to get groceries to use in the kitchen. The location was perfect. We fit 6 adults + 1 teenager comfortably and having three full bathrooms was very convenient for when we were all trying to shower and get to bed after coming home from the parks. Highly recommend for families or large groups.

The townhouse is in a cute clean and comfortable. The community is very nice with conevient access to Walmart, restaurants and theme parks. There a small playground with a slide in the back and a little table to sit and watch the kids. The layout of the house is very convenient. I can’t say enough. It was a great experience!

Located near Disney Parks. Down the street from a Walmart and a few miles away from Old Town, Fun Spot, World Food Trucks, several restaurants, entertainment and Souvenir shops.

This property was perfect for our vacation. The location was quiet and relaxing and had what we needed. Manny communicated everything well and made the whole process simple.

Fantastic location. Quick 10-15 minute drive from everything. Easy checkin, great communication, quiet gated community. Carpet in one room needs cleaned desperately, kitchen lacked a few items, could use a few hundred dollars of up upkeep and a few hours of handyman work.

We were looking for property which is near to Disney and Universal and with less traffic. This is perfect location if someone is visiting disney and universal. now about vacation home, its good for families and kids friendly. I would recommend this to all families. Check in was smooth and host did helped with special request because of kids. Thanks for all that.

Everything was nice just a few things that need attention.
1st floor bedroom bureau's all need to be replaced.
Also the curtains in the bedroom is not appropriate for room you can see threw them. Also on the 1st floor screen door curtain is way too short and the lock on that door is broken!!! The 2nd floor is all good. So overall not bad.

The property was accurate as described, clean and comfortable. Neighborhood - not so much, even though this was a gated community (sort of) gate to come in was always open (day and even at night). The one to go out was always closed - I think that defeats the purpose of gated community. Manny and team had nothing to do this.

We went to Disney so the location was perfect!! I messed up on our dates 3 times and they were very accommodating and willing to change our dates every time ! Loved that there was 3 full bathrooms an the beds were comfortable!

My family and I stayed for a month. It was a nice and spacious property, there is a Walmart at less than 5 min. We really like that you can contact the managers of the property and they are always available. After a month with them we decided to stay with them for 5 months more, they have various options for stay. I would recommend it.

GREAT STAY BUT THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
I truly enjoyed the stay at this property, however, I feel like it could've been cleaner. The beds weren't the most comfortable and I feel like if this changed it would definitely be a 10/10. Manny is a great person, thank you for being so attentive and replying right away. The neighborhood is awesome. It was a 10 minute drive to Disney.

Easter Vacay
Enjoyed the condo was spacious and convenient to all the amusement parks and Walmart .Had some difficulty with the television in the upstairs would freeze and only halfway show. Other than that great place !
