Staff was rude, didn't accept reservation from booking.com and denied entry. I paid partial booking mount which is still not refunded

Quaint downtown hotel with super friendly staff and beautifully clean rooms. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food!

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

the front desk staff, Victoria and a gentlemen were exceptional as was the food. the only problem was the internet connection. If that was fixed I would have given a 5 on ratings.

I have booked room with breakfast included but they reduced to give breakfast for two days. They informed it is not mentioned by Booking . Com to the hotel. We have shown them booking mentioned breakfast included. This is very bad and I need money should be refunded
