We love Florida and come here twice a year. Because of hurricane Ian we had to change our vacation plans. Normally we are at Fort Myers Beach/Bonita Springs. Marco Island is very beautiful. The condo is very cozy and the complex is very relaxing and calm. The two pools are large and the area is very clean. The check in process was very easy. We appreciated that after our long flight. The location is also very convenient. Restaurants, beach access', grocery stores, everything is quiet near. Thanks for the nice experience on beautiful Marco Island!

A super great apartment equipped with everything you need! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Great bar very close by and a clean pool area. There are also plenty of parking spaces. Just great!

The unit is in a large complex with nice pools, tennis courts, ample parking and hot tubs and is acccurately reflected in the pictures. There is nice closet space and extra things like coolers supplied. Although the refrig. and stove are apartment size, the kitchen has adequate supplies for normal cooking. There were adequate bathroom and kitchen products. I felt the linens were of medicore quality, but the unit was clean. It is close to grocery stores, shopping, and beaches. There is also a "hot" bar/restaurant very close which has great reviews. I find Polina P's review to be very informative.

We stayed with the kids in the apartment over Thanksgiving week (2022) and had a great time! Checking in was as easy as just opening the door. The apartment is lovely and relaxing with ocean-themed decor with all the necessary things for a short stay and even extras (two TVs, books, board games). There was even a closet with beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, inflatable toys, and even fishing rods). So we did not need to buy anything for the beach. There were extra towels, plenty of kitchenware, pantry supplies, and dishes. The dinnerware had nice decor. Contrary to the previous reviewer we did not feel any smell from the carpet. The apartment, fridge, bathroom, and closets were clean. The owner got back with the answer when we had a question. The apartment complex has two pools - so kids swam there in the morning and after we came back from the beach. Parking was always available near the building. The location is so convenient! Tiger beach is 10 minute drive to the park ($10 parking fee/day) and 10 minute walk through the park: wonderful white sand, shells, ocean birds, and plenty of beach space. Kids enjoyed playing with the sand and shelling. We drove to kayak in Everglades park (the Gulf Coast Visitor Center -40 minutes drive). Also plenty of nice hiking nearby. Two grocery stores within 10 minute drive. Thank you for a nice stay! We loved it so much, that we want to come back to Marco Island again next year!

Small condo unit but clean and perfect for just the two of us. It was a great buy for the money. We especially enjoyed the pool since we didn't want to swim at the beach after hurricane Ian.

Great location. Central location with a tiki bar on site and the pools were spotless. Extremely small unit that is quite outdated and very eclectic with regard to the furnishings. Fortunately I wasn't in the condo very much except to sleep. Nothing that I couldn't live with but the main issue was outdated, need all new linens and carpet is very musty smelling . Overall 5/10

Cute condo, enjoyed the salt water pool, the tiki bar and all the amenities which included just about everything you need to cook and bake. Locals who live there were friendly. Location is not the best of you want to go to the beach, but there were some nice restaurants within walking distance Only recommendation is replacing the mattress. The platform did not properly fit causing the bed to fall and slope sideways. There is a mattress pad I would assume was purchased to help with the worn out mattress but it was also uncomfortable.

I will rent again!

Condo was exactly as described along with pictures. Great place to stay if there is two of you because bedrooms wouldn't accommodate a family. Great location, tiki bar on premises and parking can be limited in front of condo since many people come in evening to the tiki bar but plenty of parking on side that is so close to stairs. Elevator worked the whole time. Plenty of dishes, towels and beach stuff. All we had to do before checking out dishes and trash, owner does the rest. We loved the condo and will hopefully be renting next year sometime.
