Nestled in Williamstown, this attractive house for $234 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Peaceful, quiet and serene is the best way to describe Waterworks. A clean comfy home awaits you with many amenities. Less than five minutes away from the incredible Ark Encounter, just a short walk to JB Miller Park a great fishing lake and less than a mile to the new Williamstown “Splash Park”. The larger Williamstown lake is also nearby for boating and fishing. If you’re headed to the Ark you might also be interested in seeing the Creation Museum which they have a package deal for and is about 35 minutes north of here. My wife and I will do our best to meet whatever needs you may have and answer all your questions. Well maybe not all but at least the ones that pertain to your vacation. We visited in December, so we didn't take advantage of the beautiful front porch or surrounding outdoor spaces, but the inside was so cozy and welcoming! I loved that there was even a sweet little Christmas tree in the living room and lights on the front porch set on a timer. The house had everything we needed to feel like home - well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, quality linens, books, games, DVDs... Bring your food, clothes & personal items and you're all set!

Comfortable seating in living room. Didn't do any cooking this trip but looked like kitchen was stocked nicely. Master bed was good. The second bedroom only had one twin, a day bed, which could use to be replaced as there is a dip so it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping on. Not much to do in town other than the Ark, but we heard from neighbors there is more during the summer. If we come back to the area we probably would stay here again.

This was a last minute trip for us since our cruise was canceled due to the hurricane. This house was available and was perfect for us. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood and back patio to eat meals outside. The church in the back yard was a bonus . If we’re in the area again we’ll definitely stay here!!

The house is clean. The ramp off the back room worked for my dads scooter. We only stayed two nights but had no problems. Mom loved the front porch - nice spot for morning coffee. Quiet, comfortable and clean - just what we were looking for. 😊

This was a great place to crash in between visits to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, close to a few restaurants, and had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect. Close to town for dining places and 5 min to the Ark Encounter and easy access to hop on the interstate to go to the Creation Museum as well. We did both in 1 day. The cottage was very cozy and clean.

We had the pleasure of a weekend away in this quaint, cozy, comfortable, and quiet friendly VRBO location. The space was immaculate and all items needed were provided. Communication with the Host was above and beyond excellent. They answered all our questions and provided any extra items we needed and made excellent recommendations on surrounding places to eat, etc. We went to Williamstown to explore Noah's Ark and it is a *must see*. I would recommend 2 days to explore the Ark, one of the sister sites is about 45 minutes away. At this location you are only minutes from the replica of Noah's Ark. One of God's most amazing creations to guide Noah and his family to build the Ark - the craftsmanship this family had is amazing. It is a great lesson for a youth group, your family, as the reason for the trip is a life lesson and one to cherish. There are other items to see in this quaint part of the USA. I would recommend a day to explore the nearby lakes, hills and backroads, and also if you are a history buff, there is a host of Civil War sites to see as well. We will definitely be back, can't give this place enough "stars" . Thank you so much for having us Gary !

This property was just as described and met all of our expectations. It was clean, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was a bit interesting, with a trailer park across the road and a church in the back yard, but it was quiet and felt very safe. My only constructive feedback (so minimal) is to have wine glasses on hand. I like to relax on vacation and periodically have a glass of wine but not in a plastic cup. Other than that, the place was priced right with the market and was priced right for cleaning. We turned away other VRBO options because the cleaning or host fee was too high. Thanks Gary and Fam!

I have stayed in many VRBOs, and this has been my favorite. It did not feel the least bit commercial, and I think that was part of its charm. There were so many touches that many rentals do not have-salt and pepper for one, hot chocolate and tea for another. First place I’ve seen shampoo for colored hair! A first aid kit. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect for going to the Ark. The quiet was marvelous.

The house worked out very well for us!! We were glad to be able to stay there. Only problem was our last morning as we were packing up...everything was covered in snow and it was BELOW ZERO with a nasty wind chill that had moved in! Of course, that was NOT the owner's fault. 8-) The owner was a pleasure to work with! ~Thank you!!~

This Property has it all! It’s a short, five minute drive to the Ark Encounter, a rollerskating rink 1 mile down the road and a splash pad a mile away if you’re there with young children during the summer. Comfy beds and a living room that makes you feel like you’re right at home if you want to watch movies and relax. Great front porch and back porch to do the same.. The owners were a blessing when they created this home for families to enjoy and sweet people to rent from. Definitely a 5 Star rental.
