Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. **STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED** 3 Night Minimum on long weekends 4 Night Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Unit (2 x Queen beds, 2 x Bunk bed, ) Please Note -- Box air con (cool only) and ceiling fans to upstairs living areas, which has Kitchen/dining and lounge all in one. 2 x TVs one Larger Screen Smart TV upstairs, one smaller TV for the kids in second downstairs living area . Microwave, dishwasher, new fridge/freezer, oven and stove top in kitchen. Ensuite to main bedroom with Queen bed upstairs with great views. Second bathroom with bath/ shower and extra seperate toilet downstairs with Second bedroom with 2nd Queen bed and Third bedroom with 2 Bunk beds, pedestal fans in downstairs bedrooms. Also includes a Washing machine in laundry .. Shared pool with three other units and BBQ. Excellent Views from top storey and balcony. Located in the centre of town, walking distance to everything and just a walk across the road to the Murchison River. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you. STRICTLY ONE PARKING BAY PER UNIT ONLY (No parking on lawns due to reticulation) ** Main bedroom with ensuite and kitchen/dining and lounge upstairs with balcony and fantastic views over River, Ocean and Pool area.. 2 bedrooms, lounge area, bathroom and separate toilet and laundry downstairs. THIS UNIT HAS STAIRS (NO baby gates) PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach /pool towels. 3. Strictly NO pet property. 4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at these units although this time we had the rear two story rather than the front single story. The property price was fair however this rear unit is starting to show its age and lack of maintenance starting to show. The single beds have old mattresses and and are too small for an adult. Front door latch is loose so rattles in the wind. Blankets and dooners are old acrylic and not very comfortable. There is nothing wrong that is major but the owners need to give the home some TLC to bring it up to standard of the price they are asking for it.

Over all we all enjoyed all that Kalbarri had to offer and admired how well they made us welcome in difficult times. Would recommend the home if it was painted and bedding issue was addressed.

Neat and tidy and we all were comfortable here. Close to shops and waterfront and cafes with a view of the sunset too. The pool was a hit with the kids, even if it was freezing ccccold for us adults!!

Top location....very handy to everything. Air Conditioner upstairs needs replacing...only blows Air. Could also do with a pedestal fan for the upstairs bedroom. Other than those 2 minor things....would recommend apartment to anyone.
