Leider war Pech im Spiel: unter uns war eine Gruppe in einer Wohnung am feiern. Laute Gespräche, Musik. Leider sind die Appartments so hellhörig, dass es bis 04.00 in Zimmerlautstärke auch bei uns war, 1 Etage drüber. Ohne Personal vor Ort, kein Eingriff oder Stop möglich, so die telef. Auskunft. Hausregel besagt keine Partys, das sah der Gast unter uns anders. Polizeikontakt wollten wir nicht. Für eine Nacht zu aufrührend. Auch die Kanalisation roch leider aus den Ausgüssen.

Super unkomplizierte Buchung und Code-Übergabe. Zimmer beinhaltete alles, was man brauchte und war dazu noch schön eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Hassel könnte nicht besser sein!

Absolut nichts! In der Dusche ist Schimmel, was das Zimmer komplett nach Kot riechen lassen hat! Überall Insekten und Viehcher, die man nicht mal zu Hause findet. Darüber hinaus kann man nicht die Socken ausziehen, da der Boden super dreckig ist. Ich Ekel mich total vor dieser Wohnung. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist kaputt! Und das auf einer Straße, wo sehr viel Nachtleben herrscht. Das Treppengelände ist auch kaputt, was wir erst erfahren haben als unser 3 jähriges Kind hochlaufen wollte und sich die Hand fast aufgeschnitten hat!!! Gefährlich! Ich bin fassungslos…

keine Parkplätze, dass der Code nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Der Eingangstür Code hat oft erst nach mehrmaliger Eingabe funktioniert, bei der Lage eher ungünstig. Die Lage ist mehr als schlecht, ab den frühen Abenstunden begann die Partyszene, so dass man sich allein nicht unbedingt rausgetraut hat. Nachts konnte man das Fenster wegen der Lautstärke runt herum nicht öffnen. Das Bett an sich war ganz gut, nur waren die Bettwäsche und Bettdecken vermutlich für den Winter unser Aufenthalt war im Sommer was das schlafen erschwert hat. In der Küche gab es keinen Stöpsel, was sich beim abwaschen schlecht macht. Alles in allem ein eher unschöner Aufenthalt

Der Vorab Check In war super ebenso das Auschecken. Absolut unkompliziert, kein Zeitverlust, richtig gut. Die Wohnung war stylisch und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, super Küche, super Bad, sehr bequemes Bett.

Ich glaube über mir war eine Baustelle. Sechs Uhr in der früh wurde jeden Tag gehämmert und herum gepoltert. Einen Wecker brauchte ich somit nicht, obwohl ich mich sehr gefreut hätte wenn er 7 Uhr geklingelt hätte.

The owners quickly refunded us the costs for booking apartments that we never used due to problems with the code lock. This is the only thing I can attribute to the positive.

I have been using the Booking service for more than ten years. I never had a problem. This is the first time when I could not get into the pre-booked apartments. For more than half an hour, we talked with the service operator by phone, but the code lock never opened. The operator could not help us. We had to look for another accommodation in the middle of the night. In addition, it is very inconvenient when the apartment owner requires own additional registration after the Booking service. During mandatory registration, the owner requires too much confidential information, even more than when opening a financial account in my bank. It is impossible to refuse, because the funds have already been withdrawn through Booking. The registration program is too complicated and involves fixing a face and a personal signature. In the end, the company was unable to provide access to the booked accommodation. I had to cover more than a thousand kilometers without normal rest. To say that I was unsatisfied is too mild.

Good location, good size of the rooms, well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, lift, close to the old town, river and parks, many restaurants around, isolated from external noises, good cleaning level.

Amazing apartment with loads of parking around and lovely restaurants. Perfect position.

Should have 2 chairs for balcony, was only 1!

At one point the code for the door didn't work for us and other guests. We had to call to get a new code.

Clean, comfortable, good value for money, nice cooking facilities

Didn't realise the flat was over 2 floors, not very convenient with younger children. Windows are not child proof.

The apartment was spacious and in the city center

Very good location. Clean and welcoming. It had everything we need.

Love the check-in /check out by mobile phone. Codes working perfectly and apartment is well equipped even with small items like dish washing pads, salt, pepper and so on. We arrived after 8 p.m. and found a free parking in front of the door (till 8 a.m. in the morning). The mentioned parking location we used the next day- it was even closer than the announced 700m and well walkable even with luggage. The general location in Magdeburg is central enough to walk to all major sightseeing spots. We'll come back.

Excelent apartament; very comfortable and nice interior design. Good bed, sofa, tv with Internet and netflix, good toilet, kitchen and terrace. Easy and practical checking and checkout. Perfect location.
