Could be much improved

Great location, washing machine with dryer function.

1. Not comfortable bed, bad pillows, bad mattress. 2. Kitchen is not well equiped with essentials like oil, salt and pepper etc. Only one wine glass, cups with fractions. 3. No soap for the shower. 4. Host threatened to take the deposit (without breaking anything) if you don't clean the dishes or don't take them out from the dishwasher. BTW, only one dishwasher capsule was given). 5. The sofa not in a good condition.

Excellent value for money

The reception and welcoming from the owner to assist. Extremely clean. Extremely practical. Very good location opposite the train and coach stations.

The evacuation system from the toilets can be sometimes a bit difficult

It is close to the old city centre, 5-10 minutes walk opposite the train station

There is nobody to give you the keys, the procedure to first enter the house is really complicated. I was asked to download an application and follow some steps in order to enter the appartment. The apartment was very basically clean. The balcony was dirty, we couldn't sit outside. The toilet had an awful smell, we had to close the door when we were in the room. The bed was making noise and it was not comfortable. The room lacks of basic things like body wash and sponge for the plates (we had been asked to clean the dishes so we went to buy a sponge).Finally the room is next to a very noisy street, you have to wear ear plugs if you want to sleep.

Perfect stay for my work days in a comfy and warm apartment

Is the first apartment that had everything that I wanted, really hot water for the shower, heating (but didn’t need it, because the apartment was already warm), a great view, great wifi, microwave, all the guides needed, etc.

Loved everything, super clean, all the necessary was there and also loved the eco friendly side.

Nice but little improvments could make it perfect

Location, very modern, noise could be cut out by shutting blinds. Lovely welcome pack and different teas and coffees in cupboard.

More kitchen utensils needed, floor in bedroom covered in dust. Advertised as having oven and kettle and there wasn't. Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable to sit on.

Great value for money and a fantastic place to stay. Would stay there again.

Very well decorated and comfortable bed. Location was perfect for buses and trains.

The lack of cleaning products/equipment. We were there for 10 days and I wanted to mop the floor at least once during our stay but there was nothing available.

Superb

Beautiful and newly renovated appartment, designed with taste. Despite literally being at railway station, is calm and well connected with the lake either 10 minutes on foot or by free bus if you want to go further

1. Smart lock didn't work well. Though either the agency or neighbours were opening quickly, it was not comfortable to bother people every time... 2. Nothing in a bathroom, not even a soap 3. 1 garbage bag, 1 capsule for dishwasher & 1 for washing machine is a bit too little for 9 days stay 4. Knives need to be sharpen to be able to cut at least veggies 5. 1 cockroach spotted in the kitchen, but appartment is very clean, so I guess he was just visiting:)

Annecy animation festival in June

Great central location within easy walking distance of town centre. I was in Annecy for the animation festival and it was pretty perfect. Great facilites, clean and welcoming.

My only gripes would be that I'd love to have had a kettle. And it would have been good to have hand soap so I didn't have to buy a whole bottle for a few days. Also, the door system could be a little frustrating. The outer door got jammed by the person in the neighbouring flat and it beeps very loudly until you sort it out. This happened once in the middle of the night.

the area outside the entrance attracted some strange characters but no harm done and did no harm

A nice and cozy holiday apartment in the heart of Annecy

1. Superb location , a short walk to the lake and the historical centre of the town, a stone throw away from all the amenities and the train station is visible right from the balcony. 2. Cordial and communicative host. 3. The amenities in the apartment. 4. A seamless app based check in process.

Nothing that I can think of , may be the bedroom could have been a little bigger.

Has everything you need for a short stay. Nicely furnished apartment.

Because of its location opposite the train station it is very noisy outside. Due to the warm weather we had to leave the windows open as the apartment was very warm, which meant it was noisy during the night.
