We had a nice stay at the Gates Cottage. Check in was smooth and communication from 30A luxury was open and constant. The house was spotless, plenty of room for our party of 7 including two little ones. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and pools.

We have come to Rosemary 5 years using 2 different rentalCompanies and staying at 3 different houses. 30A Luxury Vacations provides superior service than the other popular company we’ve used. The homes are better equipped also. We really liked Gates cottage- the location, the decks, bedrooms, bathrooms. The laundry/mud room spot was great coming in from the beach. Even the shower downstairs was an unexpected help with the kids after the beach or pool. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. We have already rented again for our trip next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Gates Cottage with our grown children and 2 of our grand kids! We love the location on the boardwalk, one house away from the Coquina pool and a very short walk to the beach! The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen was supplied with all of our needs. We would definitely stay at Gates Cottage again!

Cannot imagine a better home or location for our group on our first trip to Rosemary Beach. Traveling with four young kids can be a challenge, but this home's proximity to the pool (no need to pack snacks!) and beach (only schlepping beach gear approx 100 yards) made everything so much easier. The home is beautiful and kitchen well-stocked with everything you might need. We traveled with grandparents and there were lots of living spaces for kids or adults to escape. Would absolutely return.

We had a great week in Rosemary. This house was the perfect size for our family of 5. The location is great. Only a few steps to the pool and was an easy walk to the beach with our girls (8, 5, and 4). I little bit of a walk to restaurants but our girls did fine. The house had plenty of towels, and everything in the kitchen you would need. I did buy paper plates to make life easier for the week. And brought my kids plastic milk cups which I’m glad I did. It would be nice if the house came with at least a couple beach towels. We have to fly to Florida so it’s not super convenient to bring big towels in a suitcase. And one note- we were not able to check in until 5pm. They told us that in advance, but that is very late. We felt a little cheated on our money to have to pay for a whole day and not get to check in until 5pm/ then check out by 10am. Overall great house and will be back again.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Gates Cottage! We had plenty of room and the house is just steps from the Coquina Pool. A nice walk to the beach as well - a couple of blocks. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Kitchen large and fully stocked. 3 bedrooms on the 2nd level - master bedroom and bath were lovely. Third floor had a bedroom and large bonus room with tiered seating that could double as several twin beds. The house is well thought out and works well for a big group. We also loved the long bench that spans the kitchen through the living room. Lots of space to sit and store things all along it. Overall would definitely stay here again!

House felt great and had everything we needed. Definitely had the convenience of the guest in mind with all that was included. Slept 3 adults and my 6 kids comfortably with room leftover. Property manager responded promptly to my questions and requests, including a late checkout. Prime location! Quick easy walk to the beach and almost as close to shops and restaurants.

Great vacation home!
This was a very nice property with a good arrangement for 5 adults and 5 kids. The only drawback was too few dining chairs. We needed 10, and there was room for 10, but there were only 8 Chairs.
