Good and safe location close to the beach, the center, the train and restaurants. Smooth check-in. The most important kitchen equipment is available, The apartment was well cleaned upon to check in.
There is no coffee maker . Mostly well cleaned, The bathroom needs to be updated as there is moisture damage and a certain smell. Found silverfish and cockroaches in the bathroom.

Location was excellent. So central.
Generally a well equipped kitchen though would have liked an electric kettle!
Disappointed there was not one English language tv channel.

It was a clean and tidy small apartment with perfect location next to sea. Sofa bed was comfortable. It was easy to get in touch with the host who was a friendly person.
Lockage system was excellent and safe! The photos of the apartment at Booking.com are real.
The drainage problem and ugly smell coming from toilet (though they tried to fix it at the last day while we were there). It affected my health condition. The humidity in the apartment was very high, the clothes didn’t come dry. AC was loud, but they tried to fix that problem. There were some small sugar worms at toilet floor. Heavy noise coming from the street if you open the door to the tiniest balcony. Apartment didn’t have much daylight or any sceneries. Personally I wouldn’t recommend staying there before the problems with humidity and drainage are properly fixed.

This is a little gem of an apartment set 3 streets back from the beach but in the heart of the community. It was spotlessly clean, had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, and I really liked the condiment cupboard and the basic medical cupboard.
They also provide chairs and a parasol for the beach!
You are spoiled for choice for places to eat out, and although in a lively neighborhood, the double doors and windows made life quiet.
The balcony is a little bit small and I understand why it has safety netting (for children) it does spoil the view.
I also wished there were a few English speaking TV channels, although watching Eurovision in Spanish was amusing to say the least!

liked accessing the property with the homeit app. Very nice apartment, close to the sea and loads of restaurants near the apartment And Jorge was very helpful, an excellent host

The apartment was very well located for our needs and was beautifully appointed, having everything that we we needed. The hosts were superb and communication was fantastic. Thank you Jorge and Maria for a wonderful stay!

If I had to choose something...it would of been lovely to sit out on balcony, but we didn't miss it at all...we only slept there and changed for the evening out...it was 100%

The location of the property is perfect and Jorge and Maria, the owners, are quick at answering any questions.
The apartment is a good reflection of the pictures on Booking.com and it has everything you could possibly want for your stay.
The kitchen has a washing machine, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses etc.
The bed is extremely comfy and there are built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space/drawers. A beach umbrella and chairs are also provided as well as towels.
The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift.
Wifi is also included,
I had a very enjoyable week at this property.
