Beautifully appointed 4 bed detached villa with pool. 2 double bedrooms ( 1 double 1 twin) on ground floor with full bathroom. Spacious kitchen diner leading out on the large patio, with rattan dinning furniture. Large pool with sunbeds and seating. Upstairs a further 2 double bedrooms (king size beds), both with en-suites, patio doors lead both rooms out on to the terrace. Beautiful view over the reserve, perfect to watch the sunset. One more flight of stairs takes you to the stunning roof solarium with views of the sea and nature reserve,rooftop drinks fridge, rattan seating, sunbeds and pergola. Just a five minute stroll to the beach Mil Palmeras weather has over 300 days of sunshine a year making it popular for holidaymakers all year round, for the sun worshipers in the summer months to those wanting to escape the long dark winters of Northern Europe. Mil Palmeras has what is known as its strip where you can have a meal out. The Olympia Bar and Restaurant in Mil Palmeras is a popular choice to have a meal as it also has a pool to enjoy. The Pueblo Latino is a square frequented by the locals and tourists alike with many bars, shops and restaurants around a lovely square. Lovely property, everything you need for a family. Outside furniture could benifit from an overhaul, but there are plenty of sitting areas and places to find shade..

Lovely property equipped for everday needs, pool large enough for all of our family(7) to use at the same time.
Positioned so tha we had sunshine all day on 3 storeys.
Location of property from supermarket, beach and restaurant approx 15 minute walk, slight issue if you have mobility problems or pushing a pram back uphill.
Interaction with Host and Property Management was exceptional all our messages and questions were answered extremely quickly.
Check-in and check-out went really smoothly.
Would definitely return to stay at this property again.

There were 8 of us staying in Villa Pym to celebrate 3 birthdays . We all agreed it was a lovely place to stay. The pool was the highlight for most of us. Beach 20 minutes away. Olympia Pool & Garden fairly close, good food and service. In mil Palmeras there are various eateries, most of which are good. We would recommend this villa for families & friends.

Lovely stay for our 25th wedding anniversary with our grown up family.
Kara was always quick to respond to any enquiries we had.
Check in was easy once we found the villa, we drove straight past it not realising we had. Thanks to Dave he managed to lead us to this stunning villa.
It’s on a one way system
The photos doesn’t do this beautiful villa justice & it has everything you need for your stay.
You need a car to get around though the beach is only a 10 min walk.
The local Food House restaurant is close by & value for money for a plated buffet style meal.

Buenos días estuvimos sin agua caliente cuatro dias
Hemos estado cuatro días sin agua caliente hasta que consiguieron un técnico y el valor de la casa era de 333€ al día creo que no es buena referencia espero que me digan algo

Casa espectacular
Casa y piscina súper limpia, todas las comodidades, se acabó el gas butano de la barbacoa y enseguida lo repusieron, muy buena atención, en general muy buena estancia y con todo tipo de detalles, el alojamiento es como lo indica la página web

Una casa super bonita.
Una casa limpia, eleganta,con mucha luz, muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para vivir tranquilo.
Los habitaciones son igual que en la foto muy comodas y limpias.
Tiene varias terasa muy bonitas ,donde puedes descansar o tomar sol en totala intimidad..
No hemos conocido a duena de la casa en persona,pero hablando por telefono parece una persona muy amable y siempre atenta con los clientes.
Hemos pasado 9 dias de maravilla en su casa y nos hemos sentido ygual que en nuestra casa.
Tiene una piscina muy limpia y bien cuidada, lo digo por que trabajo en el domenio .
Tambien hay zona de barbacoa par lo que le gusta cocinar.
Nosotros hemos intentado hacer una paria pero por mala suerte nos hemos quedado sin gas en la bombona y como fue ultimo dia hemos renunciado.
Es una zona muy tranquila y bonita. Lo unico que puedo poner queja, y no es la culpa del dueno ni de la casa ,es el mal olor que viene del rio que pasa cerca de casa , es un olor sulfuroso que alguna vez viene tan fuerte que molesta mucho.
El resto todo perfecto.
Lo hemos pasado genial y lo recomiendo con mucho gusto a todos lo que son interesados.
Hay uno restaurantes muy buenos cerca, donde se come de maravilla.
La playa tranquila y con aguas limpias.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé d'excellents moments dans cette maison . Les différentes terrasses ont été appréciées de tous , chaises longues et canapés à profusion , tables de bar , tout y est pour passer du bon temps !

Property itself was very good......not enough towels...air con not working in 36 degrees heat electric gates not working.Witheld deposit but was forced by home and away to return it.

Luxurious Villa in Excellent Location
I highly recommend this Villa to families and small groups. We travelled as a family and with 2 of our son's friends. It has plenty of places to sit and relax on 3 levels. Everywhere can be shaded or left open to the sun as you prefer. It is in an excellent location, very quiet and 10 mins from the beach and numerous restaurants. This is the best Villa we have stayed at in Spain. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Muy recomendable, espacioso, luminoso, tranquilo y bien equipado
La casa está genial, en una zona muy tranquila, con mucho espacio, muy luminoso y con todo el equipamiento necesario.
Varias terrazas con sillones, mesas, toldos y neveras.
El mobiliario es de buena calidad y te hace sentir como en casa.
Es apto para niños.
La entrega y recogida de llaves la hicimos sin problemas y los responsables respondieron rápidamente a nuestros mensajes.
