Our family VILLA ADRIA is designed as modern complex of two buildings which are connected to a covered terrace. Luxurious and modern style combined with greenery, nature, island views and many other details that will make you feel a true mediterranean ambience. The most interesting part of this villa belongs to spacious outdoor terrace with heated swimming pool with incredible panoramic views of the islands and the two UNESCO cities, Trogir and Split, which are only 20 minutes away. GROUND FLOOR: the ground floor of both parts consists two fully equipped kitchens and two spacious living rooms. Large glass walls can be opened as directly exit to the outdoor terrace with pool area. FIRST FLOOR: first floor is designed as a sleeping and resting zone. First floors of both units include three bedrooms with bathrooms. In total, there are 4 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with two single beds, 5 bathrooms and 3 small toilets. SWIMMING POOL AREA: near the heated pool, there are several sun beds which are simply inviting for relaxation. The pool area also has a resting part where you can spend time drinking coffee on rattan garniture or cooking dalmatian dishes on the outdoor kitchen with a barbecue fireplace. GYM& SAUNA AREA in the basement there are: fully equipped gym, sauna, table tennis, darts... Guests have access to whole property and complete privacy We will be available to our guests if they need some help or advice about area. We can arrange for you taxi transfer from airport to our villa, also if you are interested we can help with organization of trips to the Krka Waterfalls or boat trips to the islands. Villa provide comfortable stay for 12 persons in the 4 double bed rooms and 2 rooms with two single beds. Smoking is allowed in the outside area but is not allowed in the bedrooms. Party and loud music are forbidden in the period: 00:00 - 09:00
