About this house rental
Nestled in Ocean Grove, this lovely house for $581 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Leave the car at home and enjoy our 5 Bedroom Beach House where you can walk everywhere. A perfect Holiday Home and Retreat. At the end of the street and a flat 1min walk you will find the Ocean Grove Park, where you can enjoy the exercise equipment, playground for the kids, Events or the Fabulous Sunday Markets. The Ocean Grove Library just around the corner to borrow and bring home some holiday reading. Ocean Grove is renowned for great coffee, fabulous cafes and local amazing Bellarine Wines. The main shopping street include post office, newsagents, surf shops, gorgeous Boutique clothing and homewares as well as Coles. Spoilt for choice with many Cafe’s and Restaurants all an easy “flat” 4min stroll from home. The Ocean Grove Bowling Club is fabulous for dining and entertainment after a hot day at the beach, a 7min walk or a courtesy bus is available. Our clean light airy 5 bedroom home (2 bathrooms) has all you need including puzzles, games, toys, totem tennis fooseball table and boogie boards for the kids!! The house sleeps 12 and you will sleep soundly as our comfy beds are equipped with brand new Sealy mattresses and linen is provided!!! There are 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower to use after those sandy days at the beach. Perfect for entertaining with electric BBQ, 55” Smart TV, WIFI, Nespresso coffee machine, Dishwasher, Large fridge and washing machine. Open plan Kitchen, meals and living area opens out to a fabulous indoor outdoor sitting room leading to the deck with large outdoor table and BBQ perfect for entertaining and admiring the stunning sunsets. The house is cool in the summer with a central cooling system and warm in the winter with central heating and a gas log fire. 5 Bedroom Sleeps 12 Bedroom Configuration Bed 1 - KB Bed 2 - SB + SB Bed 3 - QB+ SB bunk + fold up bed Bed 4 - QB Bed 5 - QB + portacot * Note: there is no access to garage All bed linen and towels provided and beds made Highchair provided Bring your own beach towels only Our home is suitable for children - no pets - no smoking - no parties - no schoolies Off street parking for 2 cars and plenty on street parking. We enjoyed our stay at Powell St Beach House. Nice big house with plenty of room. Quiet location. Kitchen well equipped. Great location, only short walk to shops/main street. The beach is only a few minutes drive away.

We loved our girls weekend in Ocean Grove! Plenty of space for 9 of us. The house was in a fantastic location - close to the Saturday market and shops and was really well equiped. Really appreciated the late checkout too :) Will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Ocean Grove. The property is spacious and had everything we needed. Older children enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the shops and the beach. Would recommends for groups of about 8 -10 people. Easily accommodates 2 families.

We had a lovely time. Booking process very straight forward and Kerri very easy to communicate with. Property was spacious; perfect for our big group of all ages. Close to beach and shops. Very relaxing spot.

We had a wonderful time dining at local cafes visiting nearby attractions at Barwon Heads and Point Lonsdale. Spent a day at the beach in glorious sunshine. Laughed, played, read and generally enjoyed each other’s company. The house was clean, spacious and perfectly located. Loved every minute. Kerri was a delightful host.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s minutes away from shops, cafes, the Farmers market and the beach.
The home has a beautiful and spacious layout with plenty of room for everyone. A stunning outdoor setting with a BBQ available also.

Our family group of 11 had a wonderful time in this beach house - the house itself has so many places to gather even if the weather is not that warm, and the yard is great (...the kid-sized hammock was a winner). Great amenities, huge kitchen and oven (which we needed). The house had a wonderful festive feel thanks to beautiful decorations, and Kerri was so great to communicate with. We had a really special time here - thank you!

Our stay in Ocean Grove was great. The house was large, light and well appointed. The outdoor area and deck were a good size and usable space. The kitchen hard everything we needed. Beds and pillows comfy and shower pressure great. We’ll be back!
