Our room location was great and clean. We didn’t plan to cook any meals in our unit except eggs for breakfast. There weren’t any spices, including salt and pepper so needed to go to the front desk for this. Also, no paper napkins, Saran or aluminum foil. We have stayed here before and would do so again. It’s a great location for us.

I stayed here with my three adult children. We had more than enough space. The queen sized murphy bed was an awesome feature. We enjoyed the hot tub which was a short walk off the back patio of this ground level unit. Only complaint was that the unit wasn't ready for check in until 6pm (2 hours late) - we checked in the day after Christmas so it was a busy time. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for 2 couples. Added bonus that the pool was open as the weather has been so good. Slightly slow check-in process (as we weren’t the property owners) but staff were very friendly. Ideally located for visiting Sonoma Valley vineyards and Russian River Brewery.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. There is nothing I didn't like about it. If you are looking for a get away for your family, this is the place to stay. The hotel has so many things for kids to do and for families to do together. The SF zoo and 6 flags are only 1 hour away from here, which are two fun places to go. Not only that, but the beach is only 45 minutes away, which is very relaxing and beautiful. If you needed a sign to book with Gina, this is your sign. You will no regret it. Gina made everything so easy and was very helpful with all questions I had. I will definitely be coming back.

This was a great property located in the Sonoma wine country and close to Russian River Brewing. The property was great for my spouse and two or our children and their girlfriends. The two bedrooms plus a Murphy bed worked out great, plus the full kitchen, living space and deck provided plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together.

although our room was advertised as available by 4:00 p.m., it was not cleaned by housekeeping until nearly 7:00 p.m., causing issues with our evening events and reservations. Otherwise the room was very nice once we had access.

We loved the property and the unit we had. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The unit was quiet and the area peaceful but very close to all Sonoma highlights including beach, wineries and restaurants. The facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. A gem in the wine country - we highly recommend it and will certainly return.

We loved it, except our condo faced the street and traffic noise was loud. The property is large so just make sure to request a unit that doesn’t face the street! The pools/spas are good-sized. The restaurant is so-so. Lunch was good, but the Ceaser salad we had with dinner was inedible. Eat in Healdsburg, which has superb restaurants. Make a special effort to go to Skillets in Windsor for their excellent eggs Benedict.

I have never seen a sadder group of employees than those working at this Time Share. My bad that I was unaware that this isn't a privately owned condo. Check in took over an hour, there was a bunch of run around, the VRBO host seemed "shocked" by their incompetence and I was tired from a long drive. Next time on me to read the reviews more carefully.

The complex is a great spot for families. The pool is great and multiple hot tubs. Basketball court and shuffle boards were a hit with the kiddos. The condo and property were clean and the amenities were spot on. I’ll definitely go back the next time we are in the area.

I was born and raised in Healdsburg and have family so staying a place central to everything I enjoy doing in the area is important. The room was clean and taken care of. The resort staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. We will definitely be booking here again for our next visit.
